My family and I have been coming here for the last 2 years. Everyone has been very friendly and professional with us. We have always had on time or early service. We have all experienced each technician and everyone has been great! Most often my daughter and I have Julie and Amy at the same time and we always have fun. Amys English is not very strong, but she is always personable and friendly.I believe you get what you give to these ladies.💖

Rushed manicure and pedicure. My tech showed up 20 minutes late for my appointment. I’m 8 months pregnant and she rushed through my entire pedicure. She put lotion on my legs, gave it one swipe and was done. Not relaxing at all. My gel manicure is already chipping after 4 days. Cost me 85 dollars. Will not be coming back.

I was getting my gestational diabetes test across the street at the OBGYN and had an hour to kill so I went to get a pedicure and OMG am I glad I did! They took great care of me, I ended up having a hot flash/sugar crash and they set up all fans around me and gave me water and were just so nice and so caring.And then, the pedicure was THE BEST PEDICURE IVE EVER HAD! Goodbye snake skin! And the massage and lady who did them did an incredible job. My new salon for sure, give it a try!!!!!Thank you ladies I hope you can see this and how happy I was!!!!

I have been going to Red Rock Nails since it opened and I have been very pleased until just recently. During my last 3 visits and during COVID there is one technician who does not wear her mask and I believe her name is Cathy. I spoke to Cathy the first time as the owner wasnt present and asked her to put her mask on. About 4 weeks ago, I was at the salon and again Cathy was not wearing her mask. Jennifer, who is the owner, was present at the time and Jennifer spoke to Cathy instructing her to wear her mask. I was at the salon on November 13th for a 5:15 pm appt. and again (the 3rd time) Cathy was not wearing a mask. Cathy walked thru the salon and came within 3 ft. of me and she was not wearing a mask. I asked Cathy to put her mask on. Cathy was rude and defiant and she did not put a mask on. At that point, I said either she goes or I go. Hanna, who is another technician, told me that Cathy was getting ready to go home and she was leaving. Cathy pranced out of the salon with no mask on and then she came back in without a mask and wanted to start a verbal altercation. It was an extremely upsetting event. The technician who was doing my nails apologized profusely and she was in tears. I visited the salon the next day on November 14th in order to share my experience with the owner. I told Jennifer that Cathy is putting herself, the other employees and all customers in harms way. In my opinion, Cathy is a liability to this business and she should be terminated for not following the COVID guidelines. I have recently spoken to 2 other women who go to Red Rock Nails and they told me that Cathy never has her mask on. I was advised that Jennifer elected not to terminate Cathy which is Jennifers business decision. I, as the customer have decided not to return to Red Rock Nails because I no longer feel safe at this establishment.I am not telling anyone not to visit Red Rock as everyone has their own level of comfort regarding the virus. You can make your own decision. I feel for Jennifer during these challenging times. I strongly believe she made the wrong business decision by not terminating Cathys employment. The purpose of this review is to warn others and educate them as this virus is out there and it can be a matter of life and death. I know someone who died from COVID. His death was due to the fact his home health aide did not wear a mask and she was infected. Perhaps I take the virus more seriously and I can say that If Cathy was working for me she would have been terminated after the 2nd offense. First time shame on Cathy, second time shame on Jennifer. There never should have been a 3rd time and there will probably be a 4th time because this technician simply doesnt care.

Every time I have visited there it was very clean, all staff are very accommodating and make sure that you leave a happy customer. Thanks Red Rock for always providing my family and I extremely excellent service each and every time .

Very unprofessional, me and my friends nails came out horribly. We came in expecting to get what we had in mind and came out with something completely different. One of the workers kept complaining about how tired she was, so she could leave and not do ours nails.

New place (grand opening) so i stopped in and had my nails done (fill).. they were fantastic from the moment i walked in the door. my nails came out awesome, she did such a nice job. i will definitely be going back..😁

Nancy did an absolutely amazing job on my pedicure. I also had a manicure done here by someone else and she was fast and did a wonderful job. She shaped my nails very nicely. But, Nancy was very gentle with my pedicure as I asked her to be. I’m terrified of pedicures and I’m absolutely traumatized because of my past experiences with them. They normally hurt because of the way my toe nail grows on my big toe. But, Nancy made everything better and it was PAIN FREEEEEE. I recommend this place! They’ll actually listen to you and what you need/want. Definitely going back soon.

I have been going here ever since they opened about four months ago. I have to be honest they are very skilled in their line of work. Always over the top service, extremely clean salon, and all of the staff are super caring and accommodating. If anyone asks where they should get their nails services done, I would highly recommend this salon!

Very rude staff. First time there and thought I would give it a try. While my daughter and I received our pedicures the two staff talked to one another the whole time never communicating with me and my daughter. The worst was the two women talked badly about another cO-worker the whole time. It was very tense. No foot message, no scrubbing away calluses. Experience not an enjoyable.Don’t wast your time or money.

This was a very disappointing basic manicure. It was very rushed—nails uneven and misshaped, cuticle cream slopped on and barely pushed back or cut, no cuticle oil, etc. I arrived at 6 and they were closing at 7. It was clear they were in a hurry. I was done in 20 minutes. I will go back to Bae Nails. I did this for convenience.

They did a hasty job painting my nails (polish was still left on my cuticles after the job) and the polish peeled right off a few hours later. Staff were also not very welcoming/friendly. Would not recommend and will not be returning.
