I never do reviews on places, but this post office is terrible! I was expecting a package and they said it was delivered on Saturday at 12:25. I went to check my mailbox and it wasn’t there. I live in an apartment complex, so, there’s no way they could get my apartment number mixed up cause it was exactly what was stated on the package. Not only that, they delivered my regular mail with no issue. I’ve been trying to call all day and nobody will answer. I’ve gotten a couple of busy tones but that’s it. I’m so frustrated because what I had bought is now sold out online and these people just took something that was meant for my son. After reading the reviews, I shouldn’t be surprised, but I am. 😡😡😡
I can’t wait for Amazon to take over! At least we’ll get our Mail in a reasonable time. I can’t believe people still use USPS. I live in Puyallup and my package was about 2 miles from my house. Now it’s on the other side of the sound…. Why USPS….Why????
Such a bad experience with this service! Today I literally watched out Mail Lady through our package on our porch (not the first time either) however this time it was glass and broke with coffee all over and glass when we opened the box! I understand she is frustrated as our parking in front of our house blocks themailboxes....and her comment to me one time was you dont understand howmuch I have to get out of my truck. So sorry, but customer service is what you chose. We try to move cars to accommodate however our mail gets delivered any where between 11 am and 7 pm so not easy to accommodate.
Absolutely the worst service ever and not just on occasion but over and over day after day! Today I was expecting two packages that were left in the community mailbox. A key was left to retrieve the packages, nope wrong key left and not the first time this has happened. 2 weeks ago got a key to retrieve another package and apparently my neighbor did also for the same box. Since they picked up their mail first, they now had my package! Earlier this month property tax notifications came out, we didn’t get mail at all that day but my neighbor got it brought ours over. Forget requesting a mail hold while on vacation, it doesn’t happen, the mail continues to get delivered or your neighbors get it first and will deliver later! Not just one neighbor either, mail is delivered wherever. No one cares and no excuse for such lousy service!
When you try to call the branch office, they refuse to answer the phone. I let it ring about 30+ times, and no one answers the phone. Our mail is deliver sporadically, which given the times I understand. What I dont understand is receiving a notice on our mailbox stating that there is an issue with the box and we need to pick our mail in Sumner. When we tried to pick up our mail in Sumner, we found out that our mail was being delivered and we found it in our mailbox. We were able to get our mail delivered for a week, and now we have the notice in our mailbox again saying theres a problem with the mailbox.
Mail arrives weeks after the vendor provides notification of arrival. I received my July monthly subscription booklet the third week of July. WTHeck! Why does the mail take so long to arrive?
Im woundering how people who can not read get a job delivering mail??? Cant tell one number from another. I tell them its not mine and they just put it back. Tried calling but cant talk its 25 min wait for their phone to get answered. When are they going too finally shut this waste of tax dollars down. Total revamping
Happy to update my rating should it actually be delivered relatively soon, but my package is coming from an international entity, when I search where it is through their tracking, it shows its been handed to this location for delivery and has been there for 6 days. When I do the tracking from USPS it hasnt even made it to this location. Im assuming its sitting on a shelf and hasnt been updated. This is extremely disappointing and is a time sensitive item I require soon. Not looking promising. It took less time to travel from China, go through customs and move all the way to Washington then the time its been sitting at this local delivery center.
I dont normally take the time to write negative reviews but Ive honestly never had a single decent experience with this post office. I dont understand how they can get away with such awful customer service and constant lost and significantly delayed packages. Ive lived in many places and dealt with a lot of post offices. This is the worst one by about 10 miles. I desperately wish I could request to switch to another. Especially since I live in Bonney Lake, not Sumner.
Lost mail for 5 weeks plus. Many calls to find where it is. Take off work to go to multiple Offices. Got supervisor number, no answer or voicemail available. Went to another office, supervisor refuses to see me. I ask for his number and email and still waiting. I ask for the Post Master information, still waiting......suoervisor does not want to give me his email address so I insist. Probably does not want to be held accountable. Finally get the Sumner PO Supervisor name and email address.The counter help was extremely reluctant but finally gave me the info. So here it is just in case anyone wants transparency and accountability within our USPS.
