Mark replaced my ac, furnace and water heater. He showed me several different options and explained all in detail. He allowed my dad and I to replace the base in between installing the new equipment. They didn’t seem to mind my dad and me watching the whole time (we were both pretty interested in the whole process). The whole team was very professional and quick. These guys are the bomb dot com. This is the second time they have saved our butt THIS year.First, with a complete furnace/ac failure on the coldest day of the year. Had a new HVAC system installed within a day and at a lower price (and faster) than their competitors.Second was today with a brand new water heater when ours decided it didnt want to live anymore yesterday. These guys did great.I had a 22 year old furnace that was starting to fail. Originally they came and replaced a broken over temperature relay, but not long after that the blower motor failed. All, of course, around the coldest days of the year. They were quick to respond and send a tech out. On the motor failure, instead of paying for a repair on an old system, we talked and decided it would be time to get a new furnace.However, this was on a Friday and they couldnt do the install until Monday. But, they swapped the failed parts with one they had in stock at no charge to get me through the weekend.Great customer service, will definitely go back to them with any HVAC issues I may have going forward, and will recommend to anyone who asks for HVAC people.

Woke this morning, a 90°+ day, to my AC making a horrible noise. On The Mark was able to send Eric out to my house within a few hours of calling. He didn’t have the part needed in his truck, but was able to get it and have everything fixed and my house cooled by late afternoon. Excellent service!!!

Recently replaced our central air and furnace. Mark met with Brenda, and I did a very comprehensive interview to determine our must-haves. He did a full house walkthrough assessment then presented all options in a no-pressure manner.The installation was an all-day affair, and Mark and his assistant were professional and over the top focused on not disrupting our workday.A few days after the installation, I noticed an issue with the smart wall thermostat and the central air. I texted Mark -heard back right away- did a full diagnostic over the phone, and when we couldnt solve the issue, he scheduled time to come out the next day. (The next day it was close to 90 degrees) a hectic day for him, but he still showed up and quickly determined the wall thermostat needed calibrated, fixed in a few minutes. Then later that night, a text asking how the unit is working. That above and beyond means a lot.As long as we live in the area, we will only use On the Mark.

Had Mark out again in the new home to check out the system, incredible knowledge base and really set us up to plan for long term repairs/replacements. Cant say enough about Mark and his team.

My a/c unit went out, and I searched for a contractor in my area, and found Mark. We spoke, he came out as soon as he could and he was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and friendly. My furnace was installed in 1965 and we discussed getting a combo done because the furnace was in bad shape. We discussed a price and set out a date. He completed changed out my a/c and furnace to brand new units, with very good pricing in about 3 to 4 hours. He advised me of rebates for a smart thermostat in my area and I purchased one. He installed the thermostat for me. He was VERY clean, when he left, it looked as no one had come in my house to do a major project. I highly recommend him to anyone reading this and will recommend him to my peers. Unfortunately I didnt take a picture of the old a/c but I did take a pic of the furnace when he removed it. Ill upload the pics. My experience with contractors like everyone else is pretty lousy, but Im very confident that I will continue going to mark anytime I have an issue moving forward.

Our house was without heat for more than 18 hours (over night as well). I had to buy two extra space heaters so I could sleep in warm room. I called Mark first thing in the morning today and he said hed be there in a few hours. Mark came in and replaced faulty part on my furnace.
