All the management personnel and work staff are very good at what there jobs are to do. I would say they are all outstanding. I was not feeling good and they wanted to drive me home in my car and another man would follow to take the other man back to work. Couldnt fix my car, and I had enough with late discovery after other costly repairs. I had to bring it to the dealer after two weeks in the shop. What worse was my car made the rattling noise for months after that until the dealer found couple of loose bolts on my rear shocks. Some rush job they did. Omar is nice, I prefer quality.

I drove my care from Chicago to Florida and needed to get it checked from the long adventure. I was starting to have problems with my car and asked a friend for a place he trust and I discovered The Monterey auto and tire shop. They helped take care of my existing dilemmas, gave it a tune up with the oil change, and even gave me a great price on upgrading my blown own speakers. They explained everything to me in great detail, were on time, gave me constant updates, and saved me a lot of money. My car sounds and runs great again! I’m really happy with it all and I really admire their genuine nature. I highly recommend them for whatever auto services they do give at the facility because I trust them and their quality of work.

Called for a flat bobcat tire explained i needed as soon as possible. Losing money when my machine is down. Got it done quick! Patched the tire and its been a week since and still no problems. Little bit steep price but I feel i paid for convience. Would reccommend highly.

Came highly recommended so I gave them a shot. I dropped off my car in the morning and received a call in the morning with a quote. I okd the quote and left work at 4:30 to get my car. While on my way I received a call stating they had to order some seals and my car wouldn’t be ready until tomorrow. WHAT???? I was stunned. At no time was ever discussed that my car would not be ready the same day. I had nothing in place to get me home or to work the next day not to mention the things I had to do that evening. Several uber rides later it’s the next day and I go to pick up my car after being told it was ready and my final bill. I arrive and she tells me the total and waits for me to pay. I had to ask to review the final bill. It was $70.00 higher than the quote. I was told they had to order seals I was never told the amount. Expensive seals I guess. First and last time customer but at least she told me to have a nice day. A discount for all my troubles would have provided me a nice day. Anyone know a good mechanic I’m still looking?

Go somewhere else! Total ripoff. Omar will burn you!!!! Puts in aftermarket parts. Charges you for the right ones. Dont do it !He will charge u twice if it doesnt work the first time !

What I like about this mechanic shop is the quick turn around on labor performed combined with the very fair pricing. Staff is very reasonable and courteous. Im happy to have begun using them for the fleet maintenance for my company.