Worst service ever. 2 weeks in a row that they supposedly delivered a package but was never delivered. First one they told me they would have the driver look for my package and wow next day he or she never bother and kept delivering like normal. 2nd week they delivered a package again and never was in my mail box. How dot here people have a job and never have to be accountable for their errors. So we as consumers just take a loss of our hard earned money ? Drivers need to be held accountable. Better yet shut the post office down. Fed ex and UPS do a better job.
Still waiting for my package. The mail carrier was once again too lazy to deliver the package and left a note in my mailbox saying that the mailbox is too small for my package. Ya think?! Tried to call the Sumner post office and of course, nobody picks up the phone. It seems that there is no way to contact USPS via email, either. I asked for redelivery twice; so far no package. I agree with the other reviews: Sumner post office carriers are not only incompetent but also dont care. p.s. Our regular carrier is amazing BUT whenever someone else is driving his route, you might as well forget about your packages. We have also had no-deliveries with the excuse of nobody was available to receive the package claims, when in fact, we were sitting in our front yard the entire day.This post office does not deserve a star, period. This site just wont let you post unless you klick on a star.

I have nothing to say about this post office. They have lost my packages before and lately they have been delivering me TAMPERD packages that have HOLES and RIPS in them. Unacceptable!!! Get your stuff together Sumner Post office!!
WORST SERVICE EVER! Doesnt even deserve the 1 star. They NEVER answer the phone and the drivers do not follow the easiest instructions. Its ridiculous! Dont leave a note in my mailbox with the option to ask for the item to be left at my door, just to re-receive the note back the next day with Must pick up written on it! If I wanted to pick up my package I wouldnt have ordered it online! If I had a choice when ordering online, I would NEVER choose USPS and I do not use them whenever I have to send something. Unreliable and unprofessional.
Incompetent is a compliment for this location. Ive seen every excuse from driveway blocked when the apartment complex security cameras showed it wasnt, to unable to locate address. that Ive had at least 75 packages successfully delivered too between Amazon and USPS. Finally, why the hell is this post office service the back side of Bonney Lake? Were a block away from being a Buckley address for Christs sake. The bonney lake office is so much better in every single way than this location.

This post office is the worst, it is where packages and mail go to die. Once there it never gets sorted or sent on to its destination. It gets put on a shelf, in the trash or taken for own use. Nobody answers the phone to fix the problem.
Theyre are never enough people working. The lines take forever. No one ever answers the phone too answer questions. Our mail is always late or not delivered at all.
They dont even try to deliver packages, every package ive had delivered they just drive right past and mark it as “delivery attempted”
As you can tell by ALL the other reviews, this is by far one of the WORST post offices that has ever existed. The ONLY people to write positive reviews are likely employees that work there. You cannot go to this post office and have a positive experience. The people who work there make sure of that. I talked to the supervisor and he was actually helpful and cool. But they hide him in the back to make sure they don’t get anything better than a 2 star review. I think they purposely give you the worst experience possible. Because I have NEVER wrote a review before. This is my first. But they make people want to go out of their way to write a bad review. Yes. It’s that bad. I think it would be a very positive thing to bulldoze that place down and get rid of the bad juju that place pumps out.
In the past two months we have had at least a dozen packages / pieces of mail sent to the wrong house. Our neighbors are seeing similar issues. One has to ask, What will it take for the Sumner post office to improve?

Never answer their phones, ordered four foot long light fixtures and they said “ would not fit into mailbox, will attempt again tomorrow”What the hell is wrong with the people that work there? If theyre not putting my mail in the wrong box, ignoring phone calls, or rolling their eyes and sighing when I have a question, theyre putting my package on hold instead of in a locker, then refusing to come to the will call window during Saturday hours. Absolutely the worst PO Ive ever dealt with. To top it off, they cant even keep the place clean. This place needs some major changes.
First time at Sumner PO, only me in line at the time, stood on footprint markings, only one man working behind counter. He totally ignored me just kept doing whatever he was doing for at least 7 minutes. No “ be with you shortly”. He never looked up but I could tell he texted someone later presumably for a person to come out front. She came out but fiddled around for quite some time before I was allowed to go to her counter. Quite unfriendly!
