They were super nice. Got to just walk in an hour before closing. Because some people hadnt showed up. My daughter got a dip full set. Which I didnt care much for. She has small nails and they just look odd and miss shaped. But she likes them! The colors are amazing.

I’ve already been here for removals a few times and always had a good experience. Clean, nice looking place. Very friendly and efficient staff. I’d finally found a tech I liked for a while all the way in Dallas after almost completely negative experiences in many Granbury salons but she left and the one I tried most recently hadn’t worked out either. When they were removing my most recent, set I set up an appointment for today for a new set of acrylics. The owner/manager “Louis”/“Louie” did such an amazing job at shaping (which I’m picky about) and the logo I requested on my design nail, which he did freehand! So thankful for his effort and patience on my nails today, I absolutely love them.

Louis (the owner) is amazing. No matter how busy they are, they still make sure to get you seated at a table or chair, and they work hard to get you in and out in a timely manner. I’ve had a few different technicians take care of me, and they’ve all done a great job. Very happy customer and highly recommend you try them out.

Friendly atmosphere, I have been there twice to have my nails done absolutely Love how the dipped nail are done and how they feel light just like your very own. They amazing I will continue to only use LV Nails Spa.

It amazes me how a business can produce such high-quality work, but the customer service can leave a sour taste in your mouth. The nail technician, great! The other staff, smiley and nice! The manger, great! But the snotty receptionist has driven my future business elsewhere! Her poor attitude started the minute I walked through the door and the rudeness was carried on through check-out. Ironically while I was there the employees were talking about people applying to work there.-> Dear Manager, pick up those application and find yourself a better receptionist!!

Clean & tidy place to get beautified. The Customer service is amazing. Tina does my acrylic nails & Jay does my pearl pedi. I always get the gel and their work holds up. I havent been able to go for a month and the gel polish is intact and Ive still got all 10 fingernails holding on strong..

I just left and I am a very happy customer. I got a pedicure by Cindy and dip polish and eyebrows with Snow. They did an AWESOME job!!!! I actually made my next appointment before leaving. The customer service was perfect.

Worst set of nails I’ve ever had. All different shapes and not one of them was coffin like I had asked for. There were scratches all over the under side, and the paint is uneven.

They are really good at doing dip nails and I highly suggest going here!
