He answered all of our questions and was quite professional. Vinnie, with finance, was also very courteous in explaining all of the paperwork and did not pressure us in any way. Good people!

My first time ever going to Barry sanders supercenter for an oil change. I must say I was pleasantly impressed! I had one of the best experience at getting an oil change. Typically you have to wait in line to wait your turn and next thing you know you’ve waited an hour for a simple oil change. But Brian Shook went over and beyond to make my experience an amazing one! I would definitely recommend to friends and family and continue to go back!

If I could give O STARS I would they are a RIP OFF they will lie just to make a sale .. and when they found out my other half is on SSI so they pushed her into a CAR she didnt even want!!! My wife and I had such a good experience with this dealership. We worked with Vinny and Ean and they couldn’t have been more pleasant to work with. We had been looking for a used vehicle for about 4-5 months and finally found a great deal on one they had in stock. We were able to do almost everything over the phone and they held the vehicle for us from Monday until Friday since we live out of state. I can’t say enough good things about them! I am an advocate for local business so I decided to buy a Jeep from these guys in January 2019 and bought the extended guarantee they offered. Earlier this year, I sold the Jeep and submitted all of the paperwork to cancel the extended guarantee. Long story short and after endless lies from their end, I ended up requesting assistance from the Consumer Protection Agency (Attorney’s General Office) and the Oklahoma Motor Vehicle Commission to get the refund. It took 20-weeks to get it done.If you value your time, money and consumer rights, stay away from making business with this dealership.

I drove from Springdale, AR to purchase a Jeep I saw online with the features I wanted and a price I was ready to pay. The internet price was $45,275. I called to confirm availability with internet sales. Then drove 3 hours to purchase. When I arrived I was shown a DEAL 5k more than the online price. When I asked why the price increase I was told it was because of the Barry Sanders Hall of Fame Package that gives customers free oil changes and nitrogen in the tires. The finance guy was so disrespectful. I feel sorry for anyone who has had to deal with his ways because I am sure he has taken advantage of several people. I have bought 2 brand new Hyundai cars in the past from Barry Sanders Supercenter and have had them serviced there also. I was always very pleased with their service. My daughter needed a new car immediately so thats where we went yesterday. I have never had an experience like this before The salesman, Randy, was very kind and helpful. He agreed with the deal we wanted and thought they could make it happen. The finance person, Vince, ended up adding almost $5,000 to msrp price as their first offer to us. I realize that inventory is low, but this was ridiculous. Vince came in with the 2nd offer (around $4000 over msrp price and told us that all dealerships were adding $5000 to the msrp price and telling people if they didnt like it they could GET OUT! Well, we did and we wont go back. We proceeded to go to Edmond and bought a car without more money being added on. I called the manager and let him know about treatment. My daughter heard from the friendly and kind salesman Randy the next day but we never heard from Vince. Cant imagine you would sell many cars treating people like this!

Barry Sanders was a wonderful option for me as a first time car buyer. I tried getting financing else where and help from other dealers with little to no success but when I came to Barry Sanders I was shocked! My salesman Randall was so helpful with showing me my options around the lot and working with both my wants and my needs. Would not recommend! I was literally texting the internet sales person about a vehicle that they only had one on the lot. She said I could come test drive it and I told her this particular one was out of my price range. She said come test drive it and then they would locate the lower end model. So I texted her and said we would go ahead and drive the 2 hours to test it. She said awesome, she would have it ready. We get there greeted by a salesman, sit down, fill out his customer info sheet, he tells us he just took pictures of it and how nice it is. Then he gets up and tells us they sold it right before we got there! Such poor customer service!