Worst post office ever. On many occasions, tracking says they attempted delivery but couldnt get access. Well, we dont have a fence, nor do we live in a gated community. We are on a corner lot, our road is wide open, and we have the community mailboxes. Nobody attempted to deliver anything, and this has happened MULTIPLE times. Worse yet, with this last package, tracking now shows this message -Disposed by Post Office - Your item could not be delivered to the intended recipient or returned to sender. It has been disposed of by USPS.The package was jewelry, so I hope whoever disposed of it is enjoying it.
I am currently looking into ways to avoid USPS for package delivery. Sumner USPS seems to always mess up parcels. Either they dont show or often they end up a street over. Not sure why our delivery person cant read street addresses, pretty sad to think the mail person doesnt know the neighborhood...Good to know USPS doesnt fire employees, regardless how much they suck
Drivers dont make actual attempts to get packages delivered, and then the Post Office doesnt answer their phones to correct the issue. I tried calling for 2 days to find out where my package is, and not one single time was my call answered.

Worst postal around. No immune system. Just moved said that our mailbox was too short. Husband replaced it but still didn’t deliver our mail for 2 days. Then left a note asking her to please leave our mail. Watched her throw my letter on the ground and leave the flag up and drive away. Great service! 😡
The lady at the front was nice but the guy doing passports was condescendent and rude as can be. I only came to this post office because it was closer to my house. Terrible customer service! I mean, just look at all the other reviews!
Only post office I could find that does not operate with employees on a Saturday. For some reason this post office is special, every other post office has employees from 9am-1pm, but this store doesn’t. Must be nice.
Unfortunately I’m experiencing the same problem as many others. My packages cannot seem to make it to me. I have all the tracking. Even the name of the post office agent who accepts them but they never make it to me! Is it theft or poor training?? I’m not sure what to do. I have used PO Box for 16 years in Buckley and no problem. This is so frustrating. I cannot get any info on how to fill out a list item report. This is ridiculous.
I now have two packages that have been sitting at this post office. One of them I didn’t care how long it took. The other is a Fathers Day gift and now I’m concerned I will never get it. I thought maybe because of Covid things have been hectic but it seems that I’m not the only one having issues with this post office. If my orders are going to go through this post office, I’m better off using Fedex or UPS.Edit: Ive added a photo to show just how long I have been waiting for one of my packages. It is STILL in Sumner. The other one is sitting there now and who knows how long that one will take to ship.
I hate coming to this location. Horrible customer service. The front desk staff are slow, lazy and unfriendly. This location needs to hire better people.
I dropped off 2 envelops in the blue mail box out front and assumed they would be there within a day or two given it was only being sent to Seattle. 7 days later and still have not arrived! Unbelievable that something easy is so hard for this location! Never going back there!

This is the SECOND time that I have ordered car parts via international mail. Then they are transferred to USPS. My mailbox is curbside. When my email notification says the package will be delivered today (and I was home ALL day), I go down to the street and check my mailbox, there are a few envelopes and a sorry we missed you signature required slip. You never came to my door! If you did, the slip would be stuck on my door, geniuses!. Stop being lazy!!! Unacceptable. Now I have to wait 3 more days to get my car running. Thanks.

Different package. This one is 5/16/2020 for 5 days there was no update listed on my package it was listed as still being in IL 5 days in a row. Then this morning I get an email that it was attempted to be delivered but they could not get in. UPS, FedEx, DHL, and the pizza delivery can all get in no problem, but at 7:30 am this individual states he is unable to access the property. If you have no ideal what the code is to get past the gate he/she could of looked up my last name on the keypad it literally takes 10 seconds when my last name starts with a K. Sumner Post Office is a complete joke and lazy so very lazy. I am going to help these lazy people out I will have packages delivered to my job instead of these lazy people. Ridiculous how lazy you individuals are.

If there was an option to give ZERO stars, I would! The delivery person consistently makes mistakes and valuable items are not delivered, though they say they are! I tried to call the local office and no one picks up. I called the toll free USPS and waited ONE HOUR AND TWENTY MINUTES to actually speak to someone. They opened a case, and the local office closed it saying it was delivered without even talking to me about it!

