Update: Another great experience. Cleaned out a very dirty AC unit. All ready for the warm weather. Great people, great service!Great experience. Came to check out a noise from my furnace. Turned out to be some ice build up, but took the time to service my system while they were here. I was impressed with their professionalism, knowledge, and work. I will use them in the spring for my AC maintenance.

Crouch Heat & Air did a superb job with our AC repairs. The repairs were done quickly and expertly. We had a home warranty so working with them was a sort of nightmare..... but they were patient and worked with them to get our repair done and covered. I would recommend them to anyone in their service area.

I have never been more thankful to write a review. If I could give this company 100,000/5 stars I would. My heating went out right before the ice stormpocalypse of 2021. I called this company for the first time on a whim. A desperate prayer really. Let me tell you, calling this company was THE BEST DECISION IVE EVER MADE. No hyperbole. Doug came to my house personally with a wonderful assistant and assessed the situation like no other company in town had previously. Ive had others out to my house who took my money and failed to identify the problem. But not Doug. He not only made several calls to find the part my heater needed to be fixed, but personally picked me up (I mean who does this???) to drive me across town from where I was staying/stranded to get me in my house and fix my heat in the middle of the blizzard. I will forever be grateful for everything this company did for me and the professional, Christian values that are represented here. The Stillwater and surrounding communities are incredibly blessed to have such an amazing heating & cooling company in our area.
