Ive recently purchased a truck from Victory Auto, and wanted to say what a pleasure it was dealing with the team over there.Dimitri, Donnie, and Mike were more than professional, they were friendly. They went above and beyond my expectations, even staying after business hours while I waited to hear back from my bank on financing.The mechanic on duty (I think his name was Billy) came in to talk with to me. He even pointed out a tag light and antenna that I had overlooked and wanted to replace them before I left.I picked up my truck about a week ago and will continue to update this review if need be. However, at this moment I couldnt really be any happier with Victory Auto and the entire staff over there.On a side note, they also have a food truck on site that made my wife some of the best fish tacos shes ever had.

I worked with Donnie on an out of state purchase. From start to finish he provided the best customer service. I had a vehicle I was financing and looking to sell and he offered a great deal for me to trade it in with his business. He even held the vehicle for me for about 5 days until I was able to make it there. Once we picked up the vehicle and headed home, we got a hour and half up the highway and noticed a problem. I called Donnie and he instantly told me to come back. We got back to dealer and within a hour the problem was resolved and we were off. The owner and I shook hands on a price for a car that I was interested in buying, before we started signing the paperwork I decided to take one last look at the vehicle before continuing. I found something that I didn’t like on the vehicle and decided I didn’t want to go through with the deal anymore. The owner was very understanding and respected my decision even after shaking hands. Sold us a truck they knew something was wrong with. Transmission blew not even a week later. Then they said they replaced it charged us and come to find out they didn’t do anything but change the fluid. They refused to do anything and wouldn’t take the truck back. Business is operated by people with no principles and ethics. Don’t buy here!!

This dealership SOLD the car i made an appointment to see and didnt even bother to CALL so that they could try to sell another more expensive car after i drove an hour to get there. Wasted my time. Bait and switch. Inconsiderate. Slimy.

The car I bought from this place in December 2020 has been nothing but a giant pain in the backside. I didnt spend a lot so I wasnt expecting anything fanatastic, but Ive had $3k cars that held up reasonably for many years. So far Ive had to replace the motor, alternator, air compressor, and two axles; and it still needs more done to it. So far Ive spent more in repairs than I spent on the car itself and still counting. These guys apparently can duct tape a vehicle together well enough to make it seem worth taking off their hands, but I wouldnt bother if you need something both reliable and affordable.

Dont go here! Ive been too a lot of dealerships, 2X here. Most were rude despite that I was buying a vehicle from them. They waste your time and way overcharge for vehicles that are not what they advertise. They asked me to deliver a vehicle and title that they were purchasing from me and after I got there they tried to offer me half even though we previously made a deal! This is not a good dealership all around

These guys tried to get me to leave a Google review before I even left the lot with my purchase... And now, a few weeks later I feel like a fool for having bought from them. After overpaying for my truck, its been in and out of the shop 3 (soon to be 4 times), and Ive already had to spend close to $2500 just to get it in acceptable driving shape. Buyer beware, make sure you bring someone very car savvy if you are interested in their stock. I recommend staying away from this lot, I have nothing but regret since dealing with them.

The piece that was loose and flapping was duct taped down instead of glued. $40 for a couple pieces of duct tape? Come on guys. Tape will be removed at home and flapping piece will be properly glued. Manager was polite and helpful. The technician who repairs with duct tape. Next!

My partner and I just had a really bad experience here. My partner is in the market for a new (to him) truck and found one he thought would be perfect. He went to see it a few days ago, talked with his credit union and got approval for a specific amount. Victory sent a purchase order to his credit union and everything. My partner waited on word from both Victory and the credit union before we left, its an hour drive from our home each way. Both parties gave him the green light so off we went! We arrived and sat down with the Victory salesman, and as he was reviewing the paperwork he suddenly says: but wheres my extra 5g? We were very confused, because my partner had done his due diligence with both Victory AND his credit union before we even left for Victory. Obviously a mistake had been made on the dealers end, he already sent a purchase order with specific numbers to the credit union. Instead of admitting the mistake, the salesperson kept insisting we owed an extra $5,000 on what we believed to be a done deal. So basically, this guy made a deal with my partner then backed out at the last second by demanding an additional few thousand dollars. The dealer also kept stepping outside, making us wait with no explanation. He wasted hours of our time and gas money! I am looking to purchase a used car too, and was excited to see what Victory might have to offer but I will never do business here.