Id like to report that there is an effort at this location to correct the lack of efficiency in its service to the community. I had a very similar issue to many of you in this review thread, it was quite professionally handled by someone in charge at this location. Yikes! This seems fairly shady. USPS went to deliver something on a snowy day. (A day before expected.) Low and behold they couldnt because building shut down. Instead of redelivering the next day or when the building reopened, they inputted customer moved without verification and sent the package back. I would like to say this is the first time something like this has happened however, its not.I hope they get their act together and use their delivery attempted slips so customers can schedule a redelivery or pickup the package OR just redeliver the package.Update: Sat on phone for about 30 minutes. Put in for a call back. When finally called back, Customer Service Rep unwilling to track where package is and have it sent back since the carrier did not do what they were supposed to. Was told the supervisor could call me.

I have never had an issue EVER getting a package or my mail until recently. I got half of my order delivered to my address and the other half was RETURNED by the post office stating an undeliverable address! UH you had NO problem delivering the first Half of the order. My house is not hard to find- and like I said before in the past 4 years I have never had an issue getting anything delivered from a pizza to a package.
The new postmaster is working to turn this place around. She can be seen delivering mail, throwing packages or at the front counter. If you live in a gated community and are looking for your packages to be delivered by a person other than your mail carrier you MUST list your gate code in the additional delivery instructions section. Amazon gives you plenty of options to include additional instructions for delivery. These instructions print out on the label and HELP the delivery person get to your door.
Worst post office Ive ever delt with. Will not stop delivering previous tenants mail, years later. When one tenant requests mail to be forwarded, with only one name on the request, they assume property is vacant and forward all tentants mail without notice. Staff is rude and does not offer help.Now been here 3 plus years, put in multiple complaints, but I still get previous tenants mail almost daily.
Most mail carriers on our route out of this post office dont seem to care. They fail to deliver packages all the time. Weve been here six years and had no problems for the first three, the last three years have been hit or miss. The great carriers transfer or leave. They are replaced by a warm body not willing to try.They have even broke the law by signing for a federally regulated parcel and stuffed it in our mail box. That had to be reported top the federal agency for the regulated trade.
Most unreliable shipping Ive ever seen.I continue to get the following message with NO NOTE on my door:USPS couldnt get to the front door, mailbox, or driveway, so please look for a note from them or contact them for the next steps.They have three ways to get the package to me. They can put it in the mailbox (the last one was a tiny package), they can put it in the Parcel box our apartments provide, or they can put it at our door. They do NONE of those things. Nothing is obstructed, they just dont bother to try. Avoid using USPS if youre in their distribution area, because theres no telling whether youll ever receive your package.
They never answer the phone
My postal carrier will only deliver 1 package a day. So they do not get in trouble for messing up they return it to sender saying the address is wrong. Happens all the time and the address is correct. Calling the USPS is a joke. 1 to 2 hour hold time. No wonder they are going under!!!!!
Zero stars if I could give them. I’ve had a package sitting there since 1:30am on April 29th. It’s now May 4th and it hasn’t even moved. This post office is only a two hour drive away!!! This is not the first delivery having traveled through this post office that gets hung up here. Don’t know what’s going on, but it seems like I’m not the only one having an issue with this post office.
Said they delivered it to me. Was here all day. They didnt deliver it. Looked up the status of the shipment and it said delivered on front porch of addressee. Now someone else is enjoying the stuff I ordered. FedEx shipped it all the way from across the country, they apparently asked USPS to deliver it a couple of miles, and they couldnt even handle that. Absolute failures.
Did not leave parcel locker key in my mailbox. It has been 2 days and has not tried to deliver or leave a note in mailbox.
I called the post office to have my daughters name added to the delivery list. A very nice man helped me and notified our normal carrier and told the sub that was working currently. He was polite, courteous and attentive. Thank you for good service.

I constantly have to go to the office to pick up my packages because they say the don’t have a place to deliver the package to and when I get there the package is small enough to put in the delivery box for packages. This is really starting to frustrate me.
