I had a great experience. I called ahead of time to make an appointment to pick up the GV80 that I wanted. The vehicle was ready for me to test drive upon my arrival. I especially enjoyed working with Don Cote. He kept me laughing during the entire transaction. My husband is planning to get a Genesis from Wallace in the near future.
My Dealer John P. was knowledgeable, and treated me with respect, and no pressure at all.
Do not go here, they are using the typical bait and switch. You go to their website they give you the price. You click send me a lower price. They refuse to sent you a lower price. They try to force you to come in you can negotiate better they said. When I got the manager on the phone he said no that is wrong. There is no lower price and also the price you see on the website is wrong. Its actually about $4k more then what you see on the website. We are selling these vehicles higher than msrp and the website is wrong and there is no lower price. Very disappointed and do not recommend.
The sales department was great. J C Moses did an exceptional job communicating with me and getting me the deal I wanted, but the rental car department was not of the same quality.

They give you one price online, but will not honor the online price. Trying to get a GV80. They jack up the msrp when you try to buy. Do not recommend. Its a bait and switch car dealership.

The staff here are nice, not too pushy and actually met their internet price . I Love the car, i was not sure if i would, going from a very fast tricked out challenger . while i was doing paper work i could hear the people in the next room and they Needed a new car, and let me just say as long time customers ( i assume mr Wallace ) they were going way out of their way to work with them . I was Impressed, that is something that is disappearing from small towns as they get larger .i have not had my first service yet and i can tell you i will be a loyal Wallace customer for many more years . My wife loves my g80 sport so much and the quality of time with our salesman when her audi lease is up she will be switching . please do not get me wrong, audi stuart is Very nice but she has had several issues with her car, all covered but she is so impressed with my car and the No pressure while shopping and test driving at Wallace and what they did for the people next to us that she feels almost as strongly as i do about about Wallace and Genesis and Hyundai . the experience was as good as it gets for being at a dealer .

I have purchased a lot of cars, but this experience with my salesman, Jay Gonzalez at Wallace Genesis, was the most enjoyable experience. Jay and manager John, went above and beyond in locating the perfect vehicle for me. The finance manager made the process easy and very informative without being pushy, as a lot of my past experiences have been with the finance end of the process. Jay taught me a lot about my Genesis and set everything up with me. I highly recommend Wallace Genesis and Jay Gonzalez. They certainly understand customer satisfaction and professionalism.
Service is great. Miss Bob. The problem is with central scheduling, so eager to explain why they cant give you a loaner car. 1St time was 15K service. 2nd time was 30K. Had to switch dealers. Too bad.
The appointment was scheduled by a Wallace service person. when the warranty part arrived. She was very helpful. We dropped off the car, took the courtesy van to a place for lunch. When we came back, the car was ready in a short time. Tony (service adviser) was very good.
Car buying/leasing experiences are not usually nice. The haggling can get rough. But, Louis was great. We worked through the deal and it was not unpleasant. I am very happy with my experience with Wallace Genesis. The car is nice also. My third Genesis. They get better and better. As a prior Lexus, Mercedes, BMW owner I recommend if you are in that market, take a look at Genesis. Their only shortfall was dealership experience. Since they are branching out to their own Dealerships, that shortcoming is going away.
Great service! Melanie came and picked up my car and left me a loaner. She was very pleasant and brought back the car at exactly 9:00 a.m. the next day as promised. All,m washed and cleaned as well.

I was very impressed with Samy and the whole Genesis team. The whole experience was very smooth and comfortable at Wallace Genesis. I also have a 2013 white Genesis coupe and Ive gotten so many compliments about how it looks like a Bentley or a Porsche, so I was thrilled that Hyundai spun off Genesis (appropriately reflecting its high-end quality and glamour) -- this red 2020 G70 is a beautiful car!

Valet - disappointing, over priced service. Not convenient when they donβt show up for the scheduled pick up. VERY UNHAPPY! Paying $105 a month more for the new lease... for a car that isnβt quite as nice. I feel like a FOOL. Still waiting and getting more upset by the minute.
I drive 30 miles rather than use another dealer 5 miles away. The mechanics here are experienced and at the other dealership still have pimples since they just finished training. The Wallace service mgr. has been there since I was in grammar school, and at the other, it changes every year!!
