I don’t mind paying good money for a haircut, however, they charge top dollar, and here’s what earned them a one star rating.1. They didn’t follow instructions and in failing to do so, turned my handsome 13 year old son, into a 9 year old boy. Any barber worth his weight in salt will give a guy that age, a haircut that is trendy, as opposed to a cut that makes him look like he walked right out of the 1950s.2. When it was my turn to sit in the same chair, you’d think the barber would take 30 seconds to clean up the hair from my son’s cut. Instead, I had to walk through the hair on the floor and also, had to wipe hair from the chair before I could sit down.3. All the barbers speak in Spanish while they’re cutting hair. I don’t care if you want to speak your native tongue when you’re on your own dime, but when I’m sitting in a barber chair, paying A LOT for my haircut, speak English. It was very awkward and quite frankly, downright rude!4. When you check out, the screen allows you to give a gratuity to the barber. That’s fine, but if you want to give them a tip less than the ridiculous default tip that appears on screen (as a percentage) you have to skip that screen and go to another. It’s purposely set up that way to cause the customer to “over tip.”5. Two haircuts with gratuity, $76. You read that correctly, 76 FREAKING DOLLARS. And I didn’t walk out with a two year supply of shampoo, just the two haircuts. No haircut on planet Earth is worth $38.I WILL NOT RETURN!

Havent been to a barber since I was a kid. I figured I would pamper myself for my birthday. Called ahead and they said they were really busy but were able to fit me in later in the day. Had a head and face shave done by George. He was attentive, caring and professional. He takes pride in his work and it shows. Smooth and clean down to skin and not a single nick. The shave was outstanding. Would highly recommend!

Omar Kustom Kuts is great. My son has his hair faded underneath but so curly on top. His hair grows like a chia pet. I was bringing him to Execucuts barber shop but they refused to cut the top of his hair. They said they don’t have enough time I guess they are on a time limit like great clips or something. So I brought my son to Omar’s and they took great care of him. We should be back in this afternoon my chia pet us out of control again.

The cut was amazing, the dude up front did a nice job. The razor fade was clean and he pays attention to minor details and it really stands out. Def going back there

Love this shop. Walked in and was greeted by 2 barbers that were awesome. George exceeded my expectations cutting my sons hair. His hair is super curly and I havent been able to spike it since he was 11. He worked his magic and even my kiddo was impressed. Chatted with me during the cut. I took my curly haired 14 year old son to Omars Kustom Kuts for a completely new look. We met George who listened to our request and communicated what we were hoping for. He took his time with both the clippers and scissors and the end result was fantastic! My son was super pleased. We will be back and I highly recommend these talented barbers.

I have been going to Omars for 10yrs and since the opening of the surprise shop I have been turned away three time 2 hours before close with only a few people waiting. Sad because they do a great job.

This is the second time Ive been into Omars Kustom Kuts. Jorge has been my Barber both times and he is done a fantastic job. He does a great job of understanding of what I want in my haircut and does a great job on my fade. Both times that I have been into the shop, the shop has been clean and well kept. Both Barbers working have been very friendly and provided great customer service. Kustom Kuts is a great place to get your haircut.Ive been coming here for over 5 years while serving at Luke Air Force Base, and they give the best fade thats near base.Omar is a great guy, and hes always nice to talk to.Its best to come early in the morning when theres not that many people, or if you can get let out of work a little bit earlier before everyone comes right after work.

I have been bringing my nephews and kids here for years. The barbers are patient and friendly to infants whom are getting their hair cut for the first time. You can schedule an appointment ahead of time. So you dont need to wait for your turn. Clean and theres a restroom if needed as well.

If you have things to do through your day don’t come here. Custom cuts by Omar?? You mean custom cuts by NOmar... place opens at 9 on a Sunday no one in sight, according to a couple regulars this happens often these people show up pretty much when ever AFTER 9-930... Couldn’t tell you how my experience was due to the fact Omar wasn’t there to open up on time to get my hair cut and frankly I won’t be coming back either. I can’t stand owners who think they are better than the custom and can keep us waiting.

Well I was told there was.no waiting when I called, when I got there there were appointments, then two cutters went to lunch at the same time leaving the cutter with appointments. We ended up waiting over an hour. Not that good of an experience....

I have been going to Kustom Kuts for 3 years and there is not one time I walked out disappointed. I am in the military so I need to look professional all the time. This is the only place I’ll go to guarantee a clean hair cut.

I don’t know about $26 for a razor fade. It was a decent cut but I’ll never pay that much again.

They are all really good at what they do. Ive come here a few times and will be making it my go to place for good quality haircuts. Omar did a really good job with my son who has medical issues and needed extra attention.
