I am very picky about where I get my brows done and they did an excellent job at shaping it the way I asked. The salon itself is very clean and well maintained. Highly recommend !!

If you’re looking for the perfect threading place, look no further as this one is the best one out of North Dallas area. I’ve gone to a handful of places where my eyebrows were ruined time and time again until the day I landed here. I have a blessing and a curse, which is that my eyebrows grow super fast. I have to get them threaded every 2 weeks. I like my eyebrows thick but clean, and this place knows how to get them done for the price of $10, not including tip.Usually I remember names but I’ve gotten my eyebrows threaded at the last minute so I don’t bother with keeping up with who works at what time, but I’ve had my eyebrows threaded by a handful of them. And they have ALL delivered. I’ve never been disappointed by the results of a quick, but meticulous threading session. I 100% recommend.Sometimes they’re so busy you gotta wait a little longer, but I’ve never waited longer than 5 minutes. Even if I had to wait 30 minutes, this place is STILL worth it because I know the results will be consistent every time

After my first visit for eyebrow threading, I left there quiet disappointed. Although, I only asked for a cleaning of my brows, I felt rushed and there was no attention to detail. I was in extreme pain and afterwards could see why. The representative who assisted me had accidentally cut me.Perhaps it’s relative to her individual experience level and maybe the others at the facility are better but given the circumstances of Covid and the fact that I didn’t see any disinfecting occur in between clients and also my personal painful experience I would not recommend them at this time.

I stumbled upon Brow Pros when I was at the target next door. The receptionist was so friendly and welcoming. Atula did my eyebrows and she did them so perfect. I can not wait to come back again!

*CorrectionWhen I entered Brow Prows yesterday afternoon Atula was busy assisting another client and asked me to have a seat in another chair. While she finished with her threading, another customer walked in as another employee emerged from the back. Atula told the new client to have a seat in the last available chair. I was under the impression that it was first come first serve. I offered to move to the available chair and both employees stated Atula would assist me when she finished. I was not pleased but understood since I didn’t schedule an appointment. I was discouraged so I thanked them went to the salon across the street. I won’t be returning to Brow Pros unless I call to schedule an appoint first.

Atula is amazing at threading and quite literally saved my eyebrows. If you need a new eyebrow place, Brow Pros is the place to go!

Affordable prices, friendly staff

I was initially hesitant to try threading again after my first experience. The very first time, it was painful but they assured me, it wouldn’t be painful and all the ladies were light handed. Rajina was great, I’ve been back a second time and will continue coming back.

My eyebrows were completely ruined. I had full brows and left with thin ones and no arch. Absolutely would not recommend and I am never going back.

I just moved to Texas a few weeks ago and started coming here. I got my full faced waxed and eyebrows threaded I’ve gone 3 times so far and I have had 3 different people who have threaded my brows or waxed my face. Each and everyone of them were so nice, so professional, clean, and very caring. The first time I went to it was Atula she was so caring and talked to me like I’ve known her a while. And best part it was pain free I was shocked I guess it’s just the way atula does her magic. When I went yesterday (9/26/2020) I loved that girl but I don’t remember her name at all and I wish I did. She was sooooo friendly her work was amazing and she went above and beyond to remove all the tinyyyy little hairs that normally no one would do. 10/10 to this place and all the girls. They are gloved and masked at all times and spray and wipe down the chair after every client!

The brow tech DID NOT WEAR GLOVES! my friend and I went and we were the only ones in the store and she did mine first without wearing gloves. Then she proceeded to do my friends and didn’t was her hands or use hand sanitizer before touching my friends face after she did mine. GROSSS. her nails were super long and dirty and i went straight home and scrubbed my face because I felt dirty!!! NEVER AGAIN !!!

This place has been a part of my life for the last 6 years. I love it so much. My ENTIRE family and circle of friends goes here. Atula is our girl and we love her so much. So sweet, friendly, and of course talented at her work! This place is always so clean and well kept. I would never go anywhere else... not even another styles of India location. Service was not good. My eyebrows not done well and I had to ask to do the undone part on my eyebrows clearly. Not recommended.

After reading numerous reviews about this place and Atula I went yesterday. My experience was not great. I found her not really friendly or customer concerned at all. It was all business. She never asked me what I preferred or if there was a certain way I wanted my brows. She had me sit, she threaded my brows in about 3 minutes and was done. I don’t see well so when I checked I thought it looked ok but not great as they weren’t the same shape and size. She never rechecked to see if there were any strays or offered aloe or witch hazel for redness. I had to ask for aloe at check out.When I got home I looked with my magnifying mirror and discovered she barely did anything to my left eyebrow except make it quite thinner than the right one. There are several long hairs left as well as the hairs on the outside edge of the brows.All in all an unsatisfactory experience with no care as to a job well done.In response to the reply from the salon to return- I am leaving Dallas tomorrow.

