It’s a great gym! Easy to use because the hours are so wide open! Clean facility and friendly people!

The gym itself is nice, but the showers/lockers area has taken a nose dive in cleanliness.Also, goodluck on getting your membership changed. I havent been able to get a straight answer from anyone.

Joined the gym here a month ago. I’ve been out of a brick and mortar gym for awhile now due to the pandemic. I’m glad I chose Planet Fitness Stillwater. Nice staff and the gym is always clean. I can see being a member here for awhile. Highly recommended!

Love the staff and its very clean. But my contract says 24 hours and its not now but Im still paying for 24 hours if the are doing this because of covid its easier to spread out and social distancing in a 24 hour environment

We have loved coming to this Planet Fitness for a few years now, but the environment has changed and is no longer very welcoming. There isnt much within the staffs control, but the other gym-goers definitely do not adhere to established rules, which could be enforced better. We didnt come when it was first reopened because people didnt wear masks at all, and now were iffy on coming because people are really disrespectful in stuff they say, not wiping down equipment, etc. I still really like the equipment they have and visit on weekends, but Ive moved my morning routine over to the Colvin, where employees regularly patrol to make sure rules are followed.

Great gym environment - very affordable, clean, no pressure staff, and always plenty of working equipment available.

Its nice and clean, never too busy, but it currently closes at 10pm and for me that alone makes it a 3/5.

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They all make you feel comfortable and welcome, with a level of hospitality that is well above and beyond what you would ever expect at most gyms. They are genuinely kind, and I have never met any staff there that was ever rude. I highly recommend the PF at Stillwater, whether your a fitness buff, or a novice, who hasn’t a clue about working out at a gym, either way they have all the latest workout equipment for the buffs, and all the knowledge for the novice to make you feel comfortable getting familiar with all the equipment and services....and I can’t stress how at ease they make you feel, if you’ve been feeling nervous about going to a gym. You will not regret going to PF at Stillwater, instead you’ll be wondering why you waited so long to go give them a try.

I’m disappointed to learn that they do not plan to go back to normal hours now that Covid is over. I’m sure there will be no discounts on our memberships either. It’s a nice gym, but restricted hours are not enticing!

Planet fitness doesnt keep you updated on whats going on. They even changed my due due charge me an extra month and took out yearly fees right after and my original due date is 10 days away. Im sure they will charge again.

You guys have everything for an affordable price. Y’all used to be open 24 hrs and that was very convenient with having circumstances that made it easier to go at night then day but I still love it and I love how homey I feel there. I don’t feel judged by anyone. I have really bad social anxiety and planet fitness don’t make me feel anxious in any way. I feel safe. Being on the bigger side your judged a lot but I don’t feel that there or at least the one in Stillwater Oklahoma but that’s the only one I’ve been to. I feel confident and prideful. So thank you.

Really like this gym. Never too busy, always something available. Plenty of cleaning stations and plastic barriers to make it feel COVID safe. Ideally, the gym would be open 24/7 and have workers making constant rotations cleaning equipment. No gym is perfect, so there are some improvements that could be made, but overall my favorite gym in Stillwater.

Came in after work 30 minutes before the gym closed. About 10 minutes later, an shouted at me “cmon dude, we’re closed!” It was still 20 minutes before the posted closing time said, so I asked if I could finish my set. He rudely responded with “bro, we got places to be!” I’ve been to many gyms and no gym associate has ever treated me this way. This gym already closes way too early and now, according to this guy, we have to be out even earlier. I’m willing to bet his manager is not aware of his behavior, but I’ve already canceled my membership so not like it matters anyways.

This is the third gym Ive been to and honestly I love it. Its always kept very clean and the staff is always super nice and very helpful.

Great equipment and people! Just lots of people with a common mindset for working out! Im sure people probably complain about covid but honestly you can wear a mask but not everyone had to be you.

Covid precautions at this location are an absolute joke. I have brought this to the attention of multiple people over a few months and they simply don’t care. I often see employees with their masks around their neck, or crouched down behind the counter not wearing one at all.Update to clarify: we have spoken to the manager by phone and email. The last email exchange was 12/1/20. Nothing has changed.

Absolutely no one is wearing a mask and employees just dont care at all. I usually only see a few people but wearing mask but tonight absolutely no one was wearing one except myself.

