Great business. The ladies are very nice, great customer service and do such a great job at their craft. I only gave 4 ⭐️ because they are a bit pricey and I wish they served champagne or wine with their $40 pedicures. $40 is their cheapest pedicure 😩.

Ive been going to this place on and off for a few years now. Ive had some good experiences and some bad ones that caused me to not come back for a while. In particular, the man did my nails once and he kept stepping away from the service to talk on the phone and drink his coffee. The nails he gave me were jagged along the edges. Other nails techs have also given me jagged nails and seem to prioritize speed over quality. Theyve not been able to give me the designs Ive wanted on multiple occasions, which is fine because not every salon can do crazy Instagram nails, but it has been a bit disappointing considering they branded themselves as creative. However, I decided to give them another chance recently and had an awesome experience. My nail tech was Helen and she did a fantastic job. She really took the time to shape my acrylics perfectly. I showed her a few designs, we picked one together, and she far exceeded my expectations. This last experience with Helen was so wonderful that I definitely want to come back.

Ive got my nails done there twice now (second time was a fill) and they provide excellent service and do a great job. Im very happy to continue to go there. This is the mood changing polish (color is gold/champagne when warm and teal when cold)

I love coming here. Kathy is the best. She always delivers no matter how crazy I want my nails. Definitely recommend them! The service is great and everyone is so nice.

I used to come to this place all the time, and recently work in a different area so I haven’t been able to go to them as often. Any time I came in before they were always really nice, and service is amazing! I came in with my god sister today after not coming in for a while. The girl who did my nails I told her I wanted a manicure and acrylic over lay for both of us. We never got a manicure they just immediately started on our nails and the girl I had was rude, she barely spoke to me or my friend. Then at the end she says your done, gets up and walks away and doesn’t come back. Doesn’t tell me the price or check me and my friend out, she sits down with another customer and is extremely friendly to her. I stood up front waiting for someone to check me out. Any time I come in there with my god sister they think she’s my girlfriend/fiancé or something and give us terrible service but if I’m alone great service... My nails chipped already and I just got them done today, I paid 100 dollars for both of us and we didn’t even get a full set or anything. I’m very disappointed and will not be going back.

Went with my twin sister and called ahead of time to made an appointment at 5:15p 11/25. We arrived a few minutes early, were seated. I had a gentlemen (no name tag) and my sister had Jenny. I asked for acrylic nails and if we can do a mani+pedi for the $60 they advertised he was reluctant and I said fine acrylic finger nails are fine, he said go choose a color and gestured towards the shelves. Throughout the process I felt like he was very rushed and distracted cause he was also answering the phone and making appointments WHILE DOING MY NAILS. He did the process oddly as well, placed the fake tips on (without checking to see if they would fit properly), asked how long I wanted them and I said as short as possible since I work with animals. Then puts on the acrylic powder on and shapes the nail as best as possible then uses nail clippers to cut off to the length I wanted and twists off the excess. IVE NEVER SEEN IT DONE THIS WAY BEFORE EVER!!! Always seen tips placed, tips cut to appropriate length, then powder placed. ANOTHER THING WAS THEY USE GEL COLORING FOR NAILS, THEY DONT HAVE COLORED ACRYLIC POWDER!!! What kind of cheap nail salon is this!?! Ive attached photos of what my nails look like currently 3 hours after having them done. Very basic nails and asked for square oval shape mind you. Throughout this process hes rushing to get it done and just not being attentive. My sister sat down first before I did and I was done faster than she was since he seemed like he had better things to do. Maybe if youre feeling rushed and have better things to do, go do them. Id rather have things done correctly and slowly then faster and sloppy. Definitely my nails were not worth $45. I was paying for both my sister and I, gave Jenny a $10 since I saw she was doing a great job with my sister, was not rushing, and being friendly. The sir I had was rushing, rude, and impolite. Wish I had a different experience.

I made an appointment last week and gave them a try. I was very disappointed in the service. The lady I saw moved me to different seating areas twice in the middle of doing my nails. When I said I wanted regular polish and not gel, I felt like I was being punished for my choice. The polish application was average. I was charged $22 for a fill. One that is already lifting and was rough around tbe edges and never smoothed. I actually do a better job at home. Also I was not allowed to put my nails under the light/ blower. I sat at the station for about 5 mins and then left shaking my head in disgust at how I was treated.I decided I will make the drive back to Lakewood (1/2 hr drive from my house) to support the best nail salon out here, Magic Nails.

These ladies are awesome. Always do a great job on my nails and pedicures.

