Tony, the owner, was so helpful. They were able to get the vehicle done the day I brought it down there. He even Google what I needed to do to get my radio working again after they disconnected the battery. I would definitely go back if I cant get it done at my regular mechanic. A good first experience. They did what I asked, didnt try to upsell me into stuff I didnt want. My Honda Civic is 9 years old and has143,000 miles. No comments about my car or car choice. Most of all, everyone was kind and polite which appealed to my old, white haired self. Ill be going back soon Im sure

Joe is a fine mechanic that will not overcharge you for your car repairs. Or at least thats how I felt. Hell give you a call with an estimate before he starts taking your vehicle apart, so youll know how much money to bring when picking up your car. I went there a few times, and every time he and his son were very professional and treated me as a valued customer. I wish not to visit him often but if something breaks I wont hesitate to go to Masellos.

This place is great!! I own an older car that needed a lot of work done to pass inspection. They fixed everything at a fair price and within just a couple of days. The owner showed me everything he fixed and why he had to replace it. Very honest and will be bringing my car back for any future repairs.

I had a great experience here. I called early in the morning and it turned out they had some cancellations so I could bring my car in right away. Within the hour after dropping it off they called to let me know it was ready. Customer service was kind and welcoming. Best of all, the issue my car was having was solved. Seeing these good reviews made me come in today, however I was still a tad skeptical. I was told by a chain mechanic that my tie rod needed to be replaced, but I decided to see a local mechanic. After seeing the good reviews, I decided to go to Masellos. After a look at my car, they showed me exactly what was wrong, which was NOT my tie rod at all! I couldve been charged a good sum of money for that. They showed me that my rear tire tread was bad, and put air in my front tire that was 15lbs down (which was brand new from the other chain mechanic). That chain mechanic never even balanced my tires when they put them on. I wasnt charged for anything today, and decided to get an estimate for new rear tires from Masellos. I will definitely be returning, and recommending Masellos to everyone. Thank you to Tony and his crew!

Needed an oil change and the battery terminals cleaned and anti corrosion coated. Got an update phone call within 30 minutes. The Battery was dying and posed a potential mid winter failure. Which could have left me stranded... not a desired prospect of any Central New Yorker, in winter! Tony recommended that the battery be replaced. He recommenced an Interstate battery. All work was done within an hour of the update call. Checked it out the next day just because I wanted to see the battery terminals (Which had a different configuration than I was accustom to and Ive never had an Interstate battery before.) I was impressed with the battery terminals anti corrosion treatment/coating and terminals continuation/positioning. Great job, great price for the battery!

Fantastic service with honest staff

Took my 2011 Buick in for service after I was told by Drivers Village that my brakes needed changing ASAP. I became suspicious since I had taken it in just 2 weeks prior to Bill Rap whom informed me that my brakes were fine. When I got to Masellos, they informed me that not only were my breaks completely fine, but they were not even half worn yet.To the customers going to Burdick and complaining about always having to spend money, this shop is your answer. The service is excellent and Tony and the rest of the workers are reliable and honest. While Burdick may have the specialized equiment to undertake certain jobs (and even this is questionable 😑), I, without a doubt, recommend going to Marsellos for your car issues.
