AMAZING PEDICURE!! 10/10 will go again.. the most relaxing exsperiance. I like how sanitarily cautious they were. Wonderfully sweet staff. Walked in and asked for an acrylic set that may have been too big of a task for a walk in.. pain is beauty tho!

They did my nails today, 9-27, and I just have to say I was very pleased with my nail tech.She was very polite, and did such an amazing job. I told her what id love and she went above and beyond my expectations!!They are strict with there rules and actually, I love that.. They are clean and great..I was pleased to find there were NO Karens in sight.

I made a appointment for 530. I had to wait over 30 mins after my appointment time. When it was not busy. The women that did my nails did not know how to do nail designs to save her life. My nails were nothing like the picture I showed. Would not recommend this shop. And was charged 30 for one nail fix and recolor. Worst experience at a nail salon!

My visit was impromptu on a mid-Thursday for a gel pedicure. The owner was very nice and accommodating during the entire interaction. Very pleased with his service!

I got my nails done here about a week ago. The lady who did my nails was in a super big rush, she didn’t file all of my nails so all of them hung over the sides of my fingers with those little edges that snag on absolutely everything. She got acrylic all over my hands and I had chunks logged underneath the fingernails. To top it off all of my nails were crooked. Going here is an absolute waste of time, money and gas because not only is it a horrible experience it’s a horrible service. 10/10 would not recommend.

April 24, 2021 - Absolutely amazing and so friendly.I had terrible nails put on somewhere else. Yesterday. So bad I was willing to pay to have someone else fix them today.Tammy fixed them and I left there so happy I keep looking at my nails like a kid with a new toy.THANK YOU TAMMY

I was in town and wanted to take my sons grandma out to get pampered found this place I love it. The lady was so nice did not rush even though only one person was working at the time my feet are so soft and pretty. I will be coming back everytime Im in town. Highly recommend!

She is friendly, provides excellent quality and values her customers. She works hard and keep everything clean. Went in with a pic they called their lady in that does Designs & she completely fd up my nails & when I told her im not paying for something that looks like this she said you think I should fix this & not charge you extra plus my kid sick. What does that have to do with fixing my nails I was so upset I just left without paying & only paying for my pedi SO UNPROFESSIONAL

They always make my nails look amazing and everyone always says omg I love ur nails and I owe all my credit to my lovely nail tech she is amazing and more people show go there also my mom has ugly nasty feet they managed to make her feet look amazing which I didnt know was possible

Tammy is amazing. She is super talented and her nails stay on over two weeks without lifting around the edges. Ive been to a few other places in between but none of them compare to the quality of her nails. Plus, shes great at eyebrows. Everyone in there are super sweet with extremely kind attitudes. They are patient and even a little comedic. They keep the salon very clean and the bathroom always looks and smells great. Always 5 stars from me!

I havent had my nails done for about 11 years and decided it was time. I went here because it is close and there were (though few), good reviews. The owners both worked on my nails and were the nicest people I have EVER encountered in a nail salon setting. They were courteous, professional and did an incredibly great job! I have been to MANY nail salons in the past, where those working on your nails never talk to you - but only to the other co-workers, which makes one feel out of the loop. Happily, this was not the case here. The lady (shes been doing nails for 17 yrs), and her husband were both really, really nice and made everyone there feel comfortable and welcome. I am SO glad I went here! My nails look fantastic and I found a really great nail place where you can tell - they actually care about their clients. Refreshing! I also discovered that they do every imaginable waxing procedure! Very cool. I am really happy I went here and I will continue to do so.

Ill give it 2 stars because one of the women who I believe was the manager was at least somewhat friendly, but the work was extremely rushed and sloppy. They kept going back and forth on who they were going to work on, so it took at least 2 hours for us to get out of the salon. They did not do well on the designs I had showed them to possibly have done either, and when I try to ask them to fix it when it was done the woman tells me she sees nothing wrong! It was although I had to plead my case to get my nails shaped into what I was hoping for.They also totally expected to take my friends change (which I believe was around $7) from what she paid as a tip until that said friend had to say it was her dinner money...Save your money and dont go here if you can help it!🛑

I have been getting my nails done for years by a particular nail tech who sold her business. I decided to come here as my kids do. First time I was a little disappointed because it wasnt the shape I wanted. However Tami said to trust her as she figured me out. By the second and third time my nails are perfect. Only downside it can get busy there. They dont really take appointments as most people are walk ins. Be prepared to wait.