Good first impression. I went here today, Sunday around 3ish, and didnt have to wait for eyebrow threading. I dont remember the name of the lady that did my eyebrows, but she was very nice and understanding of my concerns and requests for shaping. She did a great job, but it did hurt a little more than usual since she kept going back for little plucks instead of one big swoop (does that make sense?). $10 is an okay price...Ill be shopping around more, but this place is close to home so itll be a good go-to salon for threading.

I got my brows, upper lip and chin threaded. I loved the results. I felt very comfortable there, having not been threaded in many years.

Im a dude and decided to give threading a try. I got bushy-ass eyebrows, and dont really know how to take care of them. A lady named Maya cleaned me up, and we had a great conversion. 10/10, will be back.

I preface this review with the fact that I have always gone to Rajina at this location. She is amazing however is currently on leave.I am sharing my experience at S.O.I. (Styles of India) Brow Threading Salon and the location is at 2108 Dallas Parkway #216 Plano, TX 75093 on Wednesday June 13, 2018 between 3:45 pm-4:10 pm.I scheduled an appointment to get my chin and lip threaded through the online portal with Maya for 3:45 pm. Maya performed this and then allowed me to check how I liked it. I asked for her to thread over these areas again to ensure the hair was removed. She did and then I asked her to do it again because I knew it was not complete after I felt the area. She refused. I was surprised because it is a simple request to ensure these areas are threaded properly. I have been attending this location for approximately 2.5 years and it was never a problem with other staff there who have performed these services on me.I explained the reasoning why I was asking for her to go over these areas again and she continued to decline. I also I told her that other staff have had no problem doing this and she still declined. Additionally, she became defensive when I explained my perspective to her. I told her I would not pay if it was not done and she allowed me to leave without paying. Maya exhibited poor customer service and was rude. My chin and lip area is very hairy. I have been getting these services from another staff member at S.O.I. Brow Threading Salon and have estimated the amount of times it takes until stray hairs are minimal.I am surprised that a small request led to a poor customer service experience at a business I have supported for a long time.

Horrible waste of money. Usually go to Little Elm but waa at Willowbend mall so stopped here for convenience. Wrong move! Nothing but hair and stubble left behind. Looks like I wasnt waxed at all. Never going back!

This is my SECOND AND LAST time coming here! The first time she literally threaded skin off my brows and my eyes were BURNING after! This time she did the same thing! Im really dissatisfied with the service and quality of work from this establishment. I told the worker that u didnt want my eyebrows too dark and I left with then black, with the tint being uneven. I want my money back

I am new to the area, and needed a new eyebrow studio because I looked like I was growing shrubs above my eyes. Atula is wonderful! I told her on first visit that I was nervous because I have only had one eyebrow lady my whole life! She did an AMAZING job. I love my brows and they are tamed and look fantastic. My normal eyebrow lady went on vacation for 2 months so I needed to find somewhere to go. I came here for the first time as a walk in and went to maya and she did my eyebrows perfectly!!! Not too thin and quick!!!

Dont do waxing here. Had an appointment for armpits. Someone different did mine. It was incredible rushed. She missed SO MUCH. She said oh better next time, next time better Its hard enough to have to grow out hair there when all you want to do is shave it. So to also get a butchered job and have to grow it out again really sucked. yeah it was only 10 bucks but its horrible. they were SO busy so i guess they are good with threading but nothing else. id rather go to PLW and pay 25 for my first pit wax and then 10 bucks for each there after which is what i am now doing.

I specifically told my eyebrows dont have the curve but an arch/ angled shape...yet the beautician got it wrong on one side. I like that the front office staff was friendly and the beautician was hearing me out and maintained the thickness but ultimately I ended up with different shaped brows :/ . For the price and specialist tag, Id expect more attention to detail.

I comes here for years. Got memberships & all. I like it so much I bring my sisters here from Keller, Euless n Arlington. What a drive. They all like it. I first came n let be next available one just do my brows n I went thru a couple, maybe most of them, & I get home n notice side lips hairs still there n got scrapes on my brows from them pressing down so HARD. ( why so hard) Didnt want to make a big deal, I tried going to Maya & ever since. Maya is my go to person. I dont have anymore scrapes on my face, She gently pressed like professional. Im completely hair free on the side of my lips everytime s now & tips her greats too. Now my sisters wants to get picked up again to do brows. Need to try Frisco area since Im closer there but not sure if theyll do a good job.
