Came on a weekend to replace 2 tires on my truck. Store was backed up but a man greeted me and checked me in. Staff was very helpful and store is cleaner than other locations I’ve been to. 5 stars for the customer service and speed of service. Was in and out in less than 1 hour. Will be back

I talked to a few different guys between ordering and installing. All of them were nice, professional and good people.

My wife took a car to do rotation and one of the tire need to replace due to 2/32 trend left. I have MICHELIN LATITUDE TOUR HP tires on the car, and the sale person sell the Michelin Defender to my wife. The sale person just want to sell whatever he want to sell without checking what is on the car. Very disappointed with this kind of recommendation. Even Defender is a good tire with more mileage warranty, but sales person should match rest of the other three tires on the car.

I visited this location yesterday for new tires on a Honda. Wow! What great service. The tires were in stock, the employee was sharp and helped me get the correct tires. I was in and out in 30 minutes! I love Discount Tires.

I was there today for air and tire check and sat waiting for 15 minutes. Multiple employees looked at me and then completely ignored me. Noone even approached me to tell me they will be with me in a moment. I had a very low tire almost flat with a nail in it, and another tire that had too much air pressure. I ended up having to risk driving further to go to another location.

Honestly the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I would give them negative stars if I could. They did not start working on my car until an hour past my scheduled appointment. TERRIBLE Management. DO NOT LET THEM WORK ON YOUR CAR.

Great service and theyre very professional and friendly. They repaired my moms tire quickly and had us on our way shortly after getting to the car. They were fairly busy but were still able to get us out in good time.

Sales person 422 BOYD D MENDENHALL isBy far the worst sales person I have ever had to deal with. He acts like he hates his job and does not want to be here. If you come here just don’t work with that guy Boyd. everyone else seems ready to help with a great attitude. What a clown this guy Boyd is.

I am still surprised with my today’s experience with this shop. I came by them after visiting another shop in Aliana where they wanted to charge me $257 to replace a tire that they told me was not possible to repair. Kenny at the Discount Tire told me: “yes Sir, we can repair it”. Even better when he said, we don’t charge for repairs. Well, let me tell you, no more looking around when trying to fix or buy tires. This is the place to go, no doubt. Thanks Kenny..!

I would not recommend this location. Purchased 4 tires, two days later received low tire pressure and next day same tire entirely flat. I returned to same location and all they said was to fix the flat. Did not ask to replace the new tire but fixed the flat.First when the new tires were bought, no re-balancing was performed. My routine is to take the highway everyday for work; while advancing to 60 the steering wheel, car started to shake. Second, when the tire was fixed and was noted to be re-balanced with the process. Same issue occurred. No, re-balancing was ever preformed along with tools went missing from my trunk.Asked the attendant at the time of my missing tool and he said there was nothing. I would never recommend this location.....

Went to replace a tire, very long wait. I just wanted one tire replaced, they kept pushing me to replace 3 of them. $145 per tire, went to tire service next door and got it for a lot cheaper.

Ive never thought of getting tires as an easy experience. This establishment has changed that. I called at 7:30 a.m., a half hour before they opened. I was surprised when they picked up, an employee sounded genuinely happy and excited to solve my tire issue. He asked about the tire, I indicated that he would have all day, and he assured me it would be ready in about an hours time.Arrival every spot in the parking lot was taken up. There was a long line at the counter. I was sure this was going to be disastrous. I parked, got in line, and waited. To my delight, the line moved exceptionally well and the employee that I talk to that morning recognized when I was describing the issue said he had put the tire aside for me and to leave the keys and they would take care of it.Not only or the invoice courteous they actually completed the work in about an hour. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

I had a nail puncture my tire and instead of the dealership, I chose to go to Discount Tire. I had been to this location before and I was impressed with their service. It was the same this time. I was told the wait was an hour but they actually finished sooner. The tire plug and patch was complimentary. I will definitely be back next time I need new tires or repair.

This location has always provided outstanding customer service, but I am particularly impressed with how theyre handling the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. They are still fast and efficient while keeping clients safe. Great job by the entire team!

I went to this location a couple days ago. I had a nail in my tire. I checked in PAID for the service. Waited patiently for them to finish the service. When they was done I left. I received a phone call 30 minutes later asking if I PAID. I told the young guy yes I did and I have a receipt. Rudely he said he will check on it on his end. Wow, how can a customer pay and steal at the same time. I called back and ask to speak to the manager which he knew about. And tried to come up with an valid reason why it happen. This establishment is trash.Update: I contact customers relations about how I was treated at this establishment and this is her response. I did not say I had a tire repair. Nor did I say what was done. I got new tire. Which she clearly did not read my statement.

They offer free air check on your tires and will fill them up if they arent at the recommended level for your tires. It took them a while to get to the line of cars waiting for air check but the worker was nice. The location always seems busy.