It was just that EASY!!!I was getting ready to drive south to find a car for me, and I decided to pull in to the Victory Auto Sales lot on Monterey Rd. It was 3:30 p.m.on a Saturday, and I was only looking. I had done a little research, and I wanted a fun car to drive. I greeted the car that I wanted on the street side of the lot and I looked it over. It was a little dusty, but when I opened the door and climbed behind the wheel I was sold. I climbed out, and was greeted by my salesman, he may or may not have said his, name, I was buying a Jeep. This one or that one didnt really matter, so I decided to look at the little Asian Suzuki sitting next....forget it!!! I want the Rubicon! Straight 6, Manual Transmission, soft top and it still looked pretty good under the light coat of dust. How much is it? Lets go inside to talk...DONE! Wait Price agreed to, maybe, just maybe I should give it a test drive, oh yeah! Start the paper work, while we go for a drive around the block. It uses gas, has a good sound to it, and low and behold, I am back out front of the dealership. Ill take it...Do you want to look at the engine compartment? No...wait, sure. SOLD! I need to call insurance, do I have a check?I think Denny helped me with the paperwork and transaction and it was smooth! So smooth that I forgot the check, again.I had an idea what I was looking for, went where I knew it might be, found it and bought myself a Jeep Wrangler.Thank you to the team at Victory Auto for the smooth transaction. In and out in about an hour and a half! Very happy!!!

“All cars go through a safety inspection Each auto is carefully inspected to ensure that it meets our highest standards of care.”The following information is for those of you thinking of purchasing a vehicle from Victory Auto, BE SURE TO HAVE YOUR VEHICLE INSPECTED BY A REPUTABLE MECHANIC PRIOR TO THE SALE!!I bought a car from Victory Auto because they had the very specific one I was looking for, and I went in with eyes wide open knowing that I would put whatever it takes into it. So, with that said, the vehicle I purchased had no rear brakes, they weren’t even touching, leaving the front brakes to do all the work. If that weren’t enough, the front brakes had less than 1mm!! I don’t think I have to explain how unsafe that scenario is. But there is zero chance the vehicle went through any kind of “safety inspection”. They did nothing except buy the the vehicle at auction and put it on their lot. No inspection, no oil change, they couldn’t even be bothered to clean out the car. There were pictures of the previous family in there, along with water bottles and trash. Additionally, the power steering was leaking pretty heavily and the rack and pinion u-bolt was broken. The radiator was JB Welded. The axle was broken.Again, I took it immediately to a reputable mechanic and over $6,000 of repairs done immediately. Many of them, just to make the vehicle safe to drive.Please, don’t just buy a car off the lot believing they have been given a safety inspection. They have not. They are whatever they were when they were purchased at auction, not a dime or a minute of time put into them.

I definitely recommend anyone in the market for a used truck come here. The sales staff was extremely helpful, not pushy or deceiving, and the quality of used vehicle is actually very nice compared with what Ive experienced at other places. Now I will say that since purchasing my truck, Ive had to pay a substantial amount of money to repair a steering issue that probably should have been caught before by their mechanic, as well as warped brake rotors, but such is the responsibility you take on when buying a used vehicle As-Is (Especially one with 300k on it like mine!). Overall Id say that Im happy I bought my first diesel truck from Victory Auto, and Im certain that once I get all these mechanical issues resolved this Dodge will drive for another 300,000 miles just fine.
