We made an appointment at 5 and did not get out of the salon until 8:45. Not only did they have another appointment at 6:30 and had them out of the door before us but our nails were bumpy and messy. They told us to come back the next day and when we came they told us to come back later if not the next day. When we finally went back a third time, having 3 employees available they told us we had to wait. Very unprofessional and will not be coming back. Ever.

My nails are horrible. Then when redone a brown paper bag looks better than the nails. I’ve been in tears since. I’ve never had my nails done so badly where they are this bad.

The women took one hour just for my feet. she kept getting us to talk to other people. then she ordered a pizza and had to get up and get that. never again. i wanted to come to get pampered but it was the complete opposite i would rather a cvs worker do my nails than the people here.

Dipping powder is the best. It lasts the longest and made my nails grow! I keep my real nails at a good length thanks to the products they used. I’ve been going here for 2 years now. You have to try this place.
