I hired Mike Golden to do all the HVAC and plumbing in an old farm house I purchased. Mike did some initial work and I gave him $7000 down pymt for a new boiler system he was going to install. Shortly after that I couldnt get a hold of him for several months. After we finally reconnected I kindly asked him for reimbursement of the 7000 which he agreed to mail a check to me. The check never came and I called Mike about a month ago but was unable to reach him and he has not called me back. I have not heard a word from Mike since. Very disappointing.

Very friendly service. Timely and very cheap for the work they do. Really appreciated the transparency of the pricing. It didn’t seem like they were pushing to do more work then they needed to do. Very impressed with this business.

Do not hire this company or Michael Golden of Lakeland MN. They installed an HVAC unit for a commercial property (Sept 2018) and charged me for the work and unit, which I paid, but they did not pay the supplier of the unit. I now have a $9,500 lien on my property from the supplier since A&E did not pay their bill.

Much thanks came first thing in the morning after I called the previous evening around five PM for non emergency service. Fixed my hot water in the bath the whole family has been enjoying hot water since.