Was in desperate need of a pedicure. I got the $45 dollar package in the Pomagranet scent which included an amazing hot stone massage!! Now my feet feel so soft and look 100X better!!

1st time here for a walkin pedi. Definitely has that nail salon smell. They were quite busy for a Monday afternoon. There not the cheapest their basic pedicure is a top pedicure at other nail salons. But the pedi service was nice relaxing with a decent polish job. I just wish they had more color choices 4 regular polish. They carry mostly OPI & Dare to Wear by Lechat. Most people book appointments here for good reason.

Nikki did my pedi and mani and they both turned out really nice.

This week was my last time going here. The lady that did my pedicure was too rough and did a horrible job of painting my toe nails. The lady that did my manicure was rushing and literally 2 days after getting my manicure, my gel polish (which they charge $15 extra for) started chipping. I’m disgusted that I paid $75 for such a terrible job. I will never return.

I was in the Fife area and googled nail salons, this salon came up I called and asked if they were accepting appointments she told me to just come into the shop I went in there was two other customers the work on my hands was not a professional quality by any means but the disregard for the safety of the customers was more insulting there was seven customers in a very small space workers were going around back and forth in between clients without washing their hands the lady that was working on my hands kept using her hand to rub her nose in her face again I was very disappointed my nails did not look quality hygiene is a problem there when I inquired about it I was told youll be okay. As customers came to the door they welcomed them in I couldnt get out of here quick enough I see that money still hold more power then doing the right thing

I went to get a manicure with gel nails i was not paying attention while they were doing my nails they started to buff them for ACRYLICS . I did not ask for acrylic at this point it was too late my nails were uneven and cut short. The polish on my nails is uneven the ends of my nails are rough overall just awful

I have been going to Creative nails for at least 7 years. I took a few years off from getting my nails done and started back a few months ago. David and Kathy treat me like I never was gone. They are wonderful as is their staff. I love this place and would never go anywhere else. I love the work they do and love how kind they all are.

Got a high end pedicure and although it was relaxing and an amazing process and all the end results were lacking!! She cut my big toe nails crooked the white nail polish was sloppily put on. I drive 3 hours to go here. I have always liked there service and product. It is definitely not a walk in spa. To make sure you get in make an appointment. My favorite person isnt there any more but I have always walked away happy. David is always doing stuff for the community and his customers. The spa is kept clean and the tools are kept in an autoclave.

The price was good and the outcome good. But the girl who did my nails was either in a hurry or didnt seem to care that the dust was all over the table between shaping and polishing. There was still dust all over my hands ( after i asked for a bit more shaping) when she started polishing.At the end she dabbed each nail with oil and got up and said nothing until i asked if she was done. She was rude even after I gave a $10 tip on top of the cost of the service.

I got a dip manicure and was not impressed. I don’t feel like I am very particular about my nails, but the bare minimum was done. My cuticles were not cleaned up, my nails were not shaped, no lotion, nothing. All that was done was the dip powder, and the finished result doesn’t even look smooth. Unfortunately won’t be returning here.

I had asked for a specific design and they toldMe they were able to do it but when it was done it looked nothing like I wanted and was messed up, if you aren’t able to do the design then tell me I would have asked for something else. Also my friend and I payed separate when my friend payed the lady never came back with out change we told her that wasn’t the tip but she never came back.

The lady that did my nails does not speak english at all, and I have a hard time trying to tell her what I want. We ended with my shellac all bumpy looking with the top coat smeared on the sides of my nails. UGh! So frustrated. I will not recommended, especially Kim.

I went to this nail salon by referral from a coworker. I was pleased the first time I went but the last two times my nails were messed up and last week I just went and paid $70, Which was way too much money I was also overcharged I only had one male that had a design on it and it wasn’t even a design to be honest but now I have two broken nails and a crack in one of my other nails. I hate to leave this review but it seems likeThey do a halfway decent job. The service is amazing in the atmosphere is always clean but I can’t say that I’ll be going back

Kathy is a very nice lady, she did my nails very well for two months then they ended up thick, crooked, to short and lifting after only one week. When I went back in to ask to have them fixed her husband was very rude, would not let me speak with Kathy and basically told me to never come back... really, I cant come back because YOUR wife seriously messed up my nails. This place is cold, pricey and rude. I hope you loose more clients!

We went in and got four deluxe manicures, all were lovely! I got my acrylics off and they were gentle and considerate. The two gel manicures were done extremely well and they took their time with the designs. The two regular polish manicures also turned out great. I would return. Loved the hand wax treatment.

I just moved to the area and today was my first visit. Jenny did my nails and did an excellent job. Everyone was friendly and professional. I hope to make this my go to salon.

