Great experience. Had a facial, but it included a foot and hand massage as well. Ashley is awesome. All staff are friendly and the spa is cosy.

I set my daughter up for a sweet 16 birthday surprise at Savi. She left the experience loving her specialists, the massages, and facialist. Everyone was so kind!! Ive been there before and they never disappoint. Extra shootout to Jessica and the manager for their incredible service and kind attention to detail. We will definitely come back again.

Savi Day spa personnel are the friendliest and most professional team of technicians I ever experienced. Accurate appointment setting, highly trained message therapists and cosmetologists. They won an immediate 5 star rating form my wife and I. Now my whole family is treating themselves to the many offered services. The good feeling they give us lasts for days after the appointment. We couldnt be more pleased.

Ashley, 10 stars. Facial 10 stars. Ambience and service 10 stars. I had to ask Ashley if my facial was real. The Phytomer products are wonderfully hydrating and soothing. The face, neck, foot and leg massage was heavenly. Already made my next appointment. The best experience ever.

My 30 minute pedicure turned into an hour, which was completely ok by me... Simply because the gal didnt have another appointment lined up. I felt completely pampered and she even gave me a discount of $20 towards my next service! The spa is tastefully decorated and you immediately get a sense of calm when you walk in.

I wish I could give this spa zero stars, ridiculous customer service. I will not step foot in Savi again. Five years ago I arrived for an appointment to find they had cancelled it. No phone call, text, plan to make it up. Incredibly frustrating, but after five years I thought I’d give them another try. Bad idea! Six weeks in advance I scheduled several services for Mother’s Day. Called to confirm several days ahead of appointment, the receptionist stated appointment was at a different time than I had recorded, I assumed I’d written the time down wrong and arrived at the time she confirmed. I had THREE confirmations for the start time. Showed up to find the start time was an hour earlier than stated and my appointments were cancelled. I’m still incredibly angry and will be sure to tell everyone to avoid Savi Day Spa at all costs.

I had a fine experience at the spa. I had a pedicure and gel manicure. The problem is that the pedicure lasted a day before chipping off. I’m disappointed because I followed the care directions provided to me by the specialist, and it didn’t matter - 8/10 toenails chipped 24 hours later. I feel upset after spending so much money on the pedicure. When I paint my own toenails, it lasts weeks. The gel manicure looks good, though.

Dear owner at savi day spa. In one swoop you have lost 5 customers that frequent your spa. Not only did you cancel then change my wifes appointment an hour before today but then she finds out from the front desk you are the one that worked on her. No apology, no friendly hello, no friendly disposition.....i get its the holiday weekend and an employee stiffed you but i would think you would at least try to make the client have a pleasurable experience...or even smile at them. Our whole family will be going else where for our spa treatments and waxes from now on.

Abolutely WONDERFUL! I received a gift card and decided to use it for a facial. Bria was so fabulous, I cannot say enough about what a perfect experience I had. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Even the woman at the front desk was great - I believe her name was Esperenza. I am looking forward to going back.

Not just for the ladies! Ive enjoyed massages and excellent service from SAVI Day Spa for years and couldnt be happier with their flexible scheduling and convenient location (at Hotel Murano). Offering relaxation, hot stone and deep tissue massages (and optional upgrades) it seem like theres a service for whatever youre in the mood for. Dont be shy guys - this is a great place for men too!

They messed up our honeymoon couples message. Said they wrote down our phone number incorrectly. Odd because they could have asked the hotel for our contact information. They offered a horrible $20 coupon for our troubles. I would stay away from this place. Mismanaged and poorly run.

Got a great facial at Savi - needed a day off desperately and the calming, decadent treatment was just the ticket!
