Very clean and staff is very cordial . After sitting in the chair and going over how I would like my haircut I had to remind the stylist two more times. The haircut included shaving my neck but she said your neck looks fine so she skipped it . Just another place that cares about quantity not quality.

Clean, local shop that does a great job on my husband and my sons hair. A bit more expensive than other shops in the area, but the experience and quality are worth the price.

I love that I can usually come in and get all three of my boys hair done at the same time. The employees are friendly and follow covid procedures while we have been there. I hated to hear they are raising prices on kids haircuts. It would be nice if they kept some sort of rewards program for frequent customers.

Great atmosphere, even their old decor was great but new renovations look great. Staff is excellent and stylists are always on point.

Great barber. You get what you pay for at this place. Staff is friendly. If you’re a guy you can’t get traditional hot towels and a straight edge razor finish at a regular hair cut place but they have it here because the barbers are higher quality and better trained.

The worst. 10 minutes early for appt. All previous customers finished up. Three additional ppl arrive afterward and are seated. Waited a total of 20 min before giving up and leaving. Will definitely find a more professional and reliable place to spend my money and more importantly time.

First time here. We were not welcomed or even acknowledged by the intake girl, who was chatting on the phone. The cut was alright. But the woman who was checking people in and out afterward was very unprofessional calling everyone sweetie. You are a business not my best friend. Sir or Mr would be professional.

It used to be much better. When I first started going there the barbers took their time on my hair and really paid attention to detail. Lately it seems like they are trying to rush you in and out so they can move on to the next customer. Its still better than the chain places, but I wish they would get back to the way they used to do it.

My boyfriend liked the place but the reason why we give it 2 stars is the insane price! I get that its a special mens hair place but my boyfriend came in to get his hair cut military style (so short on side quick cut nothing insane) and it was like 21 dollars! Normally we pay like 10-15 bucks max. The ladys are nice and the place is like a macho man salon but the price really got me and him having to get it cut every few weeks would really add up.

I really like this place. All of the barbers are good enough. It’s a little expensive ($17) but I think it’s worth it. If you get the neck shave just ask for them to use a new blade. I’ve noticed a few times that they reuse blades.

I came here for the first time today with my momma. We followed Alabama over from Supercuts. Its a few extra miles to drive but it is so worth it. For one: Alabama is there and for two: yall had me at the flat screen! This is my new favorite and only place well be getting our haircuts at!

Ive tried a few places out around Summerville in terms of getting my hair cut and I have to say I was impressed with this spot. The got me in same day and they gave me a great hair cut. Its a few dollars more than a few other places Ive tried, but well worth the money. If you need great mens hair cut this is the place for you. I use Amy she is my new hair cut lady. Hope this helps.

I have been coming here for just shy of a year. I actually love this shop, when I can get the cut I want. My last two experiences have been absolutely horrible. I stopped in about a month ago 3/19. I didnt have an appointment and the lady told me she needed at least 45 minutes to do my cut, but that she only had 20 to spare. So I made an appointment for later that day with the same lady. When I went back, she rushed the cut even though she had 45 minutes. I sat in her chair for exactly 18 minutes. Not that terrible really, just felt lied to. Now, on Monday 4/21/19 I went in and made an appointment for Wednesday 4/24/19. They have in my notes what kind of cut I like, but when I sit down in the chair the girl tells me she nor anyone else in the shop at that time can do my cut. My question is why did I have an appointment if no one in the shop can do my cut?

I like to get my haircuts here. I’ve only had one bad hair cut here but that’s besides the point. The service is good you never have to wait. I recommend getting a haircut there

Ive been getting my hair cut here for about a year and a half. I really like the service and the prices. Ive never gotten a bad hair cut at clippers. Their barbers are very good.

Best hair cut experience ever! You wont regret it. Greatest part was probably either the neck shave w/ hot towel, or getting my hair wash WITH A MASSAGE CHAIR! But long story short greatest experience ever! Please check them out!!!!

