My vehicle has been impacted by a recall. It has been in the shop over 5 months. I have been told several times wrong information for when my engine will be shipped. I wanted to sell/trade in my vehicle but can not until the work is completed. Now my car is valued less than what I owe.

We purchased a 2021 Hyundai Kona SEL Plus today. Bryce Hines was our salesperson and he was excellent! At no time did we feel pressured. Hes such a likeable guy. He was very knowledgeable about the car and answered all of our questions. We also were impressed with Chad in the finance department. He was professional and completed our deal quickly. We had a great experience!

My 2013 Hyundai Sonata had to have the engine replaced (completely free due to Hyundai recall). The service department was great!!! They answered questions when I called after check engine light started flashing and let me drop my car off right away. The service department checked the code, inspected the engine, did all the paperwork, received AND INSTALLED my new engine IN A WEEK! These people are professionals, not to mention being courteous and helpful! Also kudos to Hyundai for fast shipment of new engine!

My wife needed a new vehicle. We had bought her previous car, a Hyundai Santa Fe from Scaffidi a few years ago and very happy with the Scaffidi dealership. I called ahead and asked for sales representative, TIm Thurber, who we were acquainted with from previous visits. After we arrived, it didnt take Tim too long to find us the perfect 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe. He worked with us through every detail and question that we had; we sealed the deal within a few hours!! Tim and Scaffidi are excellent folks...our testimony should speak volumes: I bought a 2020 Ford Ranger in June from Tim, my daughter bought a 2020 Ford Ranger from Tim in August, and now Tim sold us my wifes 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe! Thank you Tim and Scaffidi; looking forward to working with you again in the future, both for sales and service.

I got my tire fixed on 6/1. On 6/2 less than 100 miles later I found myself on the side of the road with a blowout. Mark sent someone the 50 miles to get me for which I am grateful. He also gave me a discount on the new tire. The tire pressure light came on so I had stopped at a rest stop and saw the tire wasnt holding air. I was going to try to get to Westfield to air it back up. It didnt make it.i appreciate being compensated for my time and expense of being put 100 miles and 3.5 hours back from my destination. Especially since it was just fixed yesterday. I am still considering purchasing a new vehicle from this location in the fall when I get this one paid off. Thank you Mark. I hope we continue to have a positive working relationship.

I’ve been using Scaffidi for my vehicle maintenance since I moved to Wisconsin about 4 years ago. I have always been very pleased with their service. As a person who has always done my own vehicle maintenance in the past but currently does not have the situation to do so, I must say I appreciate their very reasonable pricing, their excellent communication, and their accurate scheduling. Honestly, even with as much as I love to do things for myself, the experience I have had with Scaffidi would make it hard for me to go back to doing general auto maintenance myself. I would, and do recommend them to anybody regardless of auto brand, and friends that I have referred have also reported their good experiences back to me. Thanks Scaffidi!

One suggestion I have is having a loaner vehicle the same make/model if possible - I liked the Ford Escape but it took getting used to since all the buttons are opposite of my Hyundai.

Normally I would have given 5 stars. I have taken my 2015 Hyundai Sonata here for regular maintenance for the past 2 years and never had a problem. Until this week. The latch mechanism to my gas tank door broke and would not open. We finally got it pried open and found that part of the mechanism was broken inside. We looked the part up online to get a general idea how much it would cost. I called Scaffidi to set up an appointment to have it fixed. First of all, no one could tell me if it was something that would be covered under warranty or not. We would have to call Hyundai to find out. OK, well I have an appointment in 2 days so maybe that would be something you should do. I show up for my appointment and still no one can tell me if it is covered under warranty or not. I knew how much the part sold for and I knew how easy it was to remove the part so if it wasnt covered under warranty we would just fix it ourselves. Imagine my surprise when I was quoted a price of $150 dollars to install the part and it would take an hour and a half. I said I would just take the part, which was comparably priced, and fix it ourselves. My husband installed the part in less than 5 minutes. It literally just plugged into a wire assembly and had 2 screws to hold it in place. And they wanted to charge me $150 dollars and 1 1/2 hours of time to install that. I am very disappointed in this whole transaction and makes me very leery to continue to use Scaffidi for my car repairs and maintenance.
