We love Top Gun! We had some muffler work done there a year ago, and a bracket rattled loose causing some additional minor damage. My husband called to ask if they would warranty their work. The owner told us that he was to booked to get our truck squeezed in during regular business hours. He then offered to fix it early before they opened, himself, the next day (for free). He wasnt required to do this, he just takes pride in the product hes offering. In addition to being a great business man, hes also very kind. The first time we were there, he was in the process of assisting a homeless gal whose van (read home) had been involved in a hit and run but couldnt afford to pay for the work. Top Gun has forever earned our business, trust and recommendation. Youll get a square deal from a reputable, long time in business, small business, no matter who you are or what you do, or dont, know about cars.

They were so kind and got us serviced right away, very clean and respectable place.

All around great service, pretty much went above and beyond I will go back for anything else I need and recommend them to anyone.

Best exhaust shop Ive been to and Ive been to a lot. Put on a custom exhaust on my 18 GT. Professional service and workmanship was great got it done quick. Everything looks great the fitment is spot on. Only place Ill go and only place ill recommend oh and prices cant beat em.

I drove into this place about 3:30 in the afternoon on a Friday. I came from about 3 hours away and on the way to orting my brakes started making the most awful noise. Turns out I was metal to metal. Unfortunately I had an apt to replace my brakes in less than 2 weeks, go figure. Anyways Neil was awesome, fantastic customer service and my new brakes were installed and I picked my car up the next day before 12:00. He really saved the day. Price was fair and the service was exceptional.

The guy is nice and wants to work with you but he is a bull in a China store when it comes to customer service. He needs to slow down and bettet assess the situation before he takes flight. Nice guy tho

Just went in to get front brakes done. They told me what I actually would need, and not a big bill of goods. Quote was just under what I expected. They did it a little quicker than their guesstimate. And then I was on my way.

Neil gave me a great quote and said to bring my truck in the next morning at 9:00, which I did. Prior to my arrival, something came up and he wasnt going to be able to get to my truck until the afternoon. The Owner, Neil, said to just take his truck - his personal truck, which is way newer than mine, and hed call when my truck was done.Never in my life would I expect someone to offer the use of their personal vehicle just because they were unable to get to a customer right away. So I reluctantly drove his truck - straight back to my home and parked it in the driveway and then went about my day driving my Blazer. Neil called at 2:45 and asked if I could be back to his shop between 3:30 and 3:45 because he said he needed to drive another customer home and hed have my truck done.What type a person Drives their customers home? A GREAT business owner that cares about his customers satisfaction and then some. Neil is a rare breed in this world, and his integrity is clearly visible in his work and his care for his customers -

Its a shame that it feels like honesty is an exception rather than a rule. Took my sons car to Topgun this morning. Was met cheerfully and immediately. I described the concern and they said theyd check it out. Which they did. Called me to let me know that the brakes had lot of life left and they cleaned up the source of the concern. Honesty. Refreshing and appreciated. They charged me nothing. The smart part from this business is they now have a customer who will return and is writing this review. Well done.

These guys really helped me out. I ordered an exhaust for my diesel from Amazon. It was the wrong one, but these guys at top gun fixed it up for me. Next time ill just have them do the ordering and installation. Fast, friendly, and professional.

Like many businesses...they treat you like their best friend when you are going to give them work... and your money. That is, until they have to correct a mistake of theirs on their dime. Then its like you are bothering them greatly.So based on this indicator of a true and honest company I would recommend you look past their friendliness and smiles and consider another shop that may do the same thing... but for a few dollars less.

Top gun is the best exhaust shop in Washington! They did more than I asked and made my car sound awesome. Great customer service

I made an appointment to bring my 89 wrangler down to troubleshoot and fix a problem with my brakes. Neil was super dismissive and condescending when I tried to explain what was happening. He called me the next morning to tell me it had the wrong engine, then spent the next 4 days talking about how he was too busy to be bothered working on it. I finally wound up just bringing it home, still broken. Im not sure if its because Im a woman, or because my jeep is old, but I wouldnt recommend top gun or Neil to anyone.

Id give it a 5 if they had stayed true about throwing an extra something in. Or got a more deep rumble for our exhaust like we wanted. Thought they did a good job but i was so wrong 3 days later everything went to crap!! They put a wrong radiator cap on my van So too much pressure built up and it broke my heater core and a hose and leaked all on my floor board. For paying all that money and for everything to break is bs.

I was impressed at the kindness and personal attention I received today at TOPGUN. Theyve got a customer for life! I chose TOPGUN based on a recommendation from a local tire dealership...they were spot on! I stopped by, unannounced, to have Neil take a look at my muffler which was disintegrating and to schedule an appointment. He quickly got it up on a rack, looked at it, asked if I had lived in a salty place in the past (I had), and informed me that the muffler and associated system were rusted through. He then quickly got the parts needed to replace the old ones, and had me on my way a half hour early than expected. Old School customer service, pride and professionalism.
