You cant get a hold of the stores anymore. Even to find out if they are open durn the tropical storm Elas. They put you through to other countries and when you complain they hang up. Then when you get a hold of anyone (Mathew). They hang up. They take your money and run.

Younger gentleman in the Geek Squad area absolutely rocked out today. He helped me get my work laptop back to working condition. I was having trouble with it staying shut off and he was able to get me fixed up in about 20-30 minutes without me even having to leave the store. Although it may seem like no big deal, this guy saved me from having to send it off to Lenovo to get repaired with a wait time of roughly 2-5 weeks. The time, money, and the productivity wasted that was spared was greatly appreciated. When I asked the young man about the cost, he told me to have a great day. With all honesty, service like that is hard to find nowadays and for that 10/10 and my business for as long as I live in the area. Well done Sir

No help, dumb and never seem to be able to pick up the phone. Called gamestop for the question I needed and promptly got a answer. Dont bother.

I broke my Apple Watch I went into the store where Jamie helped me. Unfortunately Apple system was down but despite that he continue to try everything and was able to get my Apple Watch repair processed before leaving to go out of town. I am so grateful and thank you for all of your hard work Jamie.

After years of using Geek Squad services, I will never use them again. The technician was incredibly rude, demeaning and less than unprofessional. Service on my laptop was turned away because my laptop was too old.. it is 5 years old. All that needed to be done was replacing my D/C port but the technician refused. Will never use Geek Squad again.

My wife took her laptop to be fix and without asking they deleted her hard drive. I dont think they realize how important those items that we lost were to us. I would never recommend these services.

I appreciate the follow up by Best Buy. Some of the questions and implied need for additional input seem self serving. However; Best Buy is a better retailer today than it has been in the past. if this type of follow up is part of the reason I am willing to participate.

We came in to get my wifes iPhone 6 battery replaced. The geek squad employ seemed unprofessional, joking about us being too early for our appointment. He also spoke poorly of other customers in front of us and talked to other employees about how he didnt want to be there. He quickly read through everything and asked us to sign. We paused and read first which seemed to annoy him. After agreeing to getting the phone battery replaced, he guaranteed that we would get notification and get the phone back by the end of the day (but likely within 2 hours). We then paid him the $50 for the replacement. It was 4pm when we dropped it off and they close at 8pm. 8pm came and we received no phone call or email. I stopped in the next day and he brought out the phone, saying they tried to replace the battery and it didnt work. He then hand wrote a legal document saying I was picking up the phone as it was dropped off. Since we had already paid, I asked for a refund due to them not replacing the battery. He refused. Flabbergasted, I asked to atleast get the new battery to try myself. He again refused, stating that I was rolling the dice when I asked them to fix it. He then spoke to a manager who told him to give us a refund. Luckily we were able to recoup out money, however, without further discussion we wouldve lost it. The funny thing is, the next day we got an email that our phone was ready (46 hours later). We left this feeling that we wasted time (and nearly money) on an unprofessional and mishandled repair station. We also felt that we were nearly taken advantage of. Luckily, we have an apple store nearby. They gave us a new phone for $50 due to the battery not being replaceable. In the future, we will stick to apple. Or any other technical support company for that matter. I was not upset about them not being able to replace the battery, as it was indeed some other defect. I was disappointed in the apparent lack of care and lack of clarityn We will not be returning to Geek Squad.

The Geek Squad in Summerville is ALWAYS attentive, patient (!), gives updates on the progress of the service, and always fully explains, in non-geek language, what the problem was and the solution(s).I really do wish other companies would pay attention to the manner in which the Geek Squad personnel interact with customers!

Facebook feedback for best buy. Dont waste your time with the under qualified staff at north Charleston store geek squad. My experience there was nothing more than a bunch of wasted time and excuses compared to the excellent service at the summerville location today. The service I received today to get my iphone screen fixed was nothing less than 5 stars from Agent Deven and tech Aj. They can fix 3 phones that it takes the north Charleston one to fix NONE.... I will return to the store in summerville but the north Charleston location can kick rocks in my opinion.

Took my laptop in because it was acting like it had a virus. They removed the virus and got me setup on a anti virus software for a little normal than higher price I expected. Got home with the laptop and it would not charge. Took it back to them and they said they knew about it but didnt tell me cause they hid it in the paper work that I signed. then wanted to charge me over $400 to fix it. It did not do this when I gave them the laptop to fix. STAY AWAY!!! They destroy your equipment, then want to charge you outrageous prices to fix their mistake,