I havent had the greatest experience with usps in the past but at this location I found there staff top notch and more than helpful. Due to a mistake on my part on addressing a package, a nice lady did everything to track down my package and make sure it got relabeled and too me. Super polite on the phone as well which is unheard of these days. Thank You.
Always messing up mail and packages
ZERO STARS - first of all they are SO rude in the post office. So busy doing nothing. I received a key in my lock box for a parcel that was showing delivered. It was my neighbors. This was 4 days ago so far nothing has turned up and you cannot get anyone on the phone to help. SO frustrating.
Apparently my house is considered “vacant” when I still live here. Thanks Sumner post office for sending my package back to the sender instead of leaving a notice for me to pick it up at the post office (when there are cars in my driveway). Worst post office ever.
Well, unlike the others whove sent in reviews, I Like the Sumner Post Office. The only thing I dont always like is that, even though theres lots of room, there are often only 2-3 people working, helping customers. But thats not the fault of those employees and the lines almost always move really rapidly. The employees are courteous/friendly though theyre business-like and realize that nobody wants to spend a whole lot of time at the Post Office! The Post Office is roomy so you can put parcels down while youre waiting and the atmosphere is welcoming, with interesting glass cases with things of local interest. Lots of parking outside too!
This post office is terrible! Ive had so many lost and late packages. Ive never had this issue with any other post office. This place is the worst. I have problems with my deliveries so often, it makes me want to completely stop online shopping. As of right now I have 2 packages that are just sitting there, one of them has been there for over a week. And this happens every time I am expecting a delivery
Have made 3 requests to have a parcel redelivered, and now am working on a fourth attempt. They never answer the phone, and numerous parcels have been misdelivered, or just disappear. This is absolutely the worse post office I have ever dealt with. I work for the post office, so I know how things should be done. This is a very poor representation of what a post office should be and if I could it would be a 0 star rating.
Love my postman / postperson he is reliable and takes time to learn the names and addresses of who and which boxes the letters and packages go to.. i do have a problem finding an actual phone number to the post office tho.. this is most irritating as i do not drive and when i have a question.. ( once in maybe a year ) a get some 800 &(& number telling me a bunch of stuff i dont care about.. i want my neighborhood post office to answer my question. this is not their fault .. it is the Standard now and i think in some cases i should have a choice to which number i need depending on the question i have.. :))))
This Post Office is the worst run Post Office I have ever seen. To give you a ideal our carrier was fired for stealing mail and being a herion addict. The good employees transfer out immediately and I can’t blame them

Want the definition of fail? Look no further than the Sumner, WA post office. Staff that doesnt care? Check. Staff that delivers your mail to other address routinely? Check. Carriers that miss delivering your stuff all together, so make up excuses and pass it off to another carrier? Check. How the taller balding guy hasnt been hauled out to the wood shed by a number of customers for his attitude, Ill never know.
Literally awful. The carrier will just deliver mail wherever. We routinely get other peoples mail who live nowhere near us. Our mail more often than not goes anywhere other than our house. They also flat lie. Claim mail has been delivered. Has not. Cameras and honest neighbors prove it. Currently trying to find mail they claim was not delivered because of a gate code. We dont have a gate. Another lie.
This place is actually really bad. You probably already know that from the average review. I have waited in my house staring outside of the window to receive a package that is supposed to be delivered that day. Noting came. When I checked the mail, all they left was a slip. I was home all day! They didnt even knock the door! The service in the office is incredibly bad. Ordering from eBay? Dont expect your package. you are lucky if you order from Amazon and it arrives.
IF I had the ability to give a negative star I would. You think they would give QUALITY service before they are without jobs. Overpriced and horrible delivery. Lazy carriers wont even get out of the truck to deliver a package or certified letter. They are crooks.. take the money for the special service and dont bother giving the service!!! THEIVES!!!!! May the real carriers (Fed Ex and UPS) not give you the opportunity to deliver their packages again. You should be ashamed of your service!
The logistics of this branch are absolutely terrible and the employees are atrocious. They’re not helpful and they consistently give customers attitude.