This place is awesome. Prices are fair, the barbers are excellent, and the customer service is superb. Free touch-ups in between cuts is a great perk. But the best part? The free hot face towel and scalp massage. Oh my lord. Believe me, this is the best place in the Summerville/ North Charleston area for men to get their hair cut and beards trimmed.

Great job on the hair cuts for both my boys! Very pleased with the fade on each child from 2 different stylists. Only suggestion would be for one of the stylists to be more gentle and verbal, with my 8 year old. He felt it was too ruff and didnt like the head pushing. If he wasnt so upset about the way his hair got cut he wouldnt refuse to let her do it again :( Its too bad because it looks really good!

They have done a wonderful job with my boys. My 3 year old lost his mind, would not even wear a cape, screamed... all that... and they were all so nice about it!! Gave him suckers and even tossed his shirt in the dryer to get rid of most of the hairs for him so he wouldnt be itchy! Plus they have always given my 15 year old a great cut and styling advice. Its worth going there.... its a man - centric place, keep that in mind.

I don’t remeber the name of my “stylist” but she gave me the absolute worst haircut I’ve ever had. I asked for a med taper and she gave me basically a high and tight. Maybe had she shut her mouth for more than 10 seconds and paid attention to what I had asked I wouldn’t be sitting here writing this bad review. Wish I could give this place negative stars.

Had a great two visits there and would have enjoyed going back, but the phones werent working correctly and I couldnt make an appointment. Also, walking in after trying to call and there wasnt any times available. The lady at the front desk seemed caring but only had one option available for walk-ins. Sad to say, but I had to go somewhere else and will not be returning.

Absolutely INCREDIBLE service. The services and products were top quality and affordable. I like that they offer a free neck shave and hot towel and shampoo with your first cut to give you a taste of some of their other services. The shop has a great atmosphere, I was a walk-in first timer on a rainy day but I might as well have been a regular. They wrote down my cut to make it easy to request a similar one in the future. It had been on my list to visit this place for quite a while and it definitely lived up to the expectation. Would recommend to anyone in the Summerville area.

Hands down the best barber shop I have ever had my pleasure of getting a hair cut at. The staff was friendlier than I could have imagined and the quality of cut I received was great. Not to mention they give complimentary in-betweens and the barbers will give you some logical styling advise.

Ariela is Awesome at what she does. I was in the USMC and have kept a pretty tight haircut. I have crazy cowlicks that are almost impossible to fade, yet she always delivers a great cut every time.

I usually get the coupon from the website. $20 for a cut, wash and hot towel. This time I went in the website was down saying the sure had been suspended. They acted like it was a joke at the counter. So they call me, I sit down and tell her I want the online deal. She proceeds to tell me they wont do the deal without the coupon, but they havent been accepting the coupon anyway. So I ask how much just a cut is, $20. I say no thank you and leave. I can go anywhere and get a cut for $11-16.

The lady at the front counter was being really short with my when trying to book appointment. Came in and had Gina or something like that cut my hair. She gave me the worst haircut Ive EVER gotten. I had to go home and fix it myself. Literally worst experience Ive ever had. I was so mad I didnt say anything and left after paying 20 plus dollars. Only paid it because it was close to the holidays.There are much better places to go to get your haircut. Please dont go there if you want a decent haircut for a decent price.

After going to Low Country Clippers for almost a year (and having a great experience), I went in for a scheduled appointment earlier this werk. I waited patiently past my appointment time of 10am....5, 10, 15 mins. The receptionist called the hair stylist (Hannah) and learned that Hannah simply wasnt going to be in. Nothing at all related to Hurricane Irma....yeah, she just wasnt coming. The receptionist relayed. I asked about a plan for me to get my haircut. The response was I could get it at 2:30pm. Asked if it could be done earlier, given this situation, and the answer was no. I got up to leave and wa ls asked Do you plan to come back?. I replied honestly No, never.Disappointed in the lack of professionalism as well as the fact that NO ONE bothered to call me to apologize or offer any solution.I will NEVER go to Low (Class) Country Clippers again!
