Had a great experience at the Stillwater location. Waited while the work was being completed. Andrew and Clayton were very friendly. Plus, there were a number of us customers waiting so it was pretty awesome to not have masks on and talk!!! Highly recommend them.

My car was over heating and they couldnt get my car in that day. Andrew and Clayton parked my car inside over night. The next day the inspection found a bad water pump and bad stabilizer bar (a long bar keeping the front end stabile). Clayton recommended an oil change. The car was repaired at a fair price.

Very helpful answering my questions. Prices are competitive. Can usually get in and out pretty quickly. Always explain potential concerns or recommendations. That way I can decide if its something I can tackle myself.

I love this shop and will only get my car worked on here. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They answer any questions I have every time and explain it in a way that makes sense. They also share their courtesy check upeates with me without being pushy about getting the services taken care of right now. Love these guys!

Wonderful customer service. Was very helpful in retrieving my service plan that I had purchased at a different location. Did not try to over charge for service, finished the job faster than anticipated,and clearly pointed out what was done and what recommendations they had for my vehicle, and as a bonus, had good, fresh coffee available.

Unbearably bad. The new management has said no to at least two normal tire changing procedures that the previous management was happy to do. The new management said that I had a blinker issue that could not be solved in two and a half hours of time and yet tire pros across the street resolved it in 5 minutes.No kidding, it seems like they just didnt want my business.

Stopped in without an appointment because my tire went flat and I was driving on the spare. They dropped everything, repaired the tire, and had me back on the road in less than 45 minutes. Exceptional service. Thank you, Landon!

These guys went above and beyond expectations. I could not believe how they helped my daughter. Even though a guy was done with shift, he hopped into his car and went to her car to unload the spare tire which is a location that I had never seen and could not find myself. No extra charge! Great friendliness and helpfulness!

Just disappointing customer service and over charging for SIMPLE repairs like replacing a headlight bulb that we provided.Found out this is a corporate Tires Plus which explains a lot. The individual franchised locations are MUCH better.

This Tires Plus store is fantastic. The entire team is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. And best of all, they do not try and sell you something you dont need. Stillwater Collision and Tires Plus are the best auto care professionals in town by a long shot. They never try to rip you off and are the most honest set of mechanics I have ever done business with.

I inquired about the cost of replacing my headlight bulbs. Was told that the bulbs cannot be replaced on my kind of car (2013 Chrysler 200) and that I would need to buy all new headlamp assemblies. I went to Freds right down the street and had just the bulbs replaced. Skip this place, dont let them scam you.

Beware of strong upsell by staff. Went in for oil change, they tried to sell me tune-up for $700+. Then additional work was presented as needed, Sooner rather than later. I know some items possibly needed, but not urgent as he stressed. I felt pressured and would not return for service there again.

I had a fast leak in one of my trucks tires. I pulled into Tires Plus, no appointment at all, the tire was repaired and I was on my way in 45 minutes. Excellent!

Unbelievable! Would never recommend this place for anything! Bought car in for front tires andAir condition reload. They then called me and said it would be an extra $40 per pound of refrigerant and it would require an extra 2 pounds. Took over 2 hours before they told me it would be an extra $940 for new ac compressor. Maybe Im an idiot but wouldnt you check the clutch on compressor before you waste the time to do the refrigerant? Didnt call to let me know. Found out when I went in to pick it up. If the ratings had negative stars Iwould rate a negative 5! They lost any future business from me or anyone I know. On top of that I lost an entire morning of work.

Guy at the front desk was nice but it took 8x longer to get my oil change here compared to valvoline even with an appointment. For some reason my next oil change sticker says to come back in 2 months....mmmmm full synthetic oil last 5,000 miles. 5,000÷60=83. I dont think most people average 83 miles a day.

For my sons birthday, I bought a Tires Plus gift card at the Stillwater, MN store for snow tires. I put $500 on my Visa Account. I specifically asked if this gift card could be used at other Tires Plus stores; I was assured it would be honored. Later that week, my son had new tires put on at the Hastings, MN Tires Plus store. He was told that this gift card was not accepted because it was a franchise Tires Plus store. My son then had to put the entire purchase of 4 new tires on his credit card. I then went back to the Stillwater Tires Plus store to share this experience. Service Manager Ryan Becker made many calls on my behalf. Fortunately, he was able to have my credit card credited. Honestly, I appreciated Mr Beckers expertise and professionalism. I was very upset and he assured me that he was on my side. He was amazing. Thank you Ryan Becker!!

We got a brand new tire that only lasted a month the same they couldnt do anything about it which was sad there was a hole in the white wall

My daughter bought a brand new tireb a month ago it kept losing air and she had to wait over a week to get an appointment to see what the problem was had to put fix a flàt in tire to get home so she didnt get a credit towards replacement and by then it was a whole in the white wall so she had to buy a another new tire.

The meatheads at this store wanted to charge me nearly $1000 to replace my entire brake system. Ended up being $50 worth of parts that I could fix myself easily. A complete scam.If you like your money and your car, never visit these people. EVER.

I had terrible experience with Tires Plus. I made an appointment to get my tires changed and waited over an hour before noticing my car wasn’t being serviced and they hadn’t started even after confirming it wouldn’t take more than an hour. If you value your time do not go here. Appointments mean nothing to this location and I was disappointed in my wasted time. I’ll be going to other auto shops from now on.

This place has actually been very fair to me. I purchased a tire for a tire that had a puncture on the outside edge and they were fast and efficient.I returned with another vehicle to check the pressure and the guy checked all my tires and told me about a rock that could damage my tire that I dug out from between the rim and tire. He did not want to charge me for the service and was very professional.Then returned a 3rd time to have them check my brakes as I jsut replaced the pads and I was getting a loud scaping noise and they took good care of me.

Crooks! Brought rims and tires in to have tires mounted. Confirmed the rims had TPMS sensors on the air stems. They later called and told me there where no sensors on the rims and charged me $80 each. Went back to the business that sold me the rims and they confirmed the rims came with sensors. Unbelievable rip off shop!