The machines I use are always available. The facility is clean and the people are friendly.

Not for me rude person at the desk when I went in to check on memberships and cant purchase the plan I want for a year.

I really enjoy going to Planet Fitness. The desk staff are always friendly saying hello and goodbye and often remind you to have a good workout. The facilities are clean and the staff goes to great lengths to keep it that way and to make certain the facilities do not become run down, which is no small feat especially in a high traffic setting such as a gym. The gym is exactly as it says, a judgment free zone. You can see people at all levels of their fitness journey and everyone coexists and seem supportive of one another. This gym has helped me realize my full health potential. The only reason I refrained from giving it a fully 5 star review is the fact they are no longer 24 hours which was a big draw for me when I became a member, but it is my understanding this was a corporate decision made in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. I am anxiously awaiting the day they return to 24 hours.

White dude with the earring on the left ear, you lost my business... I walked to your awkwardly run establishment and wasnt greeted or noticed. I was new in town at the time and was looking for a gym, took my business elsewhere because the white dude with the earring on the left ear behind the desk was talking to other mouth breathers like himself.

This gym is always spotlessly clean, the front desk attendants are always helpful and friendly and the pricing is fantastic. Excellent options with workout machines and plenty to choose from so you never have to wait.

Advertised as 24/7, but it’s hours are ridiculously short for a gym. I walked in at 8:29 once and was asked to leave because it was closing at 9. I just wanted a 7 minute hydro massage because I had just finished a run outside and I was sore. Young guy said they were closing the gym and asked me to leave. Wild. Going to cancel my membership, mostly because I can only workout at night when it’s closed, but also because this gym obviously doesn’t care about its clients.

I have no experience to share right now. Wish I was coming more often

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS GYM! I was so skeptical at first because I had really bad experiences in the past in high school. This is nothing like that. I regularly have people tell me good job as I walk to the locker room which is super motivating and I make it a priority to motivate others as well. Theres no lunks in there that are grunting and straining trying to show off how swole they are. Its very nice

Guys, I just came in to join your gym, I want to cancel but you are requiring that I drive to Stillwater to sign a cancellation letter. Corporate is saying that I can sent an email OR send a certified letter to cancel. Do not join with GYM, terrible experience and terrible franchise. Going to report corporate complaint, escalate this to local business commerce also. Waste of time to play games with customers.

Love the abundance of equipment and machines! Even though the parking lot is full, I can always find a machine. The wait is minimal, if at all. Hours are great. 24/7! Cant sleep? Go work out!!

Not happy with shorter hours and still being charged the same amount. Also very unhappy they dont enforce the mask ordinance. Seems corporate is more worried about their bottom line than the health of their patrons.

Clean facility, friendly staff All the equipment works. Used to belong to a gym in Williston, ND that i loved, unfortunately my fortunes turned and i lost my job up there. Wife and i made decision for me to move back to Stillwater, i was ready to come home. Luckily for me i ran across Planet Fitness on a google search and can now honestly say i have a new gym i love in Stillwater, plus with my black card i have access to any Planet Fitness in the world. Thanks for all the you do there and keep it up!

I had canceled my membership July 1st and I didnt have a buy out but they have charged my account 2 times in one month over 70 dollars after the fact they still try to charge it i had to close my bank account and reopen a new one so they would stop charging me they told me I would get a refund been well over a month and I havent seen a dime I do not recommend you give them any banking info sad really.

I was a member at the Planet Fitness at 4166 Buford Hwy NE Ste 1101B, Atlanta, GA 30345 for several years. The staff was mostly incompetent and indolent the entire time. They told me that my membership was cancelled and that I could not use the gym, but they kept charging me anyway.The first time that I walked into this location, the manager successfully canceled my membership within a few minutes. The experiences at the gyms could not have been more different. This one was great while the one in Atlanta was horrific. Atlanta should not be exporting its problems. The gym in Atlanta is destroying this brand, but the dedication and professionalism of Oklahomans is revitalizing it.

I am frustrated with the Stillwater planet fitness. I agreed to a 24/7 gym on my contract, for the 10$, however theyre only open from 6 am-9 pm, robbing me of my hard earned money. All the other planet fitness in oklahoma are open 24/7, I have been robbed the past 5 months, and there is no justice, if I was a lawyer, Id sue them!!

