My experience was horrible. My wife and I had to wait 30-45 minutes on a Sunday. Once we began our pedicures it was ok until the lady dug very deep into my nail bed along with cutting part of it out which caused a severe ingrown nail and infection. As a result I had to go to the Urgent Care Unit where my Nail was removed. I am looking into my options of Suing this Establishment for causing Injury, and using unclean tools which lead to the infection.

I asked for a specific shape and it was not hard at all to do. my friend only has 6 nails now and we barely got them done 3 days ago. this is what i wanted vs what i got. would not go again.

Worst nails I have ever had done. My fingertips were bleeding at the end and my fingertips were so sore. I continually had to argue to get what I wanted and in the end they did what they wanted leaving me with extremely thick nails that were causing me pain. After the damage to my fingers there was no apology and no discount.

Owners showed up to work and completed services on customers while sick and running fever July 2021. No regard to COVID policy’s and procedures.

My sisters and I visited this Salon yesterday and wasn’t happy with the experience. We all had chose gel polish and we all left with it sticky and smudged. The nail tech insulated my oldest sister saying I was too young to be her sister. The nail tech also disregarded the color we had picked! And gave us a completely different color, justified it by saying the color he chose was prettier.

Not happy at all. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and it looks nothing like it. Very dissatisfied. The dip they put on has no consistent shape and is all over my fingers making the nail look misshaped. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This is the only nail salon I will ever go to in Stephenville. Ive been to others and none of them compare to Lotus. John and Sandy are the very best and not to mention the sweetest people. They take care of their customers and make sure you are completely satisfied. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my nails. Ive been going here since they opened and I love the new Pedicures they recently just started selling. I really like the charcoal pedicure and collagen pedicure. I cant wait to try some of the other new pedicures they have. If you are looking for a great nail salon, this is definitely the place to go.

Do not go here. I went to lotus because they didn’t seem busy and it was the closest by where I work. I sat down and they got straight to work. However while I was getting worked on the person who was doing my nails kept getting up and cashing people out and attending to other customers. No big deal. I was okay with it because it happens and I was in no rush. 1 hour and a half I sat in his seat and when he was done my nails they looked absolutely horrible. During all the chaos I kept telling him how I didn’t like this or that about my nails and he said oh don’t worry I’ll file them again. My nails looked bubbly and like fuzz was underneath the polish. I left with polish on my skin. I could have done a better job. None of my nails were the same length as the other hand. They looked completely different. I will never go here again. I heard negative reviews from others and sure enough $45 waisted. What got me was he saw the end result and still made me pay full price and didn’t offer to fix it.

My daughter who is pregnant treated herself on Saturday 6-27-2020 to getting her nails done and by today 7-3-2020 she already has 4 that have come off. Both her and I have called and when I call I spoke with the manager a female and she said they would fix them for half price and I said why when it isnt her fault, the manager said sorry we can fix them for half price then hung up on me. This is ridiculous wouldnt recommend them to anyone and their customer service is unprofessional.

This nail salon is amazing! They do a great job every time, plus they are the nicest people! Incredible pedicure with collagen, it’s so soothing and takes a long time, is So worth it!!

I arrived without an appointment and they started on me fairly quickly! Very nice staff and clean area but very poor quality of nails. After about 2 hours each and every one of my acrylics had small cracks in them that spread throughout the whole nail.

Very handicapped accessible.Clean smelling. You could eat off the floor. Beverages offered. Professional and friendly. They were painstaking about my nails. I love the shape and color. This was my forth time. My manicure and pedicure outlasted those i have had in the past.If you want to feel pampered, go here!Family owned and run.

Amazing eyebrow waxing! The staff was very friendly, I was welcomed right when i walked in. There was practically no wait and in all only tool about 5 minutes!

I love this place! They just updated the things they offer ! I am have always felt like we were apart of their family . Very friendly service!

I went in to get my nails done, and i asked for acrylic. The man knowingly handed me a book of solar colors, and when i was done, my ticket was like $45. I asked why when online it said that acrylics were only $30. they told me i chose solar nails, and I said “no, I asked for acrylics, I didn’t know” and then I asked to pay for what I asked for because I didn’t ask for solar nails, and no one told me that it wasn’t acrylic colors. I was very frustrated because I didn’t get what I asked for, and I was over charged. will not be going back.

John and Sandy the owners run a great business. If you have any trouble with a worker just tell John. They take pride in their work!

Got a pedicure today and it was great! They also have 20% off right now which is awesome. The salon was clean and comfortable.

At first this salon was wonderful when they were staffed. Now you come in you dont get what you paid for because they rush through so they can go to the next costumer. Today we came and they dropped the orange they were going to use instead of getting a new one they still used the dropped orange in my legs. Gross!

I broke two nails and they fixed them for free.

This has been by far my favorite nail spa in stephenville. They make you feel at home and the service was excellent. They’re all very friendly. I had David and Sandy attend me and they were both very nice!
