First and foremost I would like to say I normally dont leave reviews, actually this is my first review I have ever done. Secondly the service here is horrible. To be short and quick to the point, I have had a check engine light on since I purchased my car (from CNY Drives btw) and was told if ever any problems I can take it to Lukes mechanic who is named Dino. In dealing with Dino trying to get the issue fixed, I was informed over multiple times that the car would be fixed but instead it just always sat in the lot and they only cleared the check engine light codes instead of actually fixing the problem. So maybe a couple of days ago possibly a week, I was informed that my vehicle was actually fixed but instead the check engine light came back on as well as other problems such as cylinder 2 and 3 misfire so out of suspicion I took my vehicle to Midas and they informed me that nothing was done with my intake manifold and they never laid a hand on it to be fixed. When confronting Dino about this and telling him he never tried fixing the vehicle he simple told me thank you for voicing your opinion and hung up on me. So I say this to everybody who reads this review, THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND I WOULD NOT SUGGEST ANYBODY TAKE THEIR VEHICLE TO THIS MECHANIC. I wouldnt even give this one star if I could.