I wish there was somewhere else that I could get mail beside this Post Office simply the worse service ever. We purchased an extra box because we keep getting overflow notices and when we go in there they can never seem to locate our overflow mail weird. We are a business and depend upon getting our mail and checks that are being sent and when we receive these notices and end up being told we dont have anything or are handed a handfull of mail leaves you walking away did I get everything? Today we stood in line for over 35 minutes for a overflow notice to pick-up 21 pieces of mail???? My question is why when I have 2 boxes that I am paying for and again do I have missing mail? I would be fired if I worked up to those standardsI was forced to put one star to post this review but they dont even deserve that
Terrible. Packages were supposed to come in almost 5 days ago. Whats the point of paying for two day shipping if it will still be delivered after 5 days. Finally took the time to go down there to pick up manually and was told the packages were in transit and should come in today, never received it.
Lazy a$$ delivery drivers, they deliver mail after 5pm AND wont put a small box in my HUGE mailbox! I am expecting my medication and was tracking the delivery and I noticed it updated a few min prior to me checking that a notification was left because there was not a secure place to leave package WRONG my mailbox is big enough to hold it or they could have pulled into my driveway (3 feet in front of them) that they have to pass anyways and came to my door! I was home and my son was in the driveway playing basketball why couldnt they have yelled at him to grab the box? Too damn lazy! My old carrier would have honked at me or come into my driveway but that was just too difficult....maybe they dont need their job delivering junk mail.
My carriers always seem nice, and I usually get all my packages (when the carrier is the usual, not a sub). my complaint is there is no package drop off box at this branch, no DIY mailing machine either. Also, for over a year, I received previous residents mail, even though I saw both my and their change of address confirmations....
So Im tracking a package, I see it arrived at the Sumner PO at 3:30 AM says something like awaiting delivery. My mail carrier goes by today and no package. So I check tracking, says it was sent to Orting at 7:30 AM. Great, like see if they can get any more incompetent.

One worker is always nice. The employee Paul however, couldnt be less interested in being employed there. Every single interaction Ive had with this older Paul fellow has been distant and sarcastic. Dear post master, can I take his job? I can provide better customer service and enjoy my job at the same time.
WORST SERVICE from a post office and mail carrier EVER!! I complain and nobody does anything........ I get other peoples mail and packages. My packages are not delivered and sit on the shelf in the post office for weeks. When they do deliver them they are oftentimes broken. My mail and packages have been left out in the rain so many times - mail carrier is too lazy to to walk a few extra steps to put them on my covered porch. My outgoing mail is left in my mailbox even tho I put the flag up. Long lines at the post office - the longer the line, the slower they get. I try to call, the phone is always busy OR taken off the hook!! Ive had it - no wonder the post office is going broke!I miss my old mail carrier...........
Absolutely the worst mail and package delivery. They have lost packages, lost mail cost me late fees from past due bills I never received. We have to make several trips up a very steep hill several times a night to see if mail is has been delivered. The mail box is on South Tapps Highway and has had mail stolen all up and down the road. This has been a ongoing problem for over a year with no improvement. Maybe the post office needs to stop delivery of packages and try and concentrate on just handling mail. The mail box location is not a easy walk out to the end of the driveway. We have to drive up the steep hill and during the winter its dark. The latest failed package delivery was this week. Wednesday I received a notice that a package could not be delivered, I went on line & left instructions on a re-delivery date. I stayed home all that day waiting. I did have other things I needed to do however stayed home waiting! No package, we drove up to mailbox at 5pm, 6pm and 7:15pm and no package or mail?
Always a long line, only one counter worker, 2 if your real lucky. A few employees are very knowledgeable, the rest dont have a clue. Plan for extra time there if you have to go inside.
If I could give it .1 stars I would, Im beyond frustrated. With the tracking number I can see my package arrived at the facility, was sorted, then out for delivery. It never made it to the house. Seven days after it was out for delivery, the lady at the Post Office has no clue where it is and has left several notes for the carriers on that route.She actually suggested that the company I bought my product from return me the money! WRONG!! If a package had been in their possession, and it never made it for delivery, its THEIR responsibility!!If the USPS were an actual company, they would be out of business within a year.
