First time at Luckys, Kathy did an amazing job on my dip manicure! Ive been to several of the nail salons in Auburn and havent found consistently good technicians. Crossing my fingers that when I go back in 3 weeks Kathy will be my tech again or one of the others will be just as good.

First time here. Not good. Nails are not shaped the way I asked her to. And she didn’t even cover the nail with the dip. Also way shorter then I wanted. I would have done my own nails if I wanted them to be this short. Not impressed.

There was a 25 minute wait for a table and there was several tables available.. I ask the host why such a long wait and he replied because there is only 2 cooks. Besides, it was lunch time and we waited for a table and common sense says hire more cooks so the customers dont have to wait to eat. Customers were getting impatient and are on a limited lunch hour.....

Way overpriced for a mediocre job done. Ill be doing my own pedicure after this experience. The lady was so distracted she only worked on the calluses on ONE of my feet and left the other one undone. They also tried to coerce me into getting additional add ons and upselling things I did not want at all. I dont speak up much and still gave a 20% tip and then the lady guilt tripped me into giving more. Ill never go back

They did an amazing job on mine and my 9 year old daughters nails also for a good price! I will definitely be coming back here.

This place has many stations to serve a group. Tje painted beach scene on the wall offers a view. A bit overpriced but still fun.

I have been getting my manicure and pedicures at Lucky nails for almost 10 years, they have great service and Helen has gone above and beyond to make customers feel safe with all of the extras added during Covid. Lisa is who takes care of me..she is awesome.

100% recommend! All the lady’s were so sweet and understanding. I’m a single parent of a 8 month old daughter who was getting fussy so the girls all got together and played with her while I got my nails done. AMAZING job, and well priced for the quality of the work ❤️Will be changing to them.

Got a pedi yest. While the people were really nice, my $105 pedi looks like a 3rd grader painted my toes. Their is lots of paint missing & lots on my toes, not nails. I have big toe nails, so really not an excuse for this. First time there & wont go back. ☹️

Helen and girls are great.They are professionals and do remember your name and how you like your nails and pedi done.So grateful they figured out how to stay open in this time of turmoil.

Fiona is amazing, she does fantastic ombré acrylics. She does exactly the shape and length I want every time, she’s the best. The entire staff are so friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is so clean and relaxing. After moving I tried multiple nail salons and they now have a loyal customer. They’re awesome

Great job with my nails. I got two ladies who worked on them and both were very sweet ladies. only reason I don’t put four stars is because it wasn’t absolutely perfect and I strive for perfection and so should every business ;) overall; GREAT!

When i arrived at lucky nails it was 102 degrees outside and i had a temperature of 100. They refused to do my nails until it was 98. The woman who did my nails was talking in a foreign language to the other coworkers as they all glanced at me making me feel very unwelcome. I did not get what i asked for at all and i will not be going back to this place. Not recommend.

The lady that did my nails was great! The lady who did my pedi was very sweet but really missed the mark polishing.

Friendly staff and quality nail polish. A little language barrier over the phone but really it wasn’t an issue at all.

This place doesnt even deserve the one star. Horrible job on my nails, even worse customer service. The lady kept answering the phonewhile doing my nails. Even left to go wax someone eyebrows in the middle of doing my nails. I havent even had them for a week and they are already falling off. Even messed up my eyebrows. Horrible places definitely will not be returning to this place.

I love love love Lucky Nails in Auburn. Helen always makes time for me. Last time I was in about 2.5 weeks ago, I went to pay for my Manny/Pedi and she told me it was taken care of. So I ended up with a free service. The atmosphere is great too.

Started off as a eyebrow wax, they did such a great job I decided to get a pedicure. It was fantastic they did a wonderful job and were so sweet.

I started getting my nails done here a couple months ago. And Anna does such a beautiful and precise job on my nails and each time!! I love them!

Favorite nail salon. Is very reasonable and quality work.However I have had two negative visits in about a year. First was a horrible manicure and last week a manicure with powder. This is now a $40.00 treatment and they started falling off in less than a week later. I am disabled and cannot get to the shop easily. I feel that I have to go to another shop.

You can usually walk in and every single one of the ladies in there are sweet, and do a great job every time.

I no longer attempt nail salons in Sacramento. I’ve been going here for years. They use clean supplies on every patient and have probably 6 feet wide covering the wall of colors and gels. Endless options! This is my most visited nail salon.

I made an appointment the day before and never got what I asked for. They like to rush you out so they can take care of the next customer. I’ll never go back

Used to be GREAT! Now Im waiting 20 min even though I have an appointment with the same girl after over 2 years of being a customer. When I do get my turn, its done at fast as possibly could be done!! My sister and mother used to go as well but they got tired of the slap together job as well. Looking for a new place now. They dont appreciate our business. Its very unfortunate because we really liked it there.

The ONLY place I go! Always satisfied! They try diligently to get you in quickly, yet you never feel rushed getting your Mani/Pedis!

They try to listen to what you want but if you keep trying to ask for them to fix something that they dont think needs fixing, they just nod and say OK and do what they want..my lady said okay okay but not right now. My friend also got hers done with powder, they were super thik and she didnt clean underneath the nail when she was done. Never going back there. Dont do it!

Good listeners and lots of selection and chairs. Most people were getting pedicures while I was there. Worth a shot if you are looking for a new place to get mani-pedi in Auburn without an appointment. There is a table for you to sit and let your nails dry in the table!
