Had a flat tire and brought the tire originally to Firestone to have it patched. Didn’t see any damage in the sidewall and tire still had plenty of life on it . Found it was just a nail and they said it was not repairable and tried pushing me to buy a new 330 dollar tire and said it would take over 24 hours to get my tire mounted on the rim and back to me. I took my business to direct discount tire and they were absolutely great. Told me it should be repairable with no problem and also priced out a better quality tire for cheaper than the competition just in case. They patched me up and had me out the door in 30 minutes or so . When I came in to pay they told me to put my wallet away it was such an easy fix. What they didn’t know was I suddenly caught covid a couple weeks before hand and was out of work for a few weeks along with my girlfriend on quarantine . First day back at work and I walked out at midnight to a flat tire on my truck so I was stressed to the max about spending a few hundred bucks on a new tire . I’m fairly new to the area and will be needing brand new tires for my girlfriends car here soon. Needless to say they have won my business over and I’ll be purchasing new tires from them very soon . Treating customers this way will always bring people like me back in the door and is rare to find these days ! They were upfront and honest and fast. I’d give them 10 stars if I could and I’ve told everybody I can in town since to bring their business there .

Highly recommend this place! I have taken my car in three times over the past year for various issues, and each time they have been so friendly and helpful. They also went above and beyond to help me out when I had a flat tire! Very thankful for their wonderful customer service.

Words cant describe how grateful I am for these guys. Its more than just being good mechanics, they are good people. Like so many others, this pandemic has stretched my finances to the limit and these guys went above and beyond to get me back on the road as economically as possible. Never once making me feel dumb for literally driving the brakes off my car. When it comes to auto maintenance, dumb is my baseline and they didnt exploit that. Joe (big Joe they call him) helped me purchase new wheels and tires for my truck. I went in and I showed him what I wanted it to look like and told him my budget. He met the estimate to the dollar and two days from the day I ordered the wheels, I got a call that everything was ready to be installed. He knew what look I wanted and got me just that. Love how my truck looks and how painless the whole process was.

This is my second time i came to this store. last time i waited for about 2 hrs! same reason. this time today, i went at 9am and i asked the guy if it will be done before 11:30 because i have to pick up my son before 12noon he said yes! so i waited and come back to store. my car still in line and didnt check yet for flat tires. i asked them and thats when they said its in the next line to be check. this is after 3 hours of waiting! only to find out they cant patch the leaks in my tire. wasted my time!

Garth went above and beyond for my daughter. They did not have the select tires in stock that we paid for; Garth offered over the moon customer service not only did he pick up our vehicle, replace the tires but he returned it with the full tank of gas. God bless this company they did not have to do that but they did!

Rarely go here. They take forever but I guess the service is worth the wait.

Not only did they charge me $22 to fix a flat tire (most places are 10-15), they also didn’t do it right and it was flat 20 minutes after leaving the store. They refused to give me a refund or partial refund after having wasted 4 hours of my time. You’d think fixing a flat would be the easiest thing a TIRE store could do!! Don’t take your car to these people. The reply of me leaving at 12:33 does not account for me having to come BACK around 1pm and leaving between 2-3 because they didnt fix it correctly the first time.

I came in to have a flat fixed. The last time I went to a shop for a flat they had me in and out in about 20 minutes, so I certainly did not expect to wait about 1hr 20 minutes this time. The delay was frustrating, but they recognized that it took longer than usual and fixed the flat for free. I appreciate businesses that care enough to make it right when things go wrong, so I would come again in the future - - though next time Ill bring something to do while I wait.

They installed the wrong size to my car!!! As the only parts that contact directly to the ground of your car, I strongly recommend you find some where ELSE to take care your tires or prepare the right size tires before you come!!

I stopped in to see about getting tires for my F-350. I was thinking they would have to order the tires and set an appointment to have the work done. I was wrong. The tires I wanted were in stock and they had techs available to put them on. About an hour later I was on my way. Great customer service from friendly people. My daughter had a flat tire when she came out of church. Long story short ALL of the 5 lug nuts on that tire were rounded. She paid $30.00 for 5 new ones. Sure hope the other 3 wheels dont have the same problem. I asked and no she failed to keep the nuts.

I came to direct discount tire because my tire pressure warning light came on and they helped me right away and didnt charge me to check my tire pressure and add air to the tire that was low. The staff were very helpful and kind. I was floored they did not charge me for their time. It was an overwhelmingly positive experience.

Absolutely affordable!! These people made our life so much easier! After speaking with the local GM dealership and not wanting to get screwed by their outrageous prices I talked to these guys. They made me feel very comfortable over the phone to be able to send my wife in and know she was going to get a good deal. The issue was a tire sensor.