They quoted me a price of $15 for a fill then charged me $28 when I told her I wanted regular polish! Nails endd up wavy! Dont recommend!

Payed for a friend and I. The other lady did great with my friends toes, but the woman doing mine was obviously in a hurry. I payed specifically for the callus removal and ended up having to try and do it at home afterward because my feet were still really rough. The polish was super thick and lumpy, and she refused to paint tips, saying my nails were too short. I have never had that problem anywhere else, and am SUPER disappointed. I think I must have been her last client because she changed and left before my toes were even done drying.

This afternoon I was trying to paint my nails but they didn’t turn out good. Somehow I kept messing them up. After repainting every single nails over and over again I decided to just go get my nails done. Since I am a full time student and don’t have a job I don’t have the luxury to go get nails every week. I decided to treat myself and go to escape nails. I have been here a few months ago and my experience was great. It’s a ways away from my house but I drove down to go there and went I entered there was already a woman get acrylics done so I knew I would need to wait. I’m totally okay with waiting I just wanted a manicure. Well I sat down and the lady doing nails was pretty much apologizing to the First Lady getting her nails done and saying “sorry that girl just came in all of a sudden” she was acting all stressed out and basically saying I was stressing her out. The girl getting her nails done kept looking at me. I was having a great day and didn’t expect to be leaving in tears from here. When I decided to leave without them even touching my nails the nail lady just said “ ok” in a rude voice. I will not going back here ever again.

3 of us stopped in here without appointments and they were kind enough to squeeze us in. We went for the basic pedicure and they surprized us with hot towels and stones. Also noticed they have a small butterfly chair for kids. We will definitely be back.

I will never go back to this place it’s not clean their polish is not good just after a couple minutes it starts to wrinkle. They don’t message or do anything when you get a pedicure they make the nails un even when u get a manicure 💅 they cost extra to redo your nails they did my manicure and pedicure and the colors didn’t match she said they were the same she didn’t take the polish off all the way I asked her to redo my feet because she messed up and it cost extra and she made me pay before I got my nails done she made a big ole glob of paint on my thum so that nail is big than all the others it was horrible never EVER GO HERE ITS THE WORST IN TACOMA DO NOT LET THEM DO YOUR ACRYLICS IF THEY DO YOUR NAIL MAKE SURE ITS UR REAL NAILS OR YOUR TOES

What place was wonderful. Detailed and wonderful. They surprised me with so many steps they add to my pedicure and manicure. I feel wonderful they also had a kids spa seat which my daughter love to.

I thought I liked this place at first, until one of the workers made my thumb bleed where the nail and skin meets. I respectfully asked for a discount and showed them the blood as soon as I noticed it, and they kept refusing until I had to threaten them to give me the bosses information 😕😕😕So unprofessional!!! I feel like they just want to rush you in and out to get that $$. Horrible work, Id stay away from the guy there especially, he is super rude and mumbles as he speaks/does sloppy work to the point where he ends up damaging tender skin around nails with his nail tools...

I don’t see how people are saying this place is good. This place is dirty, they sat me in a spot and that no where near clear and the service was absurdly rude. They were staffed and it wasnt even that busy there was maybe 5 people in the shop, then the 2 employees were working in 5 peoples nails and getting frustrated then to take it out on the customers. The lady who did my nails burn me multiple nails and blamed it on me “moving” when i was on my phone relaxed. Proceeded to mess up my nails with them ending up crooked purposely, she scolded me after i told her the length of my nails wasnt correct then continues, causing me to have to fix them at home day of home coming. My mom got gels and the guy doing her nails didnt put enough layers on causing them to break 2 days later. Also my acrylics broke 2 hours later. I would not recommend this place even to a stranger

Never will i come to this place again. I waited for 15 mins before anyone asked me what service i needed. Tami wasnt there which is who i normally prefer. But Nancy was very rude smh. I faithfully spent my money there every 2 weeks but not anymore.

