Such a great experience! There was a group of us that got our nails done for a wedding and they were very accommodating and felt like we got the royal treatment. They do a fantastic job and the place is absolutely beautiful!

I went in there asking if they took walk-ins, I was told yes so I signed my name on the sign in sheet. I sat in there for 40-45 minutes and never got waited on, the most I got was a towel which they then took away and handed to the people who were sitting beside me (I got there 15 minutes before they did). I will never go here again. I had spoken to a man there and asked if they had an appointment he said no and that if he was me he would have left already.

Love this place! I had a really nice and relaxing manicure done! They were really friendly and quick. A little bit more pricey then most places. But definitely worth every penny. Ive also had a stone pedicure, stone massage, & eye brows waxed here a few years back and it was wonderful. I definitely recommend it!

I was talked into a higher priced pedi than i originally planned for. Very little communication between me and the professional. Acted like no one wanted to be there. The manager is the same as 10 yrs. ago when i was a regular. This place has radically changed for the worse since then. I doubt if i will go back. To many other choices.

Been going here for several years. When I went to get a mani pedi last month, it took just over 2 hrs. My nails looked okay.All the employees now are older and not as friendly in my opinion. I don’t what happen to the employees that I had seen every month for over a year, but they are gone.Ann was the best.I went in today to get my nails done (SNS). The gentleman that did them had a slight shake in his hands. The color doesn’t go all the way to the cuticle. Almost looks like an Ombré, which I wasn’t suppose to have.The dip was thicker in some spots, making my nails look thick.

So I went to Bella Spa this morning with my daughter to get mani pedis before our trip to the ocean. Got there at 9 am when they opened and met my sister there too. She was getting a full set of acrylic nails. Got in sat in a chair and waiting about 15 minutes. The manager then comes over and tells us to take our feet out of the water because their staff is stuck in traffic 45 minutes later someone finally shows up (not the two they were waiting on) and I tell them to just do my daughters nails because at this point we have been there almost an hour. Then the two employees came in about 15 minutes later and looked more like they just rolled out of bed instead of traffic. After all that I never saw the manager after he asked us to take out our feet from the water. He ran off to the back and disappeared. My sister got her nails finished way before we were done. Not to mention one of her nails broke before she could even get out the door. When my daughter was finally done after being there for 1 hour and 40 minutes for a pedicure and polish on the nails they still charged me and only gave me a $10 discount. I will NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN!! That is not the way you do business it completely ruined the time that my daughter and I were going to have together.

This is the second unpleasant experience I’ve had here. The first time a guy “Sam” was so rough doing my nails I woke up the next morning and my hands were throbbing. Then today I got a pedicure and it’s horrible. They try to just rush and not do a good job. Not with the money at all

The store was clean and looking so relax, the price is kind of high but it worth for what i pay.

Every time I go I it get my nails done and they do such a wonderful job I recommend Evelyn, she is so nice and does a wonderful job.

They were very nice but the nails weren’t even and were crooked. My friends nail were attached to her skin and were very painful.
