I have been working with Proquality for about a year and have not had a bad day with these guys. Even during turbulent times, they have managed to keep the service smooth. Everything always got delivered on time. Last minute requests are honored, and I know that I will get a quick response to any question or concern I might have. Was able to visit ProQuality HQ and was impressed with onsite garage and diligent maintenance of fleet. There is an on-site safety officer. Staff of dispatchers in office were very busy, but still gave friendly greetings implying workforce is well taken care of. Dispatchers fluent on many languages but all most impressive was their courtesy.

Andre called in and booked a load at 0830 NC - IL signed confirmation and provided driver info, at 0930 he calls back in saying that the driver didnt like the delivery and he was handing the load back, He never checked this load with his driver and shopped his truck for an hour on our load. This carrier is a huge waste of time. When he called in to fall off, I asked him why he decided to hold onto our load when he never had a driver for it and waste our time? His response was hanging up on me. I wouldnt use this carrier to haul garbage let alone any customers freight.

Poor service from management - be cautious of this company. we tried to work with this company and they missed load times and damaged loads. beware!

Very poor and rude customer service! Never do business with this guys!!!

Pick up a load for them using a single #PU that they provide, after 2 weeks they cut $3500 from the rate confirmation because load was not picked up in full. I called shipper and ask what happen, they mention that there should be 2 pickup numbers and broker provide only 1 #PU so full liability is on them.We proceed with legal action.
