Went for a color match for a hairpiece. Michelle did a terrible job. When all is done she says it is similar. Didn’t want similar, wanted a match. Took over 4 hours. Will never go there again. Completely disappointed!!!!!!!!!!! Left without the haircut even though I was charged for it!!

UPDATE OCT 11 2020.NEVER HEARD BACK FROM OWNER WHO OFFERED ME A 30% OFF NEXT VISIT.I appreciate the 30% off offer.But I have no idea how to use it?I need a certificate or something.Got a perm. I showed the stylist several photos of how I would like it to be.She fell short. Nothing like the photo.

They butchered my sons hair. The back looks all choppy. I asked for a fade and got a 2 on the sides, with no fade. Again, looks super choppy. I just wish I had gotten the ladies name who did the haircut... She seemed to be the one in charge of the place. Last time we get a haircut inside of a Walmart.

I used to go to Supercuts, not anymore. Maryann does a fantastic job. I’ve never had a bad haircut from her. The salon is always clean and the staff is friendly and professional. Will continue to have my haircut at this location and by Maryann.

I felt very comfortable and safe while Mary Ann took care of a much needed color, cut, and style! Not to mention - she did a great job 🙂

I love this shop. The manager Mary Ann is so kind and takes good care of her employees as well as her customers. Chealsie Hawes cut my hair and it is without a doubt the best haircut I have had in years. She listened to what I wanted and took the time to make sure I was happy every step of the way. It is hard to please everyone but the girls go above and beyond to make sure their customers are treated with respect and leave happy with the results. Thank you for such outstanding service. I love the atmosphere of this salon, the new manager Jessica, is fantastic. She’s really upbeat, super nice and very talented. She’s doing great things with the store, before the crew was quiet and had a bad manager that seemed like she didn’t care, Jessica has woke the employees here up. 10/10 recommend. Can’t wait until my next visit.

Great place! Its small but they do an awesome job! Vannessa does a fantastic job. You should especially see her for color. She keeps up on all the new styles and works hard to achieve the look you want.

Been getting haircuts from Great clips the past few years. But once I went to SmartStyle loved it! Best haircut Ive gotten in a while!

I specifically told the Hairdresser not to cut my Sons hair short on top & what does she do!? Chops off all of long hair in the back & on the sides, leaving mostly his bangs long...Seriously!? I had no idea this Salon was in Wal-Mart!

I came in And asked for a trim and to redo my layers . Chealsey was completely careless and my hair is now choppy, uneven and 5+ inches shorter than what I came in with. I really hate leaving bad reviews but wow, I might as well have done it myself I would’ve had a better outcome. Never coming here again.

Chealsie is amazing!!! She listened to exactly what I was wanting and going for and did just that and was very fun, friendly and persoanable, all the staff was! I will be returning regurlarly.

I went in here not too long ago sense I was in Walmart anyways. They have this girl named vanessa that does really good guys cuts. I have never been so happy with my hair. She even showed me this hair fiber stuff that doesnt flake out like my cheap gel I love it. Great conversation. she even got me a discount on the hair stuff. Id recommend her to anyone. Just awesome

For MEN thinking about getting a haircut here AVOID getting cut by Chelsey !!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT get cut by CHELSEY. My boyfriend went in to get a simple fade & it was obvious she was being trained. She first cut his sides only to a 4 & told him she was done. I had to explain to her that a fade was when you cut hair gradually from however low my boyfriend wanted to the highest. She still seemed confused, so I then proceeded to show her a picture which she still did not know how to do. My boyfriend had to walk her through the entire process of which size to use next, how far up to cut, to use the comb and clipper and she still messed his hair up. SmartStyle please hire people with real credentials or if youre gonna have someone training dont try to get the money for a haircut and just say that you have no one experienced to cut mens hair because now we have to spend more money somewhere else to fix his hair. Absolutely ridiculous service we received here just so they wouldnt lose a customer.

If I could do no stars I would. This women don or something butchered my hair first off and then cut 6 inch on my beautiful hair off that was past my butt. And this women didnt even have the nerve to apologize.

Good cut. Good shampoo. Good service. I have nothing to complain about.

Stopped in to get my daughters bangs trimmed the stylist said 20 mins so we waited, then after waiting an hour with out even an apology for how long we were waiting we decided to leave the stylist didnt try to stop us or again not even apologizing about the wait, it was convenient for us to get my daughters hair cut here after doing our shopping butwe wont be back after this incident, we just felt our business wasnt appreciated or wanted. Im very disappointed.

My super gapped hair has spurred me to give this place a Superbad rating!Stevie Wonder or Helen Keller would have been preferred as my stylist!

Horrible ! I will never return to this location to receive a haircut or to any other location . My son and I went in and received haircuts, well thats what I thought until I got home . My girlfriend was like what the Heck happened to your hair, I had several bald spots on the back part of my head . Plus a ton of long hairs all around my ears . My son had starting crying when we left, then told me the lady who had cut his hair clipped his ear . Then I called the manager ( Tabitha ) which was real snooty and very defensive, had explained getting a refund was probably not going to happen without going through a huge long process. Beware to any parents out there .

This place is horrible! They did a terrible job on my boyfriend and chopped my hair. Knowing they did a terrible job they still charged us and arm and a leg. Never get your hair cut here

Horrible experience again! I was told that I would be taken care of at 10 a.m. I waited until 1130 and the second barber did not show. There were no other6 customers. I can see why now.