My nails were 60 dollars for gel & diamonds. My friends was 50 for fill & diamonds. It was kinda expensive so I expected quality work. However my nails were different shapes & lengths. I asked her to fix these things cause I do nails myself and I coulda done this for free ! It was my birthday so I decided to get them done and she wanted to act like she didn’t see how they were different lengths and never fixed it . They don’t look horrible cause I filed em when I got home but who wants to file their fresh gel just because she wanted to have an attitude. I won’t go here again. And a diamond fell off after one day . My friend diamonds last two & two fell off the 2nd day.

I think this is the best nail place I have tried. The service was amazing and I am happy with the results. I am finishing up my nails now. The real test will be how long it lasts. But I am using the light now and that seems to help. I came in a week ago and the place was packed. So I decided to wait until this week and it was worth it. Kim did my nails and I would wait for her next time if I had to.

They did have to raise prices post covid-19, but who can blame them? Im so glad they were able to make it.The pedicures are the best! Wax and hot stone massage come with all of them!I get regular acrylics but they do dip as well. Kathy and Nancy do great designs.

I have gone here all my life since 9th grade in high school and am now in college not only are they great with working with the design you want but even with making sure you are having a good visit. When the finish my nails I always end up messing them up when I dry them and asap they fix it! they are in a great price and I love there pedicures will try their manicures soon!!!

This was the worst nail shop Ive ever been too in Tacoma. They are cheap with nail polish layers they tried to charge me $15 extra to redo my feet when I was in there for nails and feet. The man who did my nails said that it doesnt matter that they dont match and he didnt care that the lady did my feet a different color than my nails. $15 extra to make it match. Then he spit in my face. When I said that that was unfair. I didnt call the police because I felt so sad and humiliated. DO NOT GO To CREATIVE NAILS you will have a horrible experience just like me.

Jenny is fantastic! She takes her time and listens to what you really want. My nails turn out beautiful every time and last longer than most, even though I am hard on my nails because of work .

1st time here. Recently moved to Tacoma and am looking for a salon. This is close to home and had good reviews so thought I would give them a shot. I went on a Wednesday evening. They were prompt and got me in right away. I wanted a pedicure with shellac polish. The first thing I notices from the salon I go to is they dont have liners for tubs. They looked clean but it grossed me out about possibly being unsanitary. I tried to make conversation with the lady working on me but she was reserved and just zoned out on the TV. The whole pedicure only took maybe 30 min. No massage but rather rubbing the scrub then lotion in. I paid extra for hot stones but those were only warm and again no massage with them. They also did not use the callus remover which coming back from camping was definitely needed. They do have ample shellac colors to choose from and I am satisfied with the color BUT she cut my nails and did not file them afterwards so they are sharp and jagged (didnt realize until I got home). Then to top it off she charged me $10 more than the package I had asked for. Will not be going back.

I GUESS HE MEANS NO BLACK PEOPLE CAN BRING THEIR CHILD. TERRIBLE! HORRIBLE! CUSTOMER SERVICE!RACIST OWNER IS ALL I COULD THINK THE REASON FOR MY CHILD NOT BEING ALLOWED IN THIS SHOP!!!!!!

They do the best designs here. Show them anything on Pinterest or Google images, and they mimic it perfectly. At least they have each & everytime one of my daughters or myself have added designs to our nail treatments. Also Ive been getting my nails done for 20+ years. Ive been to several nail salons over the years & creative nails & spa would be in my top 5 for best pedicure. Love the added massage & how soft my feet & legs feel everytime I leave creative nails & spa.

They did a wonderful job on the pedicure, honestly it was good. My problem was when it was time to pay. I hand them my card, they insert the chip, the lady panics because she ran out of paper & its beeping at her. She gets a coworker to change it out. The coworker then pressed about 5 buttons, at which time it says declined. They get the owner, the owner calls my card and has a lengthy conversation about how the card had been declined. I explained that was impossible, he then ask for another card. I pull up my mobile banking before he swiped my card to see if it went through & wouldnt you know it did! I told him Id like to speak to my bank before he did another transaction. I call and they said exactly what I thought, they ran the same transaction about 4 times which cancelled it out & declined it. I then ask about why they would have told him my card had no sufficient funds. The bank tells me there are no notes on my account from where a call had been placed. REALLY?! So this man was having a fake conversation on the phone? So the banker stays on the line with me again to tell them to check theyre last transaction & wouldnt you know there was my payment! Then try to say oh it was the chip on your card, it wasnt us. Yeah no, that just felt real scam like & I want be coming back. Not ok.