They took 2 hours to look at our car just to look at our breaks. When they got back to us they tried to sell it at $250 PER break pad. Super outrageous. They wasted our time and tried to over charge us. Please dont waste your business here

Inventory not well managed. They didnt have the tires I wanted, so I asked for different tires they had in stock. 2 hours later they called me to tell me they dont have those tires in stock either, so I asked them to order the original tires instead. When the tires did arrive, they didnt start installing them until I called to ask about it. In the end, I got the tires I wanted, but not without some frustration.

These people are amazing! I blew out tires and called them. Joe Johnson personally came to where I was stranded and replaced my tires. I have two small children and while waiting on my car, my children were given coloring books and stickers. Everyone that works here is very friendly and they really helped out a stranded mom today!

Thank you for being so generous. I did go in for a tire rotate and balance and to have a patch done to one of my new tires that come to find out had a nail in it. So I was there the typical hour then they were done I asked how big the whole was and the guy acted confused like no one told him he was suppose to patch, so they ended up taking it back and I waited another 20 minutes which was by accident. When It was completed the last time I went to pay and the gentleman told me to have a blessed day. It was free on me which wasnt expected. I did tip the man who was very kind and did that for me. In cases like those I at least try to pay it forwarded. I have never had a bad experience here to begin with I highly recommend them. Thank you again and God Bless!

These guys are just the best around. Period. Good prices always. The work is done right. They do more than just tires. Ive had alignments and oil changes done as well. The convenience of one stop maintenance is great. Sometimes theyre really busy so sore back and watch the incredible tropical fish tank.

Really a good shop. Ive used them a load of times from simple repairs to new tires. I only dont throughly enjoy my experience when Ive got to deal with the somewhat crotchety white haired old man hes a bit too dramatic for my taste. Otherwise a really good shop. I also really enjoy the huge aquarium like fish tank in their lobby, theres lots of different fish and theyre quite fun to watch.

Don’t get an alignment done here they’re either incompetent or trying to commit fraud. I took my car into have an alignment and they said they couldn’t because parts on it had gone bad. Which was correct and I didn’t doubt that, my car has 180k miles, but they quoted me $1600 in repairs and a long list of parts. They wanted to replace essentially the entire front end. So I took it to two other shops and they both said it was the rear struts and driverside rear wheel bearing. Which wasn’t on the list of parts they wanted to replace. They wanted me to pay $1600 to replace parts that weren’t even bad and not fix the problem. So $900 later my car drives straight past this place from now on.

I have taken my cars for new tires for the last 6 years working with Joe. I called him up yesterday and told him I needed a new set of tires he recommended a tire and a price. When I got there and he saw my tire size he didnt have that tire in but put me in better tires at the same price we agreed on and had my car done in a hour!! Thanks so much Joe and I am still a very happy customer and will continue bringing my cars here!!!! I recommend bringing your car here where u will get great service!!!😀

I love the quality of there tires. They always been so friendly to me. And recently I got a bad tire from someone on the market place and was out $50. They helped this single mom of 2 out. Gives you a since that there are still good out there. And I made my appointment in the city to enrol in school so not only Im a single mom but a full time student and a self employed massage therapist.

I bought my tires from Joe and he was fair and informative. Additionally when I had flats from driving on too many dirt roads they have fixed them with no problem. Lastly I just had my vehicle tuned up and oil change and I couldnt be happier.

I originally went to Pioneer tire bc your place looked busy but the guy there was a TOTAL DOUCHE to me. Not only did he have me wait around while he took two phone calls, sent a text message on his cell phone and helped the guy in line behind me, but then after all that he came out looked at the tire I needed replaced (and had the new tire in my trunk to replace it with) and then decided to tell me they were too busy to fit it in. Mind you they didnt close for another 2 hours and only had two ppl in their waiting area. Needless to say I will NEVER be going back there. At discount tire the staff helped me immediately upon walking in the door, were polite and friendly and truly offered AMAZING service. Hands down a hundred times better place to get your tires then the douche bag at Pioneer for sure!! Very happy with my experience and will never go anywhere else again.

They got me in quickly when I had a flat; soon called me to say my tire was toast and they didn’t have a used Bridgestone. But, they found one that matched other tires and on my limited budget (even for my Lexus) for $85 (INCLUDING LABOR). All finished within an hour and a half.

I did a lot of research for my 16 yr olds Toyota pick up. We talked to the locals who didnt want to give you the time of day, and several other companies. It was hard because he wanted to go up in size with a lifted truck but most anybody didnt have the patience to assure us it was the right wheel for the tire and all those other bothering questions my growing up 16 yr old with have . I would call them daily. They were always very! patient and willing to answer or research any of my questions. My son had worked hard for his money and I wanted to make sure he had guidance. They were awesome. I guess this is the start of a man and his truck. Waiting on tires to ship and apply to car. will again tell you the outcome. So far great!!!!!!
