Best place you can go to for your car services and fixes! Craig and the staff are very professional, go above and beyond what you expect, and they are the most honest company I have ever worked with. I take my car in with a problem and I think its going to be bad. They stay late and come in early to get the job done so I can get on the road in time. It costs less than expected. Definitely a professional and welcoming experience to have taken my vehicle in in a emergency situation super early in the work day. Craig was able to get me back on the road at the end of the same day. Thankful they open early as they did and was in distance from my work place. I have dealt with horrible service before at shops but not this place. Great service overall for a first timer.

Im a rural mail carrier with a lot of vehicle maintenance needs. Ive been taking my Jeeps to Auto Select for the last 10 years and have always received excellent service whether an oil change, new tires, tire repair, new brakes or a stuck antenna. Doug, Matt and Craig are great to work with and always go beyond to make sure Im back on the road.

Within 24 hrs of my car rolling into the shop, Craig and his crew got my fuel lines replaced for me without having to tear my brake lines apart as well. (Another shop insisted brake and fuel lines would need to be done). I was towed in and got to drive out in no time at all. I will recommend this Auto Select to anyone and continue to use their services.

I scheduled a oil change. My car went in exactly at the time scheduled. The staff was very friendly. The waiting area and restroom was very clean. Complimentary beverages. Good service at a good price.

Auto Select in Steven’s Point gave me a second opinion on my front control arm on my car. The dealer told me the entire arm had to be replaced and Auto Select just replaced the bushing and some links which saved me money. The dealer told me my brakes needed to be replaced “really soon” and Dan at Auto Select said they were at 50% yet, so they didn’t need replacement for awhile yet. “Why create more things to fix? There is plenty to fix as there is. “ I felt they were honest and did a great job with my car. Excellent customer service. Thank you!

My daughter and I were on our way home from Ashland County when my 2014 Buick LaCrosse would not move after turning on. We were just preparing to leave Culvers when this happened. Just by chance your store on East Hwy 10 was just a few feet away. Doug, the owner said if it gets towed here we will help. And they did!!!!! The problem was with a dirty mass air sensor. The sensor was cleaned and we were on our way for the last 200 miles home. Many thanks to the folks at this fine establishment. We appreciated the service and willingness to help.

I needed new license plates put on a recently purchased used vehicle. The screws on the old plates were rusted tight and I could not do it myself. Auto Select offered to do it for free but warned that if the old screws broke off they would have to take it in the shop and drill out the old screws. That’s what happened. But they gave me a ride home; worked my vehicle in their schedule; called me when finished and charged a reasonable price. I’m very satisfied with their service and will be bringing my vehicle in for all its future service needs.

Best customer service I’ve ever experienced at an auto service Dept. I was from out of town, broke down and towed here around 5pm. They closed at 6 but still took a look at it that night. Got on it first thing in the morning and had me out by 10am next day. Offered to drive me to and pick me up from hotel. Sourced a part from a Nissan dealership because no one else had it. Thoroughly explained what was done on the repair and why it happened. Very professional!

These guys are awesome! Had some car trouble right after Thanksgiving and they found time to squeeze me in and help get everything taken care of. They are very knowledgeable, but for people who dont know much about cars, like myself, they make sure to explain it in a way that made sense to me! For about two years now my brakes have been making this HORRIFIC squeaky sound. I have been slowly spiraling into a state of insanity because of this noise. Five stars is not an accurate enough rating for this shop. I have been taking my vehicles here since 2009. Service is always speedy and thorough. The knowledge and training of the staff always makes me feel that my vehicle is in the best hands, whether it is routine maintenance or a mechanical issue. While I appreciate everyone who works in the front and in the shop, Matt always goes above and beyond and his customer service skills are second to none. Thank you for taking care of me and my vehicles.

I have taken my car here countless times and every time their professionalism and quality of work astounds me. When Craig called me this last visit to tell me about the problems with my car he spent the time to explain everything to me so that I fully understood what I was paying for. They also picked me up after my ride flaked knowing that they may need to stay open later to get me there and make sure I could get my car that night. I so appreciate the work and care these guys put in every time I go and will continue using their services in the future.

Wonderful experience!

I was traveling to Stevens Point from the Milwaukee area with my family. We had a flat tire on the interstate late in the day on a Friday before July 4th. Auto Select really helped us by taking us in at the last minute and fixed our flat tire and got us on our way. Very thankful for their great service.

