Negotiation and purchase was very straight forward and fair. There was little to no back and forth. Our sales rep (Yami) was a knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. She did everything necessary to facilitate the transaction and exceeded our expectations.The sales manager (Sam) was direct and wasnt pushy at all. He provided us with a price that was fair to both of us.The finance manager (Brandi) was very helpful and informative and provided us great advice on how to finalize the purchase of our 2021 Armada Platinum.All in all, the staff that helped us was not pushy or try to sell us additional products like warranties and service contracts. We were happy to do business with Wallace Nissan.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE DEPT!!! Ever! Our truck is supposed to be under warranty, and we’ve taken it here a couple times for problems or routine service. Apparently they’ve never done an oil change, even though requested, they turned off the indicator reminder each time so we thought we had an oil change, and now our truck engine is useless at 40k miles. We put in a warranty claim and the Service Manager told us it was denied, so we called ourselves. He never even put in the claim and lied about the whole thing. We called Corporate and they said it’s up to the Dealership/Service Dept. What a hoax! BEWARE!

I made a regular service appt to service the car. When I set it up was told that I could not have recall and auto butler done at the same time. So I made another appt to have that done. When I got there the service manager said he thought it could all be done on my visit. I appreciated that so much, it saves me the trip and time. He is the best to work with.

Im never buying from here again it has a dent they said they would fix that they really didnt, the USB port has hardly any power, the Katzkin leather I had them put on the seats has ripples, I now have to see if I can find a charger that will fit my phone that can be used with a cigarette lighter if that works, the manual they said was in the car wasnt in the car... Just so many things. My husband and I have already spoken to the General Manager more then once your standardized reply to my review gives a false impression that he cares, he doesnt.

I had a great experience buying a truck. This was actually my second truck purchase from Wallace Nissan. Michael my salesmen did an amazing job at helping me find the right fit for the features I needed without pressuring me. The entire sales process was very low stress and I ended up with the perfect truck to fit my needs for a great price.
After the sale you are on your own. Customer service is substadard. They lied a lot. This lady Aida Torrealba was more interested to sell me a maintenance contract. She was very pushy and at the end she included in the contract. I been buying Nissans since 1994. First from Nissan Miami never had problems with this dealer, then from Sutherlin Nissan in fort pierce 3 vehicles no problems. The I went to Wallace Nissan because they have a nice promotion. And this had been a nightmare. I will never buy from this dealer.