Its a hit and miss and this place. The first bad experience was when I brought my daughter in for her first set for a formal.. The husband was very inappropriate with my daughter. He gripped her hand and told her not to move .. Shes a very shy girl with men so this made her so uncomfortable that she doesnt wish to return. The other day I got my fifth set at this place and because I luv her point when I get my nails done I return but like I said its a hit and miss because she happened to be arguing over the phone and disregarded that her three customers were unhappy with wait time, services and otherwise very unprofessional behavior Infront of her regular customers. Unfortunately I am forced to find a new place and I wont be returning. My nails are jagged and the nail polish is gel and peeling so .. Im not happy and I think others should beware of the services at this place considering I was a regular and so was the lady try had sitting with tin foil on her nails for an extended period of time.. She even told them she was uncomfortable and that this was the only time she had .. She had to have her parents bring her newborn down cause he needed to eat because they took so long. They even asked her to come back tomorrow after they removed the tin foil. I told the lady I paid how I felt and that how the other lady was treated poorly .. As they started on a new customers nails .. Non of my visit on this occasion was pleasant and I wont be returning.. Beware ! If the place seems off.. I would strongly suggest walking back out the door.

I have been going to this nail salon for almost 6 years. I love the owner she is amazing!!! I am a hairstylist and its hard to find some one that gets nails not to lift I have never had a problem!!! Everytime someone asks about my nails I have to tell them to come here they are amazing!!!

The more I spend money at these Asian owned nail salons, the more overt racism I see. I came in to get ONE nail fixed. ONE. The nail tech proceeded to tell me he was going to finish the white lady next to me first. To which she responds And my friend too, right? And he says yes. Will not be back. If you are black, please find a black owned nail salon to patronize. Stop giving your hard earned dollars to people that dont really want you around. This is the second time Ive experienced this in Washington.

Horrible nail results. They also expected a tip. I finally got chrome nails and they are very messed up and cheap. They were upset when I asked 2 get the chrome darker. Very disappointed. 1st time I came in my nails were excellent..today was a disaster. Hit and miss. No thanks I need a salon that will b great every time!

It was okay. I got acrylics here last year and the design was perfect and the girl that did my nail design was pretty good. Everyone was all distracted so I felt like maybe my nail design was a burden because it has these cute design from Pinterest.So when I came back to get the acrylics off, the guy was ripping them off my nails. I knew he was damaging my nail bed even worse just using his fingers and an extra acrylic nail to slide them off my nails. That was really painful. It wasnt until halfway through, he decided to soak them in acetone. He couldnt have thought of that first?So I felt this place was good but they need to work on their professionalism and needing to care about their customers more.

I feel like if you make an appointment...dont rush and mess up someones nails. It started off nice. She put really pretty tips on. By the end she had rushed so much the nails looked horrible. The tips where glued on crooked. The tips were also too small so when she put the acrylic on it didnt cover the whole nail. I tried to show her and she kept telling me it was fine. My friend sitting next to me nails turned out just as bad. They were done by the Male in the building. The acrylic was cracking and lifting within a couple days. We also asked for a hand massage like you get when you get a manicure. They charged us $5 extra for it and it was not even a minute long. We really should have refused to pay for it. I had to have my nails done within a week. They are still not perfect due to them trying to repair the damage done by the lady the week before. Stay far away.

I love tammy. She takes care of all of her clients. She funny and serious about her nails. She will not let u leave her shop unless u are happy.

I literally keep trying to come back here n idk y... Im here because a nail popped off 2nd day after I came in...I was looked at like I did something wrong and they spoke in their language the entire time ..Five yrs I liked her in the beginning ... shes been getting more impersonal.. which she originally was more chill to come into.. we talked about parenting ... she never remembers me n my nails are always disappointing. No stars. I I could.....m literally not coming here when visiting from cali this summer...... I use to highly reccomend her..her services are getting worse ... no bueno ... the entire time Ive been here shes complained about an elder lady next to me and I trying to get free work... I was JUST here... luckily I had to bring family back from cali. Im irritated with this place...Not a happy customer ..a regular.... I give up coming here!

If I could give them less I would. Their service is crap compared to years past. Im writing this as I sit here waiting for an eye brow wax. There are 2 guests and 4 employees and I have not been helped yet. Absolutely ridiculous... very disappointed. I do not recommend coming here unless you want to watch the employees slowly walk around to try and find something else to do than take care of you.