I went to this location for tire rotation. As i bought the new tire from them so rotation was free. I already informed them before tire rotation about the tire light warning and the guy Isaac said it will go away after 10 minutes. Even after 2 days the light was still ON. I went to one other local tire shop and they just put some air in the tire. The light went off instantly. I am not sure if the service guy really know his job that the tire pressure also need to be checked in the rotation. I will not recommend this location.

MUST READ ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE: I came to Discount Tire for the first time because I had a flat tire. Made an appointment, got in quick, changed my two front tires and left in 1 hr. I thought, this is awesome! People were kind, quick, and efficient. THEN, I begin to hear a terrible noise on my drivers side for the next 3 days. I went back to Discount Tire and told them about the noise. The guys there thought it was the mud guard on the passenger side and asked if they could cut it out. I obliged. I left only to continue to hear the same terrible sound under my car. I drove straight to Greatwood Auto, my longtime mechanics who are awesome. They quickly told me it definitely wasnt the mud guard but a loose tire in the drivers right side! They fastened it for me and the terrible noise went away. The awesome thing is that when I called Discount Tire Corporate to let them know the issue they were very apologetic and quick to inform me the problem would be handled incredibly fast. Michael the manager at Sugarland called me that same day and was so kind, apologetic and not only said they were going to refund me the money I spent on two new tires but they were going to give me two more tires for free! WOW. I was floored. I was not expecting that but incredibly thankful especially since Ive been unemployed and have three small kids. Discount Tires Sugarland is great because they accepted their honest mistake and rectified the mistake in a gracious way. You guys rock. Thank you so much and I will be back!

I miss my GoodYear and dealership from home, but this location was clean with a good ambiance.I found the staff to be knowledgeable and friendly. I did not stay while the work was being done, so I’m very disappointed I didn’t get a phone call when it was completed and my Rogue was ready for pick up.Overall, Excellent work and reasonable estimate pricing and time frames.Recommended.

Top-notch service all the way around. Ross assisted me last weekend with a wheel swap. I had a 10 a.m. appointment and all 5 wheels were done in an hour. They also beat online stores CarID and Extreme Terrain in pricing, coming in lower than both of them - including mounting, balancing and swapping 5 pressure sensors from my original rims. The online stores were higher priced for just the rims only - none of what I just mentioned would be included, obviously. That says a ton about Discount Tires. The Nitto Terra Grappler G2s also came from this location on a previous visit. Median strips are no longer an obstacle...

This is one of the best discount tire stores! I no longer live in sugar Land but still come to this one. The employees are always polite and helpful.

I arrived nearly 40 minutes after this location closed, but there was still a crew of people working as a team to get cleaned up and locked up for the night. One gentleman, despite trying to do his part to close the shop, willingly stopped, listened to me, and kindly grabbed a simple part I needed to get back on the road safely. I was floored! That moment of kindness allowed me to feel safe driving to work the next day!

I went in to get 4 new tires on my vehicle. Before I had even made it to the front door an employee by the name of Jeff came to assist me. We went inside and got everything set up in a quick and timely manor. Jeff also asked me about my car as he was interested in the model and we talked a little bit about it. The tires had to be ordered so I had to go back a few days later to get them installed. Jeff informed me that he would give me a call as soon as they arrived.A few days later I got the call from Jeff informing me that my tires had arrived, and we set up an appointment to get them installed. The day of my appointment Jeff was also there and he greeted me by my name! I was a little surprised he still remembered my name. Anyhow, my car was in and out in a very reasonable time.I just want to thank Jeff for assisting me in a very professional way, and also for making my experience at Discount tire Sugar Land memorable. Jeff went above and beyond my customer service expectations. I am for sure going to be going back to this location whenever I need a new set of tires.

Sat in the free tire pressure check for 30min, went in to tell someone who blew me off, sat another 20min and left. Amazing service!

Horrible experience. We needed spacers put on our rims and it took over 2.5 hours. We sat in the waiting room. Finally got a text saying the car was ready for pick up. I had to stand in line to check out. I was given the keys with the spacers. I asked why they didnt put on the spacers and they said they could not find the lug nut key. It was in the jeep, but nobody even came out to ask us where it was or call us. I asked them why they didnt simply ask us, as we were sitting in the lobby. Well the guy who took down our information did not get my first or last name correct when he entered it, even though we spelled it out. So they asked for Ray. How was I to know he meant me? So then we waited again for them to do it. They did refund our money but it did not make up for the hours we wasted. And as we sat there for 2.5 hours the phone rang off the hook. There were employees standing right by the phones but rarely did they answer. That is another indication to me of terrible customer service. Never going back!

