Great customer service. I normally do my own work but didn’t have the right equipment. And as a women I have encountered many auto shops trying to sell unnecessary work. This place is very honest and will tell you what is actually needed and what might later on be needed.

Amazing service, normally a friend of mine does work on my vehicle for me. He wasnt available and he recommended Daddios, awesome choice. Awesome service, I use my vehicle for deliveries so I was pretty stressed out, my vehicle had started making an awful grinding noise on left turns. I had left a message over the weekend and they PROMPTLY left me a message on Monday morning. I wasnt even up yet haha. I brought in my vehicle and they immediately started working on it. The gentleman even took the time to show me under the hood, what the issue was and why it was happening. Really love that he took the time to do that. Thats exactly how my dad was, explaining things so you understand them and why its important :) Please check them out, they did an awesome job for me and they will for you too. I will definitely be back! Even just for simple oil changes and stuff. A+ on customer service, stuff like that really goes a long way.

We use For several repair items on a Pontiac Torrin 2006 I found them to be accurate precise had a good price and follow through was more than I expected on other items

Excellent customer service.

The customer service is stunning. The woman running everything is an absolute doll. However, when they forgot to attach the wing nuts to the air filter and forgot to reattach some hosing, ohh also the entire reason I brought the truck in, they told me it was the starter so the replaced it. It wasnt. Its because the battery cable was melted. Which they did charge me to put a new end on the entire cable that needs to be replaced. So unfortunately, I learned my lesson. They can talk the talk, (most friendly) but didnt walk the walk ( had to pay double to get my truck fixed because they didnt do it right or at all, just disassembled)

This is the only auto repair place weve gone to that we trust. They are not pushy, they dont try to hide anything. The service goes WAY beyond any other place. They offered me a ride back to work when I had to leave my vehicle there to be worked on.In a world where it is always rush, rush, rush it is great to go to Daddios and know that they will talk to you (not AT you) and believe that customer service is what really matters.

My whole family goes to Daddios! My son told me about the free oil change they were offering veterans the week of Veterans day. They were very busy but made room for me. They did a inspection along with the oil change at no charge. Their fast and friendly! My sons all say they have fair pricing and do excellent work!

Tony and John are straight talkers with years of professional experience who will get on your side to understand the kind of service and price point you’re looking for. They even dropped me off and picked me up from work while I was I stuck for transportation when my vehicle was at the shop. Took my vehicle here a couple months ago. Had a card for a free oil change & it ended up costing me $60 because the mechanic broke off my door handle and charged me to fix it. I never had anything wrong with my door handle before this.. it wasnt loose or anything it was fine.Very disappointed

Excellent Customer service. Very friendly and engaging. Dropped off my truck for servicing and they had it ready for me at the promised time. I had a maintenance question about a part replacement and Tony waited for me to return and showed me the issue and gave me advice, which did not necessarily mean more revenue for the shop, so that meant a lot. These people are new to the area and I think they are bringing some good old fashioned car service to the town. I will definitely take my business there again.

Had a flat tire a block away and had never been there and Tony droped everything and got me back on the road ASAP....Thanks so much.
