So I actually had to look them up online to see what their rating was… And of course more than four stars… The service is super friendly super helpful and great knowledge. They help me out with a lightbulb gave me an estimate for what the car needed and didnt charge me a penny. I gained a customer. Thank you guys again for your super nice service.

I called to get my oil changed, they said it would take 15-20 minutes. I asked after 35 minutes what was taking so long and was told they didn’t have the correct filter and that they were trying to order one. I told them that I didn’t have time to wait around. The counter guy told the person working on my car to put oil in it so I could leave. I stood at the window and watched this guy fumble around with the splash shield for quite a while, not knowing how it was supposed to be installed. He started lowering my car with the splash shield hanging down which isn’t right. I got his attention and said that it wasn’t on correctly, he said it was because broken off bolts, of course he didn’t break them. The last oil change I had was at Schmeltz VW, I doubt they snapped those bolts off and didn’t say anything. This place seems very shady, the guy working on my car was not ASE certified, and seemed like he had no idea what he was doing at all. I will never go back there, I cringe at the thought of them doing an actual repair.

I came in for an appointment a couple weeks ago for a tire alignment and brought my mom along with me. The mechanic told me he couldnt do the alignment due to something needing to be replaced. He said it would cost me around $400 and they could order the part and replace it. I asked him the break down of the cost. He said around $130 for labor and around $250 for the part. I then got my mom to look over it (her husband works on cars). She found the exact piece I needed for $35 online. She went and spoke to the receptionist about the piece she found for $35 that they were going to charge me around $250 for. The receptionist said yea thats the exact piece she needs. He could not explain the drastic price change and he could not even show her the part that was around $250 in his system. He stated he could not find it. I am not a one to write bad reviews. This is to let women know to be careful if you are going to any repair shop. When they see a women they think she does not know anything and take advantage of it. Ladies be aware!

Great customer service and quick oil change.

I needed an alignment done this week and out of all the places I searched Miguel was the only person to get me in.I cant get over how amazing and professional the service was here! Miguel and Nhia were the only ones running that shop, Miguel being the manager. My appointment was at 8 a.m. for an alignment and during the time that I was there they were incredibly hospitable to both me and the other customers. I was so impressed at how efficient, thoughtful, and empathetic they were to everyone that walked through their doors. I highly recommend this place for any auto needs anyone may have!

They exceeded my expectations. Told me that some other work needs to be done besides oil change, but they didnt force me or try to make me get the work done. As a single mom, happens to me a lot. I will be back to get the work done at this same place, I would recommend to anyone!!!

We went in to have a basic used car inspection done before purchasing a used vehicle, I expected the basic Diagnostics to be done and they did that and when a little bit above and beyond coming back with some things I wouldnt have expected to be found on this type of inspection. Been a loyal customer for a couple years now, but today has really cemented that loyalty for me. I don’t know much about cars and my car was showing that I needed an oil change so we brought it in so they could change it. My man Miguel told me I actually had 1,000 more miles before I really needed an oil change. I could have easily been taken advantage of in that situation but he was upfront and honest. The guy who was going to change the oil even put air in my tires. It’s nice to have a place I can take my car where I feel like I can trust the people there. I’ll recommend this place to all my friends and family around Stillwater.

After they attempted to charge me $70 to change my front headlight, I will no longer be returning to any precision auto care center. I had been in previously and had it done $15 for parts and $10 for labor, but this time when I came in the employee seemed very unfriendly and somewhat mad that I had come in an hour before they closed on Saturday. He tried to pass it off as if $70 is a fair price to replace a bulb in my front headlight, a job I can do myself need be for $15. I feel that he thought I was young so he tried to upsale me on the price of the service. I would not recommend.

Sent my daughter in to get her battery changed. They charged what was quoted, did the work quickly and were pleasant to deal with. Didnt try to up sell her anything. Overall good experience. I chose them because a friend recommended them.

Top of the line place - they really take care of you and have competitive pricing. Took care of a problem the dealership wanted twice as much for. Don’t go anywhere else and waste your money.

Great guys there and good services offered, they also have great pricing. Have never had a problem with precision tune in Stillwater.

Tire pressure warning lights came on with very cold weather, tried to fix myself but failed to get warning lights to go off. Pulled in to Precision Tune 20 minutes before closing on a Friday and all of the staff I spoke with were professional and pleasantly fixed the problem. (1/2019)

I came in because I thought I needed alignment. The reason why is my fiancé ran over a big pothole on the right side of my front tire and it was wobbly since. inspected my car and said I did not need an alignment but I need a new rim for my tire. They also informed me about a rack and Pinion issue I had, all with no charging. I didnt have the funds to fix the issues and they were closing before I could come back for my car, they where able to put my keys in the center console because I have a spare key to get to in my car. Im battling cancer and these guys treated me like gold. Will for sure come back for service related issues. Stay classy guys. And thank you for your treatment / customer service skills.

Went there on a Saturday for an oil change. The service and price were excellent, and there was no delay at all. Definitely returning!

I cant say that they are bad, but I can say that I will not be returning. I went in for a simple adjustment. Its not a very profitable job because it takes so long. With that being said they tried to upsale me. Not by a few dollars, but by 1,900 dollars. They pushed for an upsale of parts that I do not need.I went to my personal mechanic (he doesnt do adjustments) and he checked everything for me. he said there is light wear and tear but nothing concerning. My car is old and I plan on replacing it within a year or two, so he said he would just let it go if I were him.He did, however, say that Precision Tune was not lying, and that they were just being pushy for a sale. He said he wouldnt blame them for trying. I wont be using them again because I dont want to have to go through someone pushing a sale.Edit: now theyre lying about prices and ignoring the fact that they were pushing me. They also got upset with me and said Im doing all this work for only $80 bucks. In an exasperated tone. They were pushing me for a total $2003 worth (approx $1900 more) of work after i repeatedly said no, yet they still pushed until I left without even an alignment.This is now a 1 star (from three) for to their unprofessional response and blatant lie.

...Do not go here, they will not do what you ask for. Asked for a 0-20W and recieved 5W30. Couldnt do my alignment and told me my shocks were bad. 2017 with less than 40K, highly doubt the shocks are bad. Last time I was there I spent 1k on tires and asked for an oil change, I didnt receive the oil change and recently returned for a tire replacement that apparently had no warranty. Had to pay extra money to replace the tire with less than 20k on it. I contacted corporate last time I was there and never recieved a reply. Upfront customer service is okay but the workmanship is extremely shotty! I will be going somewhere reputable even if I have to spend more money, quality is everything!!