This rating might change if I visit in the future. Sad when you get in at 9AM and told done by 10:25 am and yet your vehicle is still where you parked it. I saw 6 people come in after me and leave before me.So I promised I would edit after next visit. I bought 2 sets of tires at this Discount Tire, within the last year. Today a friend of mine noticed I had a tire that looked like it was going flat. I drove over to Discount Tire and asked them to take a look at it for me. They had a number of people there already, some waiting for their car, others in line to be helped. So, they were fairly busy. Within 30 minutes, they pulled the truck in, diagnosed the issue, repaired it, balanced it, put it back on and sent me on my way. The problem was I had a screw in the tire I picked up somewhere. Ill definitely get my next set of tires here when the time comes. Great job!

Gave discount tire, a good deal by replacing tires of my 2 cars. Within 2 weeks, had my rear back tires loosing air. Went to the store 3 tires and had to negotiate to replace. Didnt feel nice, knowing that i have been a long time customer. Wouldnt go to discount again @

This is the best discount tire store Ive been to. The specialists are all very attentive, informative, friendly, and professional. Jeff was especially outstanding. He provided me with all the information I needed and more to make the best decision both for my car and situation. The facilities are very clean and tidy. Clean bathrooms as well. The location is also nice and very close to Hwy 6, Hwy 90, and Hwy 59. Very impressed.

As a female trying to change a tire at a nearby Goodwill for a stranger Ive never met... a Grandmother...I walked over to the 4 young men watching me and asked if they had a proper jack. Or a cup of water for the grandmother. They see my tire blackened arms and hands and they all say, no. To both questions. Its was summer time in TX. It was way too hot for a 50 yr old woman to change a tire in the TX heat. But I provided a good show for the Discount Tire men.I promised myself to rate this store and never go back for my own services. To this day, my entire family and friends have heard my story and stopped using them.You should be ashamed of who you hire.

Best Discount Tire I have been to. The service was outstanding. They were knowledgeable and true pros. I came the day before I was going to have them put on to set up the appointment. When I showed to have them put on, I was greeted at my truck and immediately and put in a bay. I know the time I went what a slow time but it is obvious this staff cares. Well done.

I was very impressed by the young men that helped me replace my tires for my car. I had help from 3 guys that were well rounded and polite and very knowledgeable. I was originally only going to buy one tire but after an explanation of what was best and the safest option I came back and got a 2nd about a half hour later.They are a busy establishment but they treat everyone great and Im so happy that even at the end of the day and closing time they were willing to add on a tire for me.If I get any more tires I will come back here, I didnt feel at any point that I was getting taken advantage of and I know I can trust them. This location is amazing my wife went in to get two new tires the sales person mr. Lagos was so professional and courteous when it was her turn the car wouldn’t start the battery was dead and she called me for me to go help her the guys at the store told her not to worry Two team members where available to get the car running and got the tires on for her. They went above their job to help her. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

If I could give it zero stars I would... the service is pathetic at this location.. I would rather travel to any other location in the city. They’ll see you waiting for air service and walk right past you.

Fixed my tire (original on car) for free. Very nice. They not only fixed the leak, they replaced the valve just in case and checked the air and nuts on the other 3 tires. All no charge? Crazy friendly and great place! This place is easy to see but HARD to get to. Turn in on Sugar Park Rd before the building.

I was there as a dissatisfied customer for a set of 4 tires that I bought a while ago. The Sales Associate that I encountered was not courteous and had no clue what is service to the customer. The manager was decent enough to value the customer, but the problem was not addressed as a valued customer. I hope this was the only store like this not all other network does like this. The lesson to me after being a customer of discount tire for the past 5 years to look and evaluate all business in the market before you make a purchase decision.

Sat in the spot designated for a free air check for quite some time. No one approached me to help or even just to say they wont be able to do it. Quite the unusual experience for a Discount Tire. Probably wont continue to purchase tires from your stores after this.

I made an appointment and was told it would take max 45 minutes. It took about an hour and a half. I would have gotten a ride back to work if I would have known. However, they did apologize for the wait and were very nice.The entrance to this location is a bit strange. My coworker warned me before I went. Just know Google maps will make you miss the entrance. Enter one street before.

I inadvertently picked up a large nail in one of my tires and my check air pressure warning light was activated. I was able to drive over to the Discount Tire facility near my home in Sugar Land TX.Although this location is a little more difficult to get to off of Hwy 90, the personnel more than compensated for this slight inconvenience with their superior customer service! My sales consultant immediately diagnosed the problem and did a complete visual inspection of all of my tires and the best part... They repaired the tire for free!!! Thank you Discount Tire.

Recently I had an issue with my tire where a large screw got lodged in it. I was leaving out of town to drive to Dallas in two days and I was so worried. My boyfriend called discount tire and spoke to the assistant manager John Chila and he told me to come in and they could take care of it the same day. I went in and the whole team was so professional. They got me in and out within an hour. I have been to other discount tire locations before, but this one is by far the best and most organized.