We were actually looking for a used pickup truck for me. Bill, our Nissan sales rep explained how it can be more effective to buy a newer Nissan, and he first showed us a 2021 white extended cab Nissan Frontier, which we liked. Then as we were debating, Bill brought out a black Nissan Frontier SV crew cab, which we bought. Bill helped us every step of the way and likely would not have purchased anything that day if not for Bill and his helpful attitude.Just-so-you-know:The more I look into this truck, and the more reviews and articles I read, the better I am liking and understanding the drivetrain form the redesigned 3.8 V6 and especially the 9 speed automatic transmission. Every time I come into this place, I’m never greeted with kindness. Everyone at the service desk was rude and very dismissive. Very short with me and is not helpful at all. When they were done with my car, I checked out and had to look for my car. I walked back in and asked where is my car and one of the guy rudely say it’s around the corner. At that point I’m thinking, if I bought my car up front to you, why can I have that same service. I will not be coming back again for any services or purchase of a vehicle.
I have no words to explain the experience with these great people. Car shopping can be a pain but at Stuart Nissan its easy. Friendly staff, class act all the way around from top to bottom, I will never buy another vehicle from anywhere else. Never any pressure, actually worked magic for my situation! Mike called and texted us about the month end sale coming up so we returned and drove out with a brand new Murano! Love this car - it is roomy and drives like a dream! My wife took my company Murano in and asked they repair the back window washer and the service writer ignored the request. He never looked up at her a d simply “processed” the paperwork. This was not my first issue with this service department. When the car was under warranty it had and still has a surge in the fuel system. I personally was told “it is what it is”. When I I was a bit forceful the supervisor at the time told me he could care less if I bought another car from Nissan. Wish granted! This was the 3 ard new Nissan I have bought (from the Miami dealer) along with 6 Ford’s from across the street from this dealership in Stuart, Fl. I have also bought one Toyota from the Stuart dealership and a Mercedes from Ft Pierce and a Lexus from The Palm Beach dealership wishing the last 20 years. That is 12 new cars in 20 years locally. It is hard enough to get a new customer lose one and try to get them back. Service AFTER the sale is the name of the game. We are buying a new car within the next 30 days and it will NOT be a Nissan and NOT certainly from this dealership. I hope this helps you fix your problem but I doubt it.
Well, this still goes to my daughters email address though I have requested it be changed to my email address.My appointment was for 7:30am yet you unlock the service doors at that time so impossible for you to begin work on my vehicle at 7:30am. When I approached the door at 7:24am, the employee inside signaled to me they open at 7:30am. Why did I get there early to ensure my slotted time of 7:30am was met?Review the service ticket and you will see I requested a complimentary car wash with a note to only have Hunter drive my car. How was the car wash? Didnt happen.Hunter told me the previous oil changes from a service person that has since left, was not correct as I was not given the correct oil (Estero). I told him I am pretty sure I was as Mark Chamberlain gave me an empty one so I would know the exact oil to request every time. Hunter stated he thought Mark kept empties to give to customers though it was noted in the service history that I received a lesser quality oil. Why even bring it up? Not sure what the point of this was. Should I go into the service area to actually see for my self the type of oil being put in my car?Looks like this Nissan dealership is too busy to provide 5 star service.
Dane really stepped up to the plate.We have been searching for a car for months, I cant even estimate how many dealerships and sales reps I have talk to. But I can tell you that it has included at least 5 separate counties, and more then 20+ reps.Wallace in general had the better service by far. This is my 2nd car from them.Even with me having no days off to really work around and not being able to spend much time at the dealerships Dane HUSSLED.When a car I found simply wasnt going to work out he didnt give up to tell me to just look online like many others. He found a BETTER car, with way more features and even got me 200% higher trade in value for my car!!!Even after the sale was done and finalized he still has kept in touch and helped me and has been responding to my various inquiries.IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A CAR REQUEST DANE BY NAME FIRST THING.I can say with certainty, he will get you the best deal and work the hardest out of any rep in (Martin, Orange, Osceola, Seminole, and Indian River counties)
I ask to have the air cabin filter replaced was told that it was checked by technician was never checked until I insisted at my return to pick up vehicle. Other issues that I requested to be done was not done. Only thing done was the oil change and oil filter was replaced.

I won’t say don’t buy from Wallace Nissan because that’s a personal decision. But my experience I can say I will never buy another vehicle from them. My biggest issue is that they didn’t kept their word. Every time you purchase you buy a vehicle you get 2 keys. I was given one and they gave me the round and round about the second key. I never got the key all they kept doing was telling me we will call you back when we have it . Managers were informed and nothing was done about it. As long as they sell a car that’s all that matters. But I am sure to never buy from them again.

I have leased several cars from this dealer. The service here has become awful. When you call you are given to a call center and all they do is leave messages for service like you do when you call an extension you are given. I feel service is very IMPORTANT. The car I have is a good automobile but the customer service is HORRIBLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!! My next lease will definitely not be from here.

I was really impressed. I had been driving the same used car for nine of its twelve years. Other dealerships werent really interested in helping me look at what they had. It was like they didnt think I was worth their time. Well, the joke is on them. I got a look at the Nissan Versa at another dealership. I saved up enough to buy a brand new Versa VS for a very reasonable price at the Stuart dealership, and I can confirm how reasonable it was by my dads complete lack of haggling. This man will debate with an online store for being charged three dollars more for a color variant of an item than its default color, and he just looked at the estimate, sat back, shrugged, and said, Go for it. We had called ahead and the Stuart team knew we were coming, what we were trading in, which car we wanted, and had an idea of what sort of price we would be willing to agree to. The car was waiting for us, we took it for a test drive while they took a look at my old car, and we came back to an estimate that was too good to pass up. They helped us adjust my insurance and license plate to the new car, gave me a tutorial since my car had never had Bluetooth or even cruise control, and let me have a final goodbye with my old vehicle. That little car did a great job, and I hope my new Versa will do just as well.

