I have used Air-O for over a decade and they have always been great to work with. I get honest quotes that allow me to choose a path forward while explaining the pro and cons of each option. I have had to use there after hours support several times and always find the techs pleasant and willing to answer my questions even after long hours in the sun.

You never think to call a technician until something stops working. I called around town after our AC went out one HOT and steamy August day. Air-O Heat & Air Conditioning was the only place in town that could get a guy out here the same day. Im so grateful for their prompt service! The technician was extremely polite and had everything working in about 5-10 minutes!!! Thank you Air-O!

These guys are great! They were able to get to us the same day I requested service and were able to answer all of my questions in a way i could understand. Our unit works great now and we havent had any issues since!

Great!! We are renting with Stillwater Properties, don’t get me started on them, but they know who to turn to when an AC unit goes out! Our unit completely busted on a Tuesday afternoon and they were there less than an hour later! They said they had to order a part and they would be back. On Thursday, Gary was working on my AC unit for about 2 hours and even stayed past 7 pm. He got it back up and running just in time for spring!! He was a fantastic orker and greatly represents this company! I highly recommend them 😊

I cannot recommend this company. I have a rent house in Stillwater and am wondering if I was taken??? They do a poor job of communicating and customer service. They went ahead and fixed the heater without ever informing me of the problem and approx. costs. I tried to call several times to inquire but no answer. Later that day I was told to quit calling. I was told then the inducer motor and circuit board was bad but she didnt know how much it would cost. Ten days later I received a bill for those 2 items plus several more for over $800.

Air-O is the place to go for HVAC issues. Last time I used them, the owner of the company climbed onto the roof of my building in the middle of a snow storm to get my heater working. That kind of commitment to quality work and customer service is a rarity these days. Props guys.

These people are rude and act like they are Gods gift to the HVAC industry. They are incompetent as well, I do not recommend. They are just nasty.