They did a great job on a last minute pedi for 2, however it was a saturday and they seemed a bit short staffed only saw 4 workers with at least 8 clients most waiting to get a service done or to have their service finished.

Leaving this from my fiancees gmail account. Extremely bad experience! Did a quick walk in here as I was in the area and needed waxing. Decided to stray away from my normal nail place due to convenience. Huge mistake. I had a shellac manicure & waxing done. Plus a manicure for my daughter. This was on Friday. October 12th (48 hours ago). Waxing was ok besides waxing off half of my eyebrows! Why?! They had a very nice shape already, now they are thin. Nails was the worse area by far. The woman doing the manicure did not cover large parts of my nails, very uneven. When i asked her to fix them nicely, she became very irritated and started covering parts of my actual finger with shellac. While doing my waxing and nails she had a small child pulling at her arm, climbing all over her, ect. Which clearly didnt help the bad service. She did not make her stop. My question is, why would you have a small child in a nail salon running around being disruptive? I was getting waxed and this child was right next to my ear playing loud music on a tablet. Now 2 days later my shellac manicure is chipping. I was charged $70 for all of this! What in the world?! Please, please, please do not waste your time or money going to this business.

I wonder if I can put a picture on hereIve been going here for three years because its a family oriented business and I like that in a place I go often. I luv their attitude and I cant complain they both (husband&wife) will fix anything you come in to complain about but I broke quite a few nails from here in the most uncomfortable ways. I make coffee so I use my hands a lot and I usually have no issues with having arcrylics but this last break did it for me .. I wont be back and because it tore my skin and its been two weeks to or it grow back at the top of my thumb .. weird break and they never clean under your nail..like take the old looking nail thats my real nail...no matter how many times I told them..this last nail job I fully redid so I would have square instead of pointed and they did them pointed anyway and I didnt want to complain ..call me passive ..enough is enough. . nails isnt something you can do half a$$ ..it hurt and like I said so will my business not returning because I always tip well because she is a Mother but Ive come into that place while she was crying on the phone with husband .. its just become a half -a$$ business and Im sorry to have to leave but I know I will need to speak up more because I pay for what I want .. instead of asking repetitively and not getting what I want..I will just have to find a new location.I hope others that choose this place can get what they want ..if you choose here make them clean under ur nail and u should be fineI am not going back xox

I would give zero stars if I could and I’m probably going to report them too. My husband took our 3 year old daughter at 5:45pm to get her a pedi. They walk in and they are not greeted at all. There was 5 workers total 2 on the pedis and 3 doing nails. They sit down and decide to wait to get helped, mean while my daughter is jumping up and down excited because she loves getting pedis anyways my husband tries to talk to one of the workers when she went right next to him to pick another polish and she makes an ugly face to him and completely ignores him. And then he says loudly excuse me hello by nobody answers, they literally pretended that he and my daughter didn’t even existed. So after 35 min of waiting he decides to leave . My daughter was so heartbroken she was bawling her eyes out, one of the worker passes right by them outside the salon and doesn’t even apologize or even acknowledge them at all. This is the last time I give them any business idk if they’re are racist or whatever but I’m definitely going to have to report them. This is unacceptable

I asked them and showed them a picture of the nails I wanted which was red matte nails with tan cheetah print. They said with confidence that they could do it. Very disappointing! I left with Mickey mouse print and my nails were not matte! They said they didnt have enough time because it was the holiday! Are you serious?! I paid $45 for something I didnt want and when I told them it wasnt matte or cheetah print, they got upset and switched people on me. So the next day I went to a different nail salon and all of the workers there laughed and asked me where I got my nails done at. And it didnt end there. They kept calling co-workers over to come take a look and they laughed! So embarrassing! I never said a word about my nails, just that I wanted another color. Come on! If they laughed then escape nails did a horrible job!

I really like this place theonly thing I dont recommended is to come in the afternoon because they will most likey mess them up(full set) or when there btime. I like to go near closing time.

Went there to have nails refilled and painted . waitting well over hr . had 4 different tech working on my nails took my husband coming in to get done . also they havent clean their tools the dust wipe onto thr floor . tools but into mint tin not clean . need health department to check also not feeling good after visit.
