Dont come here for help...

Website gets a 1 (for bad). Its impossible to find anything. It takes forever to load. The input fields are terse and would have been outdated 20 years ago. The job training feature is time consuming and pointless. You finally sift through the nonsense, get to a possibly helpful input screen, then find out you have to go to their office building in order to get a password for something that is supposed to be free and accessible from home. You get there and you have to milk them for information. You have to already know what they can do, and they still wont tell you. Its about as productive as milking a bull. Most people who come there need jobs. Most people who come there need jobs right now. Full employment benefits EVERYONE. Its hard to understand the rationale for turning it into a runaround hassle. Id settle for rock, paper, scissors...you lose! Come back tomorrow and try again; maybe go for high stakes black jack. If you win the hand, they have to help you.

Its kinda ran by older people so the place is kinda groggyesque and the tech they work with is abysmally slow and not feature rich.

The staff and resources there are over the top friendly and helpful ...
