These guys were recommended to us for local towing of a vehicle because our car wouldnt start due to a dead battery. The driver hooked up our vehicle improperly when hoisting it onto their rollback tow truck, ripping a hose from the gas tank. After replacing the battery and starting the car, we noticed it appeared to be out of gas, which was odd since there had been gas in it the day before. Regardless, my husband drove it to the gas station and began pumping gas, when he noticed gas pouring out from underneath the vehicle. We consulted with several other auto repair specialists who expressed the opinion the damage was done by the car being hooked up improperly by the tow truck driver. After reaching out to First Choice Recovery, they of course denied any responsibility, stating it was impossible to damage a vehicle when using a rollback tow truck. These guys are terrible. Whatever you do, dont contact them for your towing needs!!

1st. Theyre Driver Tim called Berkeley County Sheriff Duane Lewis Deputy Rumph a Liar over a missing set of keys. I believe the Deputy when he said he gave the keys to Tim. They charged us an extra $50.00 for the missing keys.2nd. I had a locksmith come to cut a new key for $50.00 but he was not permitted on the property because of a dispute they had over 5 years ago. Instead they called Ready Locksmith LLC who charged me $162.70 for a key they made in 5 minutes.I cant help but feel like we were taken advantage of so im sending a complaint to the BBB, The Berkeley County Sheriffs Office, to The SC Consumer Affairs, and anyone else who will listen.

Called me about a debt thats been paid off for 10 yrs now. Told me that HSBC was going to take me to court and garnish my wages. But, if I paid it now they would be ever so nice and reduce that price lol. I told Micheal Turner to go ahead and set that court date up. I also asked what account number they were referencing and he said that he didnt have that type of information. They will sell this fake debt to someone else and I will receive a call in about 2 months for the same predatory practices. I am looking into filing charges against First choice with the Attorney General.

Well it did cost a lot to get my truck back however it would have cost a lot more if First Choice did not help me out the way they did. You just have to keep in mind that this company was contracted to do a job and this is the business they are in. I have no complaints. They even put a tarp on the stuff in the back of my truck.

These men have no problem breaching the peace and charging excessive tow costs. If you ever have any dealings with this company be prepared to contact the consumer affairs office because they charged $400 for a tow even after breaking the peace. We told them to stop, and leave our property, yet they continued. The manager lacks customer service skills. Be prepared to be patient with these corrupt, sleazy business.

Was lost and I called asking for the address and tell him cause I dont know the area. Guy gives me directions, either he misspoke or I understood wrong I drove 2 miles out of the way past the place. I called again saying I wanted the address cause I already got directions and it didnt lead me to the correct place and the only thing the lady would say was you need to have an appointment. I got extremely annoyed by her response. After a moment of back and forth she put me on hold and then gave me the address. Worst and rudest people ever!!! An Im from NY so I know rudeness.