Customers service like nowhere else. My engine blew while traveling. They gave me coffee, let me cry on their shoulder, cried with me. Then provided cab service until the repair could be resolved. I know why their ratings ate so high. The folks working there are all happy and quite personable. Close your eyes and picture a happy wrench. I know....not merely a dream. Truck died coming through town so I turned into the first driveway I could, luckily it was an auto repair place. Had the whole shop out in the parking lot trying to get me back on the road. When they exhausted all there expertise and I had to except my truck wasnt going to get me home this time I asked for quote to fix it. Not only did it come on under the quote amount(my old place was always a bit over on quoted repairs) my truck is running like it did when it was new. Even though they are a hour away they will be getting all my repair business and will recommend with confidence to anyone who asks

They have always been patient and thorough when answering my multitude of questions and have always treated me with respect. I love this place! If you need anything fix on your vehicle do not take it any place else! Bring it here and Matt will take care of it! Our heater core kept getting clogged up and Matt did not give up until it worked properly! We will not take our vehicle to anyone else!

Everyone there is so friendly and helpful! I am not very knowledgeable about vehicles but they take the time to explain things to me in way I can understand. I have had many occasions where they went above and beyond to help me and fit me into their busy schedule. I can’t imagine going anywhere else for maintenance or repairs on my vehicles.

Who ever I talked to there was polite on the phone but told my my engine was shot because the timing was off. He said the only thing I could do was spend $8,500 to replace my engine with a brand new one. I had it towed back to me and figured out that all my car needs is a new knock sensor, oil change and a tune up.

Friendly, prompt service. But no Plexiglas protection at counter, no employees wearing masks. That was very disappointing. Not sure I’ll be back ;(

I came in for tires and alignment. Got a call that they couldnt do the alignment because I needed repairs to my tie rods. They said they were bad but listed them as a 4 out of 10. When I said I was surprised because I hadnt noticed anything the guy was quick to tell me my car would be ready in 15 minutes but they wouldnt do the alignment. Dismissed.Customer service pro tip: when explaining a concern to a customer it would not hurt to ask how much do you know about the suspension system instead of speaking slowly and using little words. I am going to tell myself they do that to everyone not just to women.

Most places will milk you on labor costs while I feel these guys were very realistic with their quotes. These guys genuinely seem to care which is a refreshing change of pace to what you may typically expect when dealing with auto repair shops. I will not be taking my car anywhere else. These guys are the tops! My car battery was on its last crank and I needed it done ASAP so they got me in right away. They had it done in no time & even gave me a discount from a coupon they had on their TV that I took a snapshot of.

My 2008 Saturn outlook broke down on highway in Stevens Point. Had vehicle towed to Auto Select East. They said engine Was burned up and it would not start. They said vehicle was not worth fixing so they quoted me at $8500 to replace engine. Had vehicle towed home. I was able to start the vehicle in my driveway. I bought an obd2 scanner and it was only a knock sensor that is out. Before I had the vehicle towed back to my house in Wausau they said that I had to pay the $95 fee for them looking at the vehicle. Kind of feel like I was lied to. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

My entire experience there was fine. Until a month later and I noticed my car said I needed another oil change. Took my car into a mechanic and he told me they didn’t put enough oil in my car so it burned through the oil.

I took my car to another shop and got an estimate I just didn’t feel right about. MULTIPLE locals recommended I went and saw Doug at Auto Selects. They swore up and down about his character and their service. I worked with Matt, and he made me feel like family. He ensured me if it was his OWN car, he would feel safe and comfortable. Not only that, but they fixed my car for $600 less than the other shop and in fact told me I only needed a small part instead of new pumps and hoses and other replacements the other shop convinced me I would need. I would 100% trust them and will ONLY be returning to them in the future. Very worth the 45 minute drive to drop my car off and be in good hands! Thank you!!!

I was visiting Stevens Point Wisconsin for a car show I live in Chicago Illinois. Somewhere between Chicago and Stevens Point I got a nail in my tire I called Auto Select they instantly took me fix my tire or super fast really really friendly and so fordable I couldnt believe my eyes. Great staff and managers there I highly recommend having your services done there.

I brought my car in for an oil change. They told me 30 minutes so I walked over to Target and when I got back 30 minutes later it was sitting out front ready to go. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. I will be back for all of my oil changes and try them out for repairs when I need them.Follow-up July 19 - I brought my car in for 2 tires and new brakes as suggested by the dealership I bought my car from and had done an previous oil change with.I talked with Matt prior to bringing my car in and asked about a specific tire. He game me the pros and cons and helped me pick a tire better suited to my driving. The day of service Matt called to say that my brakes were fine but he suggested 2 tires for the back, which I had a feeling I needed. He was able to get 2 more tires ordered and mounted the same day.Again I was not disappointed by their service level. They are very professional and friendly and willing to help any way they can. Always 5 star service.

My appointment was prompt, my car was repaired promptly, the estimate was accurate, and I was not pressured to have more work than needed to make my car safe to drive. Recommendations were given. I was treated kindly and with respect.
