They are a great please to buy tucks from. The down side is for each problem you have they change $150 per issue. If you have 3 issue its $450 just to them checked out . Other please we have been it is one charge. not per issue.

I bought my truck from them and they have great warrantys on their used inventory witch is amazing to get on a used vehicle

Overall the service was great. But as a senior I cannot afford what they charge. No discounts.

FIRST, I had to wait THREE (3) weeks before I could get my truck in. Then I was told it would take 2 days MAX to perform diagnostics, and now its been over two weeks. They wont return my calls, or give me any information as to when/what/or how my truck is going to be fixed.*UPDATE*My truck has now been in their shop since June 2nd and it is now July 19th. Still no update on diagnostics, even though they keep telling me theyll have the new diagnostics done by the end of the day. Its been over a week since I was last promised the diagnostics would be done at end of day. I will NEVER bring another vehicle here for work again, and have been warning EVERYBODY I talk to about them. Im sure theyre a decent place to buy a vehicle, but DO NOT EVER BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE**SECOND UPDATE**Its now August 6th. My truck has been in their shop since June 2nd. I was told I would get it back sometime this week, but when I called and asked about it they said maybe by the end of next week. I think its pretty obvious that these guys either dont know what theyre doing, or theyre just taking my warranty company through the ringer. WORST experience Ive ever had with an auto shop.

One of those dealerships were you need to make sure you read the fine print. One of there selling points are free oil changes for life and says so on all your paperwork. Come to find out it needed to be one of there brands not just a truck you bought from them. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone after waiting 4 days for a call back that never came.

Had much higher expectations. You would think a dealership would fill your washer fluid, wash and vacuum your vehicle after a $1K service is performed. Nope! Car was left filthy and interior wasnt vacuumed. Wasnt looking to get a full service detail out of the situation but you can wash and vacuum my damn car when a major service is performed guys. Not what Id expect of a major Ford dealership. Perhaps I take my business to Korum or Titus Will next time...
