I was doing some browsing in Hustler. I was assisted by one of the store employee and she handed me off the Megan. Megan was able to answer all of my questions. She was able to check out various items on the computer for me. Megan was very pleasant to work with and I would recommend her to anybody that has questions or needs help in finding the particular item(s) that youre interested in purchasing or comparing. The first lady had to deal with a Shoplifting from the Hustler store.The Hustler store was very clean and the employees were very cautious about cleaning and sanitizing after person handling various items. I would recommend the Hustler store.

I was looking for a strong vibrator that was waterproof. I was informed by a sales person that the toy I purchased was completely waterproof, shower and bathtub safe. I would NOT have purchased it otherwise. I purchased it and got home and while I was charging it (I never used it) I read the enclosed pamphlet and discovered it was only water resistant. Not a big deal unless you specifically asked for a bathtub/hot tub/pool safe toy. So because of the stores strict no return policy I contacted Hustler directly through their website. After multiple attempts to contact them I still have had no response. NO RESPONSE. Like they hope if they ignore me I’ll just go away and accept my $150 loss.

Very helpful friendly and accommodating. Ive always felt intimidated in these places but.. made me feel very relaxed and welcomed. I even got carded when I walked in so even better lol 😆

Only reason not a fifth star is simply the prices of the toys have significantly gone up.Everything is about $80.00 AT LEAST.& At least $250 for the ones they push for commission.Very clean and tidy store though and the employees were very easy to talk with and personal, in a good way!The employees dont ruin the vibe of the shopping experience. (No staring at you from all different corners of the store/dont follow you around) Unlike their competitor Castle Megastore down on Tacoma Mall Boulevard.

Loved the customer service! The woman who was working was so helpful, she couldnt have been more helpful & she was very straight forward with any & all questions I had about all thing in the store lol, very professional & she immediately took away that awkward/uncomfortable feeling & made me feel just so comfortable about even talking or asking questions about certain items😉😉 I wish I remembered her name... She was awesome!😇

I expected this store to be top notch! I am not a girl who carries a purse around, and Im nearing 40. I was annoyed by the girl who asked for ID(seriously I dont look younger then 18) when I went into the toy area. That put a bad taste in my mouth and changed the mood. Their clearance area sucked...and I wouldnt call those clearance at all. They are overpriced and the selection is OK. Lets just say I left to both lovers and castles where the staff is more knowledgeable and they have bigger selection.

The staff has always been very helpful and friendly. When I had an issue with a product the management made sure to address and resolve the issue.

My fiance and I stopped by Hustler Hollywood on a date, found an amazing and gorgeous corset that looks incredible on her. It was a great price and very much so quality merchandise. The service was excellent, and the employees were all very nice, informative, and personable. All in all, in was a great shopping experience.

Very interesting store, they have a huge selection of items to satisfy most needs. Ive recommended to several of my friends who have been quite lonely during this pandemic. When it is not safe to go meet new people, humans need an outlet to provide something like this place does. The staff are very friendly. Everything is clean and neatly organized. Even if you dont know what you are looking for they will have an item that will match your needs.

Lilly has an incredible sense of humor, and sure knows how to demo products. Casey is a sweetheart and went above and beyond with an exchange. Great experience!

Yet super knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions I approached them with, plus they stayed open an extra 30min to finish helping my husband and I with our transaction!!!!Way to make your customer feel valued!!! Also they have a pretty diverse selection of toys, books, games, adult videos and super sexy outfits and shoes!!!! When you walk in you expect a element of pizzazz!!! seeing as the name is... Hustler Hollywood!!! But the shopping experience was absolutely boring... Nothing to give it that star Hollywood sparkle!!! And prices of vastly different than you see if you online shop!!! And that they are more expensive while the assortment as they would say inadequate left me wanting!!! Hahahaha!!! And the female clerks little more than futuristic automatons with their corny my friend line!!! And if you were thinking of getting a first time buyer... discount that is advertised online you better speak up quickly, for the clerks definitely will not tell you!!! All in all this is a low wattage experience and the prices dont make it appealing... Proceed at your own discretion... Because they open view windows in front definitely afford you none!!! This is one Hollywood experience I could have done without!!! LOL..

I walked in to the door that was wide OPEN and NO ONE was anywhere to be found. I began shopping around. I walked around for LITERALLY 20 minutes with NO workers anywhere in the front of the store. I went around to the back section and a couple entered and suddenly someone appeared to greet them right away and find out what they needed. I took my items to the counter only to be told by the man claiming to be a manager that I was required to wear a mask in the store.... If they want to force this policy on people they should have competent staff that pays attention to customers arriving. I asked for a managers information to report the issue only to be told the incompetent man at the counter was the manager. He asked whats the issue after I had already explained the situation to him and then he told me to wait until after he explained how to use a product to the people who arrived after me. I put my items back and walked out. Needless to say I will NOT be returning especially since there is at least 4 other similar shops within a 1 mile radius. Honestly, I wont be bothering with ANY of the hustler locations after this experience.

Awesome staff, love the information and insight. Wonderful experiences, especially when having defective product. Not a fan of the staff staying in the back and then following you around when you are looking over products...

Great staff and good products, they never hesitate to redirect me towards quality products with better pricing. Constantly find myself coming in for a certain product in mind and learn of similar items with the Hustler brand instead that end up exceeding my expectations and ease the burden my wallet would have suffered for the same experience.

Hollywood hustler wasnt opened when I drove up apparently covid whipped. Out their remodeling plans and safety codes were not renewed as agreed by past owners so it was not in business.....

Ive been here before and Ive never had issues like I did this time I went to purchase a item and was told that the item I was trying to purchase wasnt the same item that was in the box and they wouldnt let me purchase it. I felt like the cashier was more in less saying that he thinks that I switched it out or something also he asks if I want to sign up for there point system but doesnt explain any details so of course I say no u dont my girlfriend was right next to me and she has a account with them so i used her number and she went on to explain there point system and the cashier says oh Im sorry I never explained to you what its all about sorry Im just really tired. Because of this bad experience Im eating them. 3

Because as of today, (to my knowledge) they have a Fallen Angel Outfit...It is hot as (needless to say) HELL!I am definitely getting it!The employees are friendly and with as many times as I have been there. None have ever been rude or discourteous. They never make any one, (that I have witnessed) feel ashamed or naive for asking questions.

Usually a great place to stop and grab something quick,online says open ;door says please call we are in the back we will open the door.third time this month stopped in, called, no answer.Really...Just say your closed.

I’m a bikini barista who spends great money on outfits, yet every time I’m in this store I’m treated like a thief. It’s awful ! On top of that you literally cannot try on outfits in full. They do not provide disposable underwear so there is no point in attempting to get a full idea of what everything looks like on your body. Yes I’m a petite woman but I am curvy and not everything fits the same or like how you would want it to. I always say I’m not coming back to this place, but now I’m really actually serious. I urge everyone to NOT spend your money here !
