Im always weary of auto shops and think that Ill be cheated or overcharged, but Mr. Atit and Alfredo are both very friendly and honest. Ive used them for maintenance, brake pads, etc. on my SUV and paid much less than I would have at any Mercedes Benz location.This week, my engine light went on and when I called yesterday, Mr. Atit told me to tighten my gas cap and drive for 10-20 miles before coming in. Sure enough, my gas cap has this exact waning on the outside and after doing as he instructed, the light went off today (and lets hope it stays that way)! It was very kind and admirable of him to save me my time and money. I dont think any other shops in the area would do the same.

Nice garage & nice service

Not a competent shop, brought my car there for an easy repair of a power steering pump which I even mentioned upon arrival, I stated its making horrible noise, typical power steering noise when going out, after they inspected the car they claimed the noise was due to a leak in the reservoir and the power steering head, they had to r and r the entire rack, upon picking up the car the noise was the same, they said drive it that it was air in the lines,,, yea right... so my issue was not even fixed and they still charged me 1600.00 and didnt fix my issue, the funny thing too on just how incompetent they are is that they brought my car to the benz dealer to perform an alignment after the reinstall of the rack that did not need repairing, the invoice they gave me from the dealership stated that the power steering was making a whining noise.. now I need to go to the dealship to get the job done properly,, find another place for your services. this place will not diagnose properly and then work you for more continuous issues instead of a proper list of all issues that your car needs in order for you to make a proper decision on actual repairs needed.
