I’m new to the area and needed a haircut for my wife and son. I Went in at 10 am upon opening, I walked in and said good morning and the rude worker didn’t acknowledge it, just walked right by me to put her sign outside. Then when cutting my 6 year olds hair, she was extremely rough, didn’t talk to him one bit, and hurt him a number of times. My wife then gets her hair cut next and the lady didn’t even cut her hair even. Front was off by at least 2 inches. She seemed rushed from the beginning to the end. My sons hair is awfully cut as well, I could’ve done a better job than her. Overall awful experience and if I could give no stars I would. This was 7/13/21 at 10am. Look into who was working and take action, because she gives the brand a bad name.

I walked in to get a basic trim and the nice lady was reading prices to me. I asked to look at her pricing book to which she handed to me. A few seconds later the unprofessional “manager” named Kiana sprinted over to me (literally left her client) and snatched it out my hand yelling aggressively “NOOOO YOU CANT HAVE THAT, YOU CAN’T HOLD THAT, THAT’S FOR OUR EYES ONLY” over and over, as if I had just committed the biggest crime known to man. The woman was literally huffing and puffing, smoke about to come out her ears, it was humiliating. I said you didn’t have to snatch that, to which she said Sorry while rolling her eyes. The shock on her clients face was indescribable, he probably wanted to leave. Idk who runs this place, but Kiana honey, you’re a terrible manager and person, I’m going to contact super cuts franchise and let them know. This all happened within 5 minutes, I got out of there SO QUICK. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, RESPECT BEFORE ANYTHING!!!!!

Rose did my hair. She did a pretty good job and did a trim to my liking. Left with fresh full highlights. Just wish some of the blonde turned out better and we had time to curl it out for nice waves, but other than that it came out nice!

Called for an appointment for 12:30. Showed up on time only to wait while another lady was called ahead. When I said I had an appointment at 12:30 (and it was 1230 when she was calling the other lady,) she said “we don’t make appointments.” You have to call ahead if you want your hair cut but we take the people that are here first. That is the craziest system I’ve ever heard of!! However, I did get a great trim!

Galina was wonderful. She is so patient and her work is amazing. I completely trust her and appreciate her advice. She really cares about her customers. My 8 old daughter absolutely loves her and cant wait for her next hair appointment. I would highly recommend her. She is a great artist!

Lauren is amazing!!!! She side shaved my daughter’s hair and it turned out gorgeous. This is something my daughter has wanted for a very long time and no one could have done it better!

Called for appointments for my mom and myself. Lady stated sure come in, by herself but will gladly do our hair. Got there she was finishing a ladies haircut. When that lady checked out I heard her tell the lady oh yeah our card machine is broken, only cash. So after the lady left I said I was the lady that called but we have to leave, I didnt know you were only taking cash. She snapped back and said I stated that to you on the phone. I replied no you didnt if so we would have brought cash. She snapped again saying yes i did. I said are you calling me a lier?? She replied sounds like your calling me a lier!! Very rude lady there today. Definitely left and wont go back...wow cant believe the way I was talked to by a professional..well maybe she wasnt. Bad employee!!

I went to Galina and I couldn’t be happier. She went above and beyond with the consultation and she did exactly what I asked for. I am very happy with my “pixie” cut and I have received a lots of compliments. She is definitely a keeper. Thank you so much Galina you won a lifetime customer.

I was very displeased with my hair. I left in years. Back story, I had been growing my hair out for a little over a year. It was about two inches past my shoulders. I went it n with a picture of a before hair cut as well as a picture that I got off line. I wanted an inverted Bob where the front stopped at my shoulders and wanted the back stacked very good. After the first cut I looked as if I had a bowl cut. So I wanted it fixed. Long story short I am letting it grow back so that I can get it cut even (spots are long than others all over).

A $4 sanitation fee per customer? What were they doing prior to covid, other than sanitizing? Now theyre just taking advantage of the situation.

Let me just say that I definitely had a hair emergency. They took me as soon as I walked and and got straight to work. They were very knowledgeable about how to fix my problem hair and were super kind and supportive that they could fix it. They made me feel comfortable. I will be going back to them. Great experience and awesome job with my hair.

After reading positive reviews on how great Gilane is from the store website, I decided to stop by and get a hair-color, haircut with her today. To my amazed she did a terrible job. I requested a shoulder length haircut, long enough to do a pony tail what I got instead was a haircut short enough to do a stump. The hair color is not what I expected and the hair blowing was horrible. What a disappointment… she did an awful job and blamed it on miscommunication. I will never again visit that location and never referral anyone to her.

Asked for long layers to be cut into my hair but only ended up with 1 layer added right in the middle of my hair at ear level. Will never go there again!

Recently moved to the area and was hoping to find a new salon closer to home. I was told at the door it was CASH ONLY today. Unfortunately I had to go elsewhere. Salon was clean and in a great spot though.

The worst hair cut I have ever received. I pulled my hair out of a bun and the stylist started cutting without even shampooing or wetting the hair. Never asked how I styled it when not up. So she continued to cut my hair dry all crinkled from the bun and non-straight. Eyebrow wax has left a rash on my eyebrows (I have had my brows done many times without this reaction). Got home showered and blow dried my hair to notice just like I assumed it to be... completely uneven. I would not recommend. I did not ask for a dry hair cut, I did not ask for a crinkle/wavy cut since I blow dry my hair, and I did not get asked about anything other than where my part is - of which I showed her and she did not follow it.

Suzanna is absolutely Amazing!!! We met by chance when she had to fix another persons disaster that was done to my hair... Which she did flawlessly!!!!My son is special needs and always had a terrible time when getting his hair cut. The barber shop or stylist would get so upset at him, fuss at him and the cut would be awful. I took him to see Suzanna one day and she was Fantastic!!! No stress, didnt freak if he moved, patient, kind, and a Awesome hair cut to top it off!We havent been any where else in 10 years! Always joke, but serious, if she moved Id schedule vacations to where she was just to get our hair done!

Yes! Ive yet to have a bad experience at Famous Hair. Ive been to 4 locations. However, Keith at this location is my favorite. Extremely personable, offered suggestions, and just really enjoyed this visit. I wont be going to any other locations as long as he stays!

This is the third time Ive left and STILL have split ends. I always tell them to cut it till its healthy and then another inch just in case. Well I just left and in my car I was looking at it more closely and I again have split ends. Granted she did cut away most of my dead ends I still have them and I also told the lady just a wash, cut and blow dry... She styled it. So I just spent $40 for the experience. Im sad to say I will not be back because everyone there is always friendly but with them not able to get all my split ends I will not be back.

Worse cut Ive ever received. Lady rushed through it, cutting my hair at will. It was choppy, uneven and looked terrible. Had to spend more money to get someone to fix the mess she made of my hair. I will never return. Just awful.

Worst hair expirence Ive ever had. I asked to have 3 inches cut off and a re-layer and she cut off about 6 inches and its completely uneven.