When will it be Opening 24 hours I have the black membership and I’m paying full price for a 24 hour gym whenever this gym is not open 24 hours so why are we not getting any kind of discount but the good thing is I do see everybody cleaning the equipment after they are done using it 💜 and I do see every single person wearing a mask coming in and out of the gym And I do understand if people can’t wear the mask while working out I’m sure the people are that concerned should definitely stay home Everybody was doing good staying apart and doing good with social distancing and cleaning equipment

They will overcharge you, and then the manager will avoid your phone calls for three straight weeks (and counting) to avoid giving your refund.I went into the gym almost a month ago to adjust my membership down to the $10/month option. Everything seemed well, I signed a few things, got a new membership card.Then, a week later Im charged $25. I called and was told only a manager could solve the issueSince then, I have called the gym numerous times, left voicemails, and been given multiple excuses as to why the manager cant be bothered to call me back or fix my issue.Ive also called their corporate number and left at least two voicemails and got zero responses. Unfortunately, its starting to look like all the memes and cliches about how hard it is to get gyms to respect you as a person or fix your issues are seeded in truth, at least as far as Planet Fitness is concerned.There are better gyms in Stillwater.

This is a terrible location. I travel the Nation, and this one in my hometown is the worst I’ve ever been in. Assistant Manager straight up lied to me about a bed appointment; I was scolded for moving a floor mat; last straw was went to tan and the bed was never turned on. Customer service needs serious improvement.

Rude staff. I went in to sign up for a membership and was talking to one worker then another came over being demanding and rude. She was very disrespectful and hateful. To add they are still charging for services they are not offering, and it felt like she was trying to sell me something more than they cared about the members. I ended up just walking out very unsatisfied. I actually would have bought a membership but I didn’t feel welcome and felt more attacked.

Ive been going here since they opened and its always been clean and well cared for. While it may be crowded in the parking lot there is still plenty of open equipment to use depending on your need that day. The staff have always been very polite and professional regardless of time of day you happen to be in.

Everyone that works there has been so helpful and friendly with answering questions to showing how to work the equipment. I think it’s an awesome gym and the price is amazing for all they offer. Love this place!

There’s no way to cancel your membership online and I haven’t been able to get to the gym to cancel my membership so now they’ve for some reason stolen $50 from me which I am not happy about and will be having a very unpleasant phone call with corporate

This place is great. Lots of machines and the 30 minute work out is perfect for a quick total body workout. The staff rocks at this gym!

Friendly staff great environment

Stillwater needed this place! They push that you need to clean equipment after each use, which is a great deal. Keep this place clean is awesome. But I have noticed multiple times that the employees will use equipment and not clean it after. Pretty gross.

We just joined and due to the poor communication we were not able to workout because they decided not to send emails out or notify in anyway that you can’t bring guests unless they register on the app prior to coming. We already registered in the club. It would have helped if they sent email out that things will be changing and that they needed to do it prior to arriving at the gym. When asked if they could make an exception because we were in a hurry and wanted to do a short workout and have already registered in the club they stated “you can sit over at the tables and register and then I’ll let you workout.”

First time using the stillwater location and my fiancé and i loved it! it was super clean and there was a wide selection of machines, which were all new. the manager jasmine was so friendly. we will definitely be back.

Great place, you see all different types in this place very low pressure and go at your own pace. Friendly staff, Xavier and Stan in particular are both very friendly and knowledgeable.

Closes down for every petty reason. Literally expect closings weekly or monthly. Theymake millions and cant even put card readers on the front door. I suggest if yourgoing to lift weights on a routine and diet. Then dont go here. They will sabatoge your workout routine by closing.

This was a great gym! The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. The gym was also clean and had everything you need for a complete workout. I would recommend it to anybody who wants to workout in Stillwater, Oklahoma.

I’ve tried numerous times to cancel my membership here. They’re still trying to charge a card that I don’t even have anymore. I sent in the by mail cancelation thing, over quarantine, and nothing, it never closed/canceled my account.

I love how I can go in and get my workout done without any hassles or issues. The locker room and bathroom area is always clean, plus you can use the wifi for your music or the TVs. The workers are friendly as well!!!
