The clutch in my car went out and took it in on short notice. What they said would take about a week and a half to get me in took them 3 days! It cost almost $500 less than going to another place. Awesome people and great work.

Stop Searching for a mechanic station. Carrolls Garage is the best. We just moved here a year ago from Utah and have been looking for a place to take care of our Vehicles. We found it. They are Honest and do a great job. They are friendly and make sure you are taking care of.

My car broke down on 410 yesterday and Chuck at Cascade Towing had it towed to Carrolls. Chuck said he did great work and was very reasonable. That was 10:00 am. I had my car back and fixed beautifully at 2:30 pm. The cost was way less than i expected. I will be going back.

We cant say enough good things about this place. We hit a tree last year and were absolutely sick about what it was going to cost to fix it. Aaron did his absolute best to keep the cost affordable. Over the last year we have had to stop in there a few times. Recently, we thought there was something going on with our wiring. Our headlights kept shorting out. I called Toyota because they were right around the corner from my work and they explained they would charge 145.00 for just the diagnostic. We called Aaron and lets just say he did us a huge favor. We will never take our car anywhere else unless we have to. Like someone else said, small garage, big heart.

I have been going to Carrolls garage for many years and he has worked on many of my older vehicles. They are good at what they do. they have been honest and have always given me a fair price.

My daughter took her trail blazer to Carrolls for 100,00 mile service. It only had 90,000 thousand on it but she thought she would get it done before her busy time started. Her trail blazer has never has one problem in he past. She specifically told Aaron not to change transmission fluid unless it was needed. Daughter pays $500.00 gets her truck back. A couple of weeks later she went on a long trip and her transmission was slipping and having issues.She took her truck back to Aaron and he told her he had put transmission fluid in it not recommended for trail blazers. Aaron totally ruined her transmission takes it out and sends it to a transmission shop. Keeps her truck 13 days while he messes around with it and then makes her pay several hundred dollars for transmission repair. No rental car no loaner car no compensation. Aaron is rude and and angry when I call him on the 11th day to find out when her truck will be finished. The transmission is back from transmission shop but tells me he is busy with other cars. Carrolls garage has been a total very expensive and inconvenient nightmare!

A long time friend told me about Carrolls Garage when I started having trouble with my 2002 Mazda Protégé 5 and I was scared to take it to a shop for fear Id be taken advantage of.Lets just say that was about 3 years ago, I plan to drive this car until the wheels fall off and Im counting on Aaron and his TEAM to help make that happen!Their price quotes are almost spot on and the turn around time better than I can ask for.
