Today we met with Kelli in the showroom to pick out all the items for our wedding. She took the time and actually showed us how everything would look to make sure we were comfortable with what we wanted. We couldnt be happier with the customer service and options available. After 3 postponements and being dragged through the covid experience with wedding planning, this was a breeze. Thank you!

Staff here is absolutely amazing!! Amy Rocks!! I have been a wedding/event designer and coordinator going on 6 years now and this place has always been my go-to for Tables, chairs and linens... I also have a ton of decor rentals that I offer my clients so in some aspects they are my competition but they have NEVER tried to compete with me! They have always been so incredibly accommodating, kind, and helpful!!

Love this place, very clean and neat. Customer service is 110%, very professional and respectful. They have everything you need for a small or big event.

This summer American Party Place turned my parties from ordinary to extraordinary! I ordered tables, chairs, napkins, table cloths, silverware and a champagne fountain! Their selection is outstanding and their customer service is impeccable. The employees were so kind when they delivered the orders and when they picked up the orders from my home. My family has used American Party Place for two parties this summer already and we will most definitely call upon them in the future. Thank you again for everything!!!

I can not say enough about how helpful and professional this group was. Our furniture order changed no less than 10 times, they updated everything promptly, and the delivery was on time, and not a thing was missing. I would absolutely use them again.

We had an amazing experience. Superb service when we arrived for our appointment, tons of patience while we made up our minds and suggestions where we were lacking ideas. Made modifications to our reservation without ANY problems, and delivery and pick up were seamless. Highly recommended!

Everyone here has been very helpful and easy to talk to, going into their store was a great experience, they had everything on display and let us go to look at some of the bigger items in their warehouse. Every time Ive called, theyve been really friendly and fast to respond to questions and emails.Everything that we rented was perfect, setup was easy and they loaded everything up for us when we were done. All of the linens and dishes were clean and everything was packaged and organizes so well. Absolutely recommend!

We arrived 20 minutes before closing. The lady at the counter greeted us with a smile right away and sent us us to the back. We were greeted by a few young men. They confirmed our ordered and got to work. We apologised for coming in late and they made sure to make us feel like we werent an inconvenience to them. Although we kept them past their quitting time, they still loaded everything in a professional manner and never rushed anything. This is customer service at its best.

I normally dont write reviews, especially bad ones but my experience with American Party Place was extremely frustrating. The only positive thing I can say is the shopping list was helpful to get an idea of what I would be spending. As mentioned in other reviews most of the tables were in terrible shape, luckily I had linens. The worst part was returning my items. I rented the items for my wedding on a Saturday. I was leaving for my honeymoon the next day but they are closed on Sundays so I paid to have them pick them up everything that Monday. When i got back into the country and checked my messages I had 5+ messages from American Party Place. The first message was them telling me I would be charged for another day for the rental because I didnt return them on time....This message was followed by several more saying they were at my house picking up the items (no mention to disregard the message about charging me for them not picking up the items on time) but they couldnt find the Crystal punch bowl. There were at least 3 more messages from them saying they were going to charge me $100 to replace it. Once i got home they had mailed me an invoice highlighting the punch bowl and saying to call immediately for payment. It was even stranger that they noted they received all the silverware which was sitting inside of the punch bowl...I called them the day after i got back and they told me the driver found it just before they left my house....why would you send an invoice before your driver has returned with the items and thoroughly gone everything? The most frustrating part is they never called back to say oh never mind, we are not charging you an extra day because WE were supposed to pick everything up or saying disregard those messages saying we are charging you for something an item you returned. I will not be using American Party Place again.

Loree was extremely rude and disrespectful. I had the WORST service ever. Their tables were chipped and looked hundreds of years old. Their silverware and glasses were still dirty when they gave them to me and their chairs look like they were about to break at any given time. My 80 year old grandpa just about fell off of one. I wouldn’t even send my worst enemies to this place.

Ive used this company a few times, Ive always received wonderful customer service. They have everything you need to throw a perfect event or party, and I like that they have so many choices of colors and designs.

This is our go-to location for all party items: tables, chairs, table cloths, and even bubble machines. Weve used them for the past 2 years and have never had a bad experience. The only reason I didnt go 5 stars is due to Sunday drop off. With A.P.P being closed on Sunday, you have to hold your items until Monday. Not really convenient if you work Mondays, during regular business hours. A sunday drop off option would be AMAZING, even if there was a specific window of time things had to be delivered by. Either way, you cant go wrong with this place.

Every other staff that I talked to was new according to another person I spoke with. I got conflicting information more than once and therefore didnt even up renting from them. While they are very affordable, its not worth it to have wrong info. Their warehouse staff was very friendly when answering questions.

Walked in with my father and was completely ignored by 3 staff who were sitting behind their desks talking about some gym in Seattle. We basically figured everything out on our own because when we had questions the employee kept telling us to go and look online when she could have just answered the question for us since we were standing right in front of her. We were there for almost 25 minutes and neither of the staff even bothered to get up and help us. They were very rude!!!!!!! I would not recommend spending your money here.

Rented a white garden arch for my small park wedding ceremony. The wood was completely beat up and in horrible condition. I wasnt there when the item was loaded into the truck and the boys didnt think to look at the quality before pulling away with it. There was no time to go exchange because the wedding was in 12 hours. I ended up having to go spend more money to buy more things to cover all the damage. Once we were done covering all the marks, the arch looked nothing like what I wanted for my wedding. I personally took the arch back the day after the wedding and complained to the next best thing to a manger, apparently she wasnt in and nobody would call her. They ended up giving me a full refund on my rental but it doesnt change the sour taste in my mouth. Nor does it change how the arch looked on my wedding day. If you end up renting from here, CHECK YOUR STUFF BEFORE YOU TAKE IT HOME!