We found the car we wanted at The Supercenter and pre-qualified online. When we arrived we were met by Roger and test drove the car. Upon our return the paperwork was ready and we were in and out of the center in less than an hour. I’m certain all deals aren’t this quick but they have a very efficient team at the Supercenter! Friendliest people I have ever dealt with at a car dealership. Oh...and while we were get the car I had the oil changed in the car we drove there for a really reasonable price. I was met at the door by Parish P. who then guided me through the entire process of replacing a failing vehicle, which I had purchased many years ago from Barry Sanders Supercenter. He not only informed me of every option available to me, but he also enlisted the aid of a loan officer to explain several other options of which I was not originally aware. I walked out with a much newer model of the only vehicle which I have learned to trust and absolutely love to drive. I said a fond farewell to my poor, failing 2013 model and happily drove off the lot with a 2019 model which, if it lasts as long as my trade-in, will become a valued member of my family.They also managed to save me some money, so Im glad of that too, but the interpersonal attention afforded to me by the staff was much more important to me than the few bucks that I saved.

Roger Creager and Vince Gates made our purchase super easy and seamless. I handled most of it over the phone with Roger, we came in, test drove our new Suburban and signed our documents with Vince who had everything ready for us. We were in and out in less than an hour.

The salesman, Roger, was nice. I found a pickup truck on autotrader that I liked and it was advertised for $41,000. When I went to see it I was informed that they did not advertise the real prices and the real price was $44,000. I looked at vehicles at 3 other dealerships and they all had the correct sales price in their ads. I bought from one of those. The manager at Barry Sanders told me that the truck was advertised with every possible discount but I didn’t qualify for those discounts. They should add that to their internet advertising so they don’t waste people’s time.

Very pushy people. I found a truck I was very interested in and went to get a price and to test drive it on a Friday. I really liked the truck. I said I wanted to buy it and would call my bank and be in early next week with a check. They were not happy with because they wanted me to go through a bank that was not my own. They were also very persistent on telling me I had to buy that day or the price would go up. The sales manager came out and was trying to get me to sign random papers and kept telling me how he thought I didn’t really want to buy a truck. My wife was also there and had asked for the car fax the sales manger made a snide comment on how we didn’t trust them. So we left and went down the road to Wilson Chevrolet found a truck told them I wanted to think about it over the weekend they said take all the time you need. That next week we went to Wilson’s and bought a truck.

Very friendly personnel. Work is excellent. Would definitely recommend friends and family for service here.

Worst place to buy a car from be ready to add $2000-$4000 from the price you see on the internet. We had agreed on getting $15,500 for our trade in, once I checked the paper work they only wrote $13,500 I didn’t argue because it was my fault I didn’t check before signing. So for anyone buying make sure to double check everything before signing. The finance guy was so rude and really pushy. From the beginning I had told him I did not want extended warranty he kept pushing and pushing me until he finally gave up said I was stupid for not buying it. Will never return i would of gave 0 stars but only reason I gave 2 starts is because the salesman was super nice and helpful and not pushy.

Bought a Buick LaCrosse from then back in October of 2020 and they told me the check engine light being on just needed to be reset or the oil changed so I did all that and the light was still on. Called them and ask if they could look and fix it and they said they can’t work on Buick’s because it’s not their brand. Got a diagnosis and i was told my crank shafts are messed up and to fix it costs half of what I owe on it.

Service here is excellent. From the moment you walk in the door, I was greeted kindly and welcomed with a water. If you ever get the chance to swing by, ask for Charles. Showed me everything they had that I was looking for and made It a fun car shopping experience which you don’t always find when shopping with other dealerships. 10/10

I recently purchased a new truck from Barry Sanders Supercenter in Stillwater. The truck is great, service department was OK, but the buying experience at the dealership was an absolute nightmare. I advise everybody to never buy anything from them. They are a bunch of lying, high pressure crooks. I complained to the General Manager about the high pressure selling tactics of his credit manager and he replied that he was doing exactly what he taught him to do. The credit manager also tried to over charge me on the loan interest rate, and lied to me when I challenged him. They also tried to sell me a truck with 2600 miles on it as a new truck.

Have been taking my 98 TJ Jeep into the service department for several years to keep the little monster running. Have always been pleased with the service, how fast they get it done, and have never been dissatisfied. On several occasions I have taken it in and been told that I do not need a particular repair and that the problem was solved by a minor adjustment or tune up. I have twice had warranties parts fail and they were quickly fixed with no cost and no problem.

