Quick and fast service. Took less than an hour for alignment. Lifetime alignment is. I longer offered, it is now only for 3 years.Staff is helpful and customer areas are clean. Covid guidelines are being followed for the most part.Have to make an appointment beforehand.

Shawn was amazing and had great customer service… I drove all the way from Cypress so he could take the time and tell me what I really needed and the moment and a timeline of when other things needed to be done. As a woman I feel like we often get taken advantage of but Shawn is amazing.

I was a few minutes late arriving for my appointment. I called to advise them of my status, once I arrived they took my vehicle right in. After the completion of the front end alignment the store rep explained what service I received and recommend I come back in 6 months to keep the wear & tearto my tires at bay. The professional I received today was so very nice. I wouldnt certainly recommend this location to all my friends.

I had an appointment at 1pm for my car and after 2.5 hours my car has still not been seen and They stated they did not see my car because I “double booked” two different vehicles… yes, 2 appointments for 2 cars at 1pm. How do you not see my car when you literally have my car key? I’ve seen multiple cars being brought in without appointment that have been pushed in front of my vehicle.. better service is DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED.

I normally dread getting an oil change but they were so quick, i was literally in and out within 20 minutes. The guys were nice as well. I will definitely be coming back here for my oil changes from this point forward because of how amazing this place was!

The price is also very good, I bought a lifetime four wheel location service, except for the first time, each time only blessed $5, is really safe and most important to me. The tall, handsome manager who received me gave my precious car the best care. I recommend it to my friends. The price ratio of oil change and four-wheel brake check is the highest I have ever used. You must be as satisfied with it as I am after a trial.

Great Brake Check location. New rear shoes, drums and slave cylinders all in 2 hours. Quality work and lugs tightened with a torque wrench.Definitely my favorite Brake Check store.

Everyone was polite and courteous, but the two techs I dealt with must’ve been new bc they weren’t sure on some of the processes, which caused some confusion. If the tech had asked the manager for clarification, I would’ve given 5 stats, but I had to ask the manager for clarification.

First time here but they definitely won me over! Johnny was helpful in explaining what services I needed and was able to help me right away.

Set an appt, they were very friendly over the phone and I was able to drop my car off and go to work.They called my while I was at work and gave me options on what needed to be changed right away, there’s also a portal that includes pictures and the options to accept or decline a change. I really liked that.I think the guy at the doors name was clement? He had a smile on his face every time I saw him.No lines either, I was helped as soon as I parked. Good location.

The manager was extremely cordial and professional from the phone call and actual visit. The repairs needed for my vehicle were explained thoroughly and charges were reasonable. I will be choosing the Brake Check location only going forward!

I love this place! We always bring our 3 vehicles here whenever is need it. Mr. sean and the other guys are always very professional if something doesn’t work I know I can always bring it back they will make right!

I have been a Brake Check client for years! The employees are always great and helpful. I really like the text notifications about the inspection report and progress of work. I bought a lifetime alignment here in 2013 and today 8/1/2021 they honored that warranty with no problem.

Shawn and the guys at Brake Check went the extra mile to ensure that my car was 100% aligned and straight (as well as possible) on my 1998 Sports Car. It had some issues, and the guys there Checked and RE-checked for accuracy... really appreciated them getting it right! Highly recommend services and their expertise.

Will definitely be going back. I went in because i wad already running low on oil and i could hear the knocking in the engine already. They close at 6pm I got there at 6:18pm and the guy was generous enough to let me check in and get it my oil changed. Left and engine was not knocking anymore. Even got a discount, not going anywhere else for oil changes.

Made a appointment for Wheel Alignment took me in on time. Had my brakes done somewhere else didnt do it correctly they had no problem fixing there mistake My hat off to this Brake Check

I love these guys honestly. Very cordial, patient friendly and professional. They changed the two rear shocks on my car recently and also did alignment but after a couple of days I felt something was not right. The car was bouncing and wobbling so I took it back to them.They ordered for a new set of shocks (higher grade) and did the replacement for free. I was really happy but again after one day one of the bolts in the left rear broke so I took it again back to them and immediately they ordered for a brand new pair of bolts for both the rear wheels. It was replaced and a free oil change was also done. Now my car is 100 percent sound.I would recommend this place to anyone. Theyre the best for real.

Chris did the inspection of my front and rear brakes and gave me a detailed summary of what needed to be done with pricing. He also noticed a problem with a bushing on my lower control arm assembly on the front driver side and showed me and described what was going on with it. Excellent customer service and a great job on my vehicle.

These guys are fantastic and do not take advantage of people. They are honest and fair and will not try and cheat you out of your of money. I have already referred someone to them after my visit today.

They told me one thing but did another.For example, the sales manager told me, My rotors was LT prior to performing the service. After the service was completed, he insisted, he never told, the rotors was LT. He went on to say, they only have a two year warranty but they will be LT.Not trustworthy and not sure if I received the service or just gave them money only time will tell.

The manager was very helpful and even saved me some money. When the dealership service department told me I needed rear brake pads, he took me out and showed me that I still had 50% of my brake pad life left and that the dealership was just trying to sell me unnecessary services (surprise, surprise). Honest guys that have now earned my business for all my current and future vehicles.

Great place. I had my car worked on and had a great Experience with Alex and Gus. They informed me about what needed to be done and what they recommended. They werent pushy either. They messed up my best friend’s truck!! The brakes weren’t fixed and they poured fluid in the wrong area causing another failure. The manager SHAWN refused to acknowledge their mistake and demanded they pay for the previous job PLUS what it takes to fix that job! DO NOT COME HERE. SHAWN IS RUDE, LACKS CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND WILL MESS UP YOUR CAR TO GET PAID MORE PURPOSEFULLY.

I went at 9.30 am for fixing my alignment issue the car was pulling towards right side they told me to change the controll arm and ball joint, and it will take 2.30 hrs to fix it, but it was finished at 2.30pm it took totally 5 hrs... Afterall, its not fixed now also, car is being pulled to the right. After looking alignment they dont even have done a test drive they were too busy saying about payment. When i looked my car the left side, bumper were clipped out and when i informed the reception he was saying that morning mechanic is not here. While thier work new bumper issue also came. He totally refused to do the bumper issue and he was saying me to come another day. The manner he talked to a customer was really bad and i had a new bumper issue going there.

It was very good, went in there for a free brake check got an estimate for all the prices, employee worked a bit too hard trying to be a salesman despite what I simply wanted to get was a inspection and estimate so felt a bit uncomfortable. Was very polite when I refused to repair right away there since I wanted to get more estimates around the area, but kept trying to promote they were the cheapest and only allowing these discounts are only for today, when I told them I wanted to get more estimates from other places.
