I called very concerned about my 3 month old kitten. I spoke with Julia/Julie at the from desk who was extremely knowledgeable and kind. The clinic did NOT have any openings until Monday Nov 3rd but hearing the fear in my voice Julia took action and secured me an appointment today! The Veterinarian Technician was thoughtful and well verse in her skill set. She kept me calm and answered all my questions and ensured that the doctor was fully aware of the situation. My baby kitten was seen within minutes of arriving and Dr. Adam Henderson was so passionate about helping my baby girl. He made her feel so safe that she didnt cry not once.I left the clinic feeling so releaved and confident that my baby will be ok. Harbour Veterinary Clinic has captivated my heart and now Im a proud new client! My sincere appreciation to you all!!!
I love Harbor Veterinary Clinic. I was a new puppy owner they took me under their wing and have been very good to myself and my dog! Each person in that office is loving and caring about my pet! I would not go any place else!
Weve been going to Dr Harbour for 20 plus years Best Vet Ever! Office staff is the BestThank You
I recently took my 14 year old dog to Harbour Veterinary and my experience was great, even with the sad outcome. I ended up putting my fury baby to sleep and I was a mess. The staff was so wonderful and compassionate. You can definitely tell they all have a soft spot for animals. The doctor and her assistant stayed with me and Romeo until the final goodbye. The prices were great and very reasonable. I would highly recommend them for any and all pet needs.
Everyone here is so nice. Such caring Doctors. Would highly recommended them.
We have gone to Dr Harbour for 20+ yrs and he is the best! When our first pet passed he sent us a sweet card of sympathy which meant a lot ..he really cares about each animal he sees and we trust him with all our babies🐾🐾🐾
I was so excited to find a vet that was caring and detail oriented for my animals. Until that is the second trip. During our initial visit we were given pricing information on spaying our dog and getting her chipped while she was already put under. It is much safer and less stressful for the dog that way The vets words not mine.I later called informed them who I was and what I wanted, which was both of the listed services. It was $10 more than it was previously when discussed but I said go ahead, they then said it was another $50 for blood work. Went ahead and paid that. Dropped my dog off, got a phone call everything was complete, ventured to get her back. Was told she now needed pain pills. another $50. I paid it was given a handful of things and then rushed aside so the line could be helped. I stood awkwardly next to the desk waiting for a break in the line to finish my transaction by asking where the paperwork for the microchip was. I was then told Oh we didnt know you wanted that, next time tell us what you want because we didnt do it thats another $60 Which I also paid. But upon telling them I told both the person I called and the Dr. I was told I was lying that if the receptionist had been told it wold have been written down, and that if I only told the Dr. that it doesnt work because they rarely communicate effectively with the front end staff. That just goes to show you what kind of place were talking about. So in short, they are not upfront about their prices, not even close they were nearly $200 off. They will say anything to sell you a service and then do whatever they want anyways(Stated under sedation was best for microchip it was done in 30 seconds in the hallway). And will then blame you for their inadequacies. I wouldnt take a tangerine here and expect them to take good care of it.
Very caring staff when dealing with the passing of my best friend after weeks of treatment. Would highly recommend for their experience, care and reasonable prices.
Dr. Harbour is an awesome vet! Had an emergency and had my friend bring my dachshund in for a visit because of swelling. He examined him and sent him home for bed rest and some antibiotics. Came back 5 days late for a follow up and he explained everything to me.Not once did he ever rush me out the door, and fully explained my dachshund and their future potential problems. Recommended all types of food, activities and medication to do.I only wish I found out about this doctor before I put down 2 puppies in a 3 week time. I think they would have actually had a fighting chance.
After 20 years I still go to this Veterinary clinic. Love the people and trust Dr. Harbor with all my furkids.
They are the most compassionate and caring people.
These people get it!!!I drive 30 mins and pass about 10 other vets office to come here!
Receptionist was so very nice!
Driving 42 miles and passing probably 20 other clinics because I dont trust my furbabies health to anyone else.