I had been looking for a new vehicle for over a month and shopped across all the surrounding areas. I purchase a new vehicle about once a year so I have dealt with several dealerships. This was hands down the best experience! My sales associate was Keenan. He wasnt pushy at all. He was fun and easy going and made it easy. When it came to the finance manager, I dealt with Wade. Absolutely the best guy in his field! If it wasnt for Wade, I would not have gotten into the vehicle I wanted. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and to make sure I was happy with the experience. If you are looking for a dealership, please give these guys a chance!

Collin worked wonders on the numbers, Victor was so energetic and friendly as he showed me everything little detail about the car, and Austin was great in the finance office. Horrible experience! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Purchased a car and delivery from them to my address which is out of state. The transportation company lost my key on the way and completely ruined the parking brakes and abandoned it at a different dealership. Barry Sanders immediately claimed no responsibility despite us having paid for the vehicle AND delivery. 6 weeks later I still have not seen the car! They refuse to pay for or even acknowledge responsibility. I highly recommend looking else where for a vehicle, somewhere where they have integrity and don’t just care about taking your hard earned money.

The people working at this dealership are not honest people. I remember going to this dealership to buy a car in winter 2011. I was a new student at Oklahoma state university at that time. They sold me a 2009 Hyundai ascent (Almost new) without telling me that the car did not have AC at all. Imagine driving a car without AC in hot summer in Oklahoma. What a nasty business these people are running, they must have told me the car does not have AC when I bought it in winter. They do whatever they can ( lying, hiding information etc) to sell you a car with the maximum price.Stay away from this fraud dealership. They are taking advantage of people specially students at Oklahoma state university.

Ive spent a bit of money making sure her car was reliable and in good shape as she is 3 hours from home . Your staff in service has been phenomenal. Angie who helped me find a tow truck as well as Mike and several others I spoke to, and that worked with our daughter Claire - were outstanding!Your service team diagnosed the battery (only 6months old) was bad. they quoted a new battery, and discovered in checking over the safety of the car, that her front brakes were badly worn down to 10%. We didn’t know, as she just had 4 new tires installed (from another retailer) and they did not comment that they were worn so badly when I asked them to check.Mike & Service team allowed us to get a battery exchange from the original retailer (Walmart) as it was under warranty and a free exchange.My daugher picked up the old and brought the new one over, and they installed it. We agreed to get the brakes done immediately. They also were extremely fair on price, and didnt gouge my 18 year daughter on price, even giving a discount.We cant say enough about how much we actually love how we /my daughter were treated fairly at this dealership, and weve have never stepped foot in the door!Anyhow, I just need to say thank you....and we know we have people we can trust in Stillwater for our Poke. We are extremely grateful!

False advertising and No not all dealerships do this, I called from Tulsa to verify price and availability and they lied to me. When I got there the sales Manager blamed Chrysler for making them price it like that and I guess for lying too. I had to drive and Hour and 1/2 to realize I appreciate Chris Nickle, their prices are on the vehicle, No false advertising that Ive seen and they are just down the street. Go ahead and hit me with your, sorry we couldnt get your five star rating response you give everyone.

Found a truck through online inventory. Called to confirm the price. Drove almost an hour to purchase, and when we got there, they said they would not honor their online pricing. They wanted nearly $8k more than it was listed on the website. The manager mentioned it was a sales tactic from Dodge and that the online price was only for those who qualified for certain rebates. Ok. Fine. However, NO ONE mentioned this when we called or before drove from the Tulsa area with our 3 small kids. Despicable and completely dishonest.

Their service department is very considerate and professional. I had an issue with a tire on my car, and Brian and Albert were very kind and considerate trying to help me. I highly recommend their service department if you need help or a repair.

My car broke down and had to be towed to their dealership! Service manager was very honest straight forward and super helpful! I own a hybrid and I will not trust anyone else other than this dealership with my car! They helped me through a very stressful situation with lots of care and understanding! In this crazy world today their honesty and care was much appreciated! Their service department rocks!!
