We’ve used this company twice now, once for heating and once for AC, they responded so quickly and got the repairs done as quick as possible. On the heating part we had to wait for the part and then they fixed it as soon as the part came in, on the AC he had the parts with him and fixed it with in an hour of showing up. Skyler is always so nice and informative! I will definitely continue to use this company in the future!

After waiting nearly two weeks for my normal A/C company to repair my two A/C units, I sought recommendations from the people in my neighborhood. Incredible installation! Cody has always been my go-to for repairs and coolant. But this year when my 44 year old ac unit had finally hit the dust, Cody and the team got together to install me a brand new unit. They took the appropriate time to make sure the new AC unit would fit into my cabinet. They are the absolute most responsible and respectful company I have ever done business with. They were so easy to work with! I am a working student with a very busy schedule and they were very prompt, hardworking and overall the easiest maintenance company Ive dealt with. I called about my AC as it was definitely on its last leg and the guy came out and looked at it that Monday! We decided to go ahead and get it replaced and minutes after he said he had an opening and could get us in the VERY NEXT DAY! They were very polite in my home and even showed me how to replace the filters and everything I need to know instead of just leaving when theyre done. They did an amazing job and my new AC unit is an AWESOME upgrade! I am more than pleased with their service and will be recommending them to all my friends to get AC maintenance and or cleaning! :)

Left a message on a Saturday morning and my phone call was promptly returned. Tech called again when he was on his way to my house. Arrived masked up which I really appreciated. Had the ac working in an hour.

They replaced our all-in-one ac/heater back in the fall. Their quote was the least expensive and only took them a day to replace it. Now that its getting warmer we had an issue with the AC not working in the new unit. They came out and replaced the circuit board at no cost as part of their warranty. They also fixed an odd issue we were having with our smart thermostat.

Awesome installation and crew, however every encounter with the receptionists or calls made have been met with rudeness. Went in to drop off payment and no acknowledgment of thanks. Just pure awkwardness. Office ladies need an attitude adjustment and some classes on professional customer service skills. They are the reason I’d take my business elsewhere.

Service wise they have always been great when Ive called them for either minor or emergency issues. They respond quickly to emergencies and Ive always had good experiences with the technicians. Only issue Ive had is last time I used them it took around 3 months before a bill arrived and then my account was sent straight over to collections. Not sure what the issue was, but Ill call them again if my AC or heat go out.

My a/c decided to quit working on an early Saturday morning during the hottest days of summer. Thankfully B&L was able to not only come fix it the same day, but they charged the least hourly/labor/diagnostic of any of the quotes I got. I appreciate their efficiency, professionalism, and prices for a HOT emergency/weekend visit! I will definitely use them for any future home HVAC issues and recommend them to anyone that asks!

There is always drama at our community theatre. But when there are a/c issues during a summer production run, the drama intensifies. B & L has always been there for us. A while back they did some work on the AC at our house, I had been using a different company but they were too busy to come out and a neighbor of mine had used B&L. The guy they sent out was not the sharpest tool in the shed by a long shot. Blonde kid, Chris was his name, he was rude, short with my wife, could not bother to speak or answer questions, and he fussed with his tools more than he actually did work. We will not be calling them ever again, that tech was a bone head and didnt even get the right part, we had to have someone else come out and take care of it. Dopey Chris replaced a couple of hundred dollars in parts, the problem, was a wire that had come loose, and for various reasons, sometimes would make contact and sometimes not. The other technician got a screwdriver and tightened a couple of things, and all done.

We are very impressed with B&L. Theyre always here for our business in the time of need. They are quick, thorough and affordable. Highly recommend!

Have used B&L from 1984 never had a problem with service they have always done a great job, I would recommend this Company to anyone .

Every time I call to get service I get time theyll call me back to schedule the appointment. It usually takes another week of phone calls to get schedule for service a week out. If youre without ac or heat when you need it dont call B&L. They do fine with Ive you can get them there.

They installed the air conditioner unit on the day of closing. They said they were going to put another thermostat on the 2nd floor. never heard from them again. I left several messages but they did not respond. The 2nd floor of the townhome is very hot. I had to get a portable air conditioning unit to cool the bedroom.

The AC went out in our house this weekend, beginning on Friday. They came out the same day and took care of it, no questions asked. Over the course of Saturday a new problem arose. We called Sunday morning and again got an immediate response. These guys are fantastic!

B & L are down right honest and have the most reasonable prices Ive ever seen in a heating and air company!! I will never go anywhere else.

When I needed​ a new HVAC system a few years ago, three companies sent representatives to bid the job. Only the guys from B&L took the time to go into the attic and inspect the duct work. They showed me that the originally installed, 20 year old flex duct was deteriorating and almost useless. Had I not known that, the other guys would have sold me a new HVAC unit that was rendered useless by bad ducts! Thank you for being thorough and professional.