Do some research about the 2006 PAEA before you criticize the counter employees for long waits. In short, people need to understand that long waits are caused by Congress and upper USPS management mandates to reduce employees that actually touch the mail to protect the jobs of management as a means of cost cutting. that aside, I had my route carrier make one more try on his way back to the Sumner office before going home to deliver a parcel that was too big for the cluster box. the usual delivery of mail is about 1230-1pm, he came back at 445pm just as I got home from work. He realized that it was a bit of a drive from where I live next to Edgewood city hall to the Sumner PO. Really appreciate the effort he made.
Beware of substitute drivers. Theyre apparently too lazy to either put your package on your porch or leave you an undeliverable form if your package is too big to put in the mailbox. Theyll just ship it back to the carrier without any warning. Pretty cool.
Carrier failed to deliver packages even with a covered area outside my fence available. But the counter person made sure I could pick up at the office. Much better than other offices I have delt with.
Again I will repeat what everyone else does, the worst post office ever.Leave a slip for package at my doorstep, I fill out slip and then go online and ask for redelivery 4 days they keep saying tried to redeliver except the notice is still on my door and the redeliveey says “great we will redeliver on this date, not. The worst post office ever.I tell people “ I will pay extra to ups or fed ex” it’s that bad.
I have had many issues with this post office from lost packages to break items and then today, my package shows up in my mail box completely torn in half and my product out in the open! This is unacceptable and I will be taken this up with the highiest of authority! Have given staff at this location many chance to fix their issues! This is a federal offense to open my mail? Completely torn into two pieces inside my mail box?!! WOW! Take pride in what you do!
1 block away been sitting there for 3 days. Paid for 2 day air service. Wont let me pick it up and leave false statements about attempting delivery on Saturday.Sitting at the delivery address and even schedule a pick up so they come but they dont. Worst post office in America. 2 people max working the counters even if the line is out the door.This organization needs to go under. Too bad they just get bailed out so no need to improve standards.
Once again I have had a package go through this Post Office and to never be found again!!!! This is the 3rd time in 6 months. I swear worst service EVER!!!
I give the post office people 0 stars, but my mail carrier Sandy deserves 5. She has gone out of her way to help me get my packages, and I love how kind she is to me.Staff is always rude. Today I stood in line for 30 minutes to see if my carrier was back so I could get a package that needed a signature. I watched 4 trucks pull in while I was in line, and the associate just said nope, they wouldnt be back. I just dont understand why he couldnt even go look for me. Today my mail carrier dropped off the mail 2 hours earlier than normal, so did he really know that? This is just one experience as an example. I have yet to have a good experience and I am there quite often shipping things. This place could really use some positive attitudes.
My husband and I just picked up our new PO Box keys and the gentleman (clerk 02 on our receipt) who helped us was very nice. Coming from Las Vegas its a breath of fresh air to recieve such kind service.
14 people in line, 1 clerk to help for people picking up packages. No other clerk in sight. Absolutely awful customer service. This explains online orders.
I used to have a dependable mail lady, petite, older woman with blonde hair always in a ponytail, she never gets the mail wrong. Past 6 months however shes not on the route very often. SO I run into these problems. My neighbor comes over a minimum of twice month to give me my packages. There was a car parked on the curb AHEAD of the mailbox where the mail driver could still drive up to the boxes but maybe would have had to back up to go around when leaving and they marked the deliveries that day as RECEPTACLE BLOCKED! I will get messages saying no one was home to deliver a package, yet I can see out my window see the mail person will DRIVE RIGHT BY without stopping on many of those occasions. Theres no reason for this other than they dont want to get out of their vehicle to drop a package off. These are packages that dont need a signature either, they can be left on my door step. I dont think bad reviews matter in a place like the post office, they dont care if they mess up peoples mail. But PLEASE Sumner USPS management, if you read these reviews, hire people with better work ethic!
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Any time I have ever had an issue with them they are short with me and very rude and disrespectful. I cant wait until I am able to move out of their service area, they are HORRIBLE. Someone needs to go in there and set a better standard for those employees!