The finance staff and store manager are terrible and rude, they give bad information in order to sell a car and then wash their hands, the manager did a bad business that cost me $ 830 and I almost lost my license because of his bad information, I am very disappointed in the managers treatment

Well I really like my salesman his name was Nick and we like driving the Nissan Sentra I have to say the service department in this place is truly the worst I have a brand new car that has a post separating from the windshield they told me to bring the car and I bring it in they said we’re going to order a part bring it back tomorrow I come back tomorrow. Not only did nobody call me and tell me there was no part but apparently the part is now back ordered and I have to come back again it will take at least another six days this is supposed to be a brand new car off the truck!!
Bad experience with 2018 armada bought new 2 yrs ago replaced battery twice and service recharge battery twice now back again for the fifth time in two years same problem . Service department say nothing wrong with battery cant be replaced I had road service come 3 times this week. I asked to speak with General manager the receptionist said he was with customers or on the other line later the same day my husband walk in he was told the manager has been sick for days at home very bad service never will buy from them again hope nobody goes thru the same ever, I have to pay my own rental car because they arent willing to so.

Worst experience ever! From the phone calls, service, warranty absolutely terrible experience! Girls on phone dont have a clue what they are doing. Service had my car from Friday about 7:30 am till Tuesday about 10:30, they finally figured out what was wrong about 4 pm Monday. Should have been a warranty part but they somehow figured out how to make me pay $575.00! WORST, WORST, WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. THUMBS DOWN TO ALL DEPARTMENTS.

Dane was exceptional and was able to answer all of our questions right away! He made us feel comfortable right from the start and spoke to us like friends rather than someone he was he was trying to make money off of which I really appreciated! Our only negative was the woman who greeted us. It would have been nice to actually be able to get out of the car before she was hounding us asking what we were there for. Also, I told this woman that we had an appointment with a particular person, Im assuming she never told that person because I was getting calls from that person an hour after we had already been at the dealership. I understand wanting to greet customers but I would ask to be allowed out of the car before being bombarded.

I just leased a 2020 Nissan Titan SV crew cab 4x4 from Wallace Nissan and it was a great experience. Ivan, Robert, and Cameron were who I worked with and they were very professional. There was no sense of being rushed or forced to get anything and they were accommodating when I was trying to figure out the trim level I wanted. Highly recommend this dealership. Also want to mention that this Titan is really underrated. This truck has a car like ride, linear power delivery, and really looks good. For the price point with the tech and creature comforts you really can’t beat it.

I purchased my Nissan Pathfinder from a fair and great sales manager named Chris and have had it serviced at Wallace Nissan by Hunter the Service Manager.I made an appointment to have the paint protector application performed on my vehicle.Hunter took care of me as soon as I arrived at the dealership. He advised me on the best method to deal with a little spot on my rear bumper and had me purchase a protector plate that worked out very well. We have purchased many vehicles from the Wallace group and have been very satisfied until now. Test drove three cars at Wallace Nissan on a tight budget. Problems with each one including very loud engine sound and dash lights not working. Knowing we were on a budget we were will to negotiate, they were not. Which is fine, but the demeaning and belittling attitude was ridiculous! Will never go back.

We have been customers of Wallace Nissan for over 10 years and have always had great service. We recently took our vehicle in for an extended warranty claim and our service advisor was Caitlyn. Without writing an entire book about how bad the experience was, we were without our vehicle for exactly one month, for a 2 day repair. The only plus was that we were (thank goodness) offered a Wallace in house rental for the duration. It took so long for the repair, we were ready to ask for an oil change in the rental!!! Horrible experience.

I used to deal with Tim in service and recently dealt with Caitlyn. She was great, and was very thorough throughout my transmission replacement. The place that normally lends Nissan rental cars was out of them and knew I needed one. Somehow she found me one at another provider for no charge. She kept in constant contact with me and over all very happy to have had her handling this repair process for me.
My husband I bought 2 new cars with Dane this weekend and we had a very pleasant experience. Dane was very patient and kind as well as knowledgeable about Nissan cars. Great salesman and not pushy. A great experience overall.

Appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Tires were rotated. However, air pressure in all tires may have been checked, never adjusted. One tire had 5 pounds more air than others.I would expect more attention to detail. Makes me wonder what other shortcuts are being taken.
