Great pedi. The polish and topcoat are so cute, good polish selection, beautiful on the inside, my toes looked great, friendly staff, only minor thing I could say is a little more focus on callus removing, more scrubbing or using one of those scrapper tools others than that it was awesome. Id definitely go back!

They were absolutely amazing and extremely kind. I will forever recommend this place and will be a returning customer. They made my nails perfect for my wedding!

My experience was wonderful! They were EXTREMELY CLEAN, took their time, they were very skilled and so professional. I was so impressed. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing.

Ive heard so many good things that I had to try it for myself. Lizzy did a PHENOMENAL job on my nails and made me feel so welcome. She explained everything that she was doing since it was my first time doing SNS. I have absolutely found MY nail salon!

This place is AMAZING. I mean it..the service is phenomenal and they take of you like you are family. Leo was amazing with my pink + white ombre nails! Always wanted them like this and he made the experience amazing. The pedicure are also amazing. It may be more on the expensive side but quality over quantity is what I always say.

Leo and Joyce do the best manicures. I have never had as good manicure as they give. I have only had one pedicure, but it was the best one that Ive ever had. Ive had many many manicures and pedicures in my life, but when I say that Ive never had one as good as they give I am not lying.

Ive never left a nail place completely happy with my acrylics (Im a serious perfectionist), but Leo took his time and did exactly what I wanted! Theyre amazing! Definitely the best nail place Ive been to. Everything was super clean and the environment is very nice!

Went in two weeks ago, had a great experience. Unfortunately, didn’t catch the name of the lady who did my nails. Scheduled an appointment and paid the $25 deposit to reserve my appointment two weeks later. Between that time and the day of the scheduled appointment I bought a new phone and my appointment was not on my calendar anymore thus- I forgot about the appointment. I was also audibly sick and it wasn’t a good time to be around others anyway. I asked to reschedule and be able to keep the $25 deposit and was told that I could reschedule but it would cost another $25. While I understand the need to run a business- this was a bit much especially when I was asking to reschedule and still offering my business. The deposit rubbed me wrong to begin with but complied because the shop is adorable and the nails were done well. But unfortunately I won’t be coming back now that it’s clear they care more about money than returning customers.

I cannot say enough how much I love it here! They take their time and pay so much attention to detail. Ive seen Joyce and Leo and both have been amazing. Dont come in a rush. It is a bit more expensive than the salon I used to go to but I do get more of what I want instead of simple nail color.

This is a very beautiful place with exceptional customer service, great quality work, and a relaxing environment. Everyone is so nice and they offer water and always have great suggestions for nail colors. They are a Tiny bit pricey. I wish they had a student discount but this is my salon! I rather go here than ANYWHERE in GA.

I LOVE sugarcoat. Leo and Joy are the sweetest, and both of them always make my nails look flawless. I’ve had acrylics, SNS, regular manicures and pedicures from them and never left disappointed. It’s seriously the cleanest and best nail salon in town. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do my nails. Prices are competitive for the area so it’s worth it for me, not only for the cleanliness but also the perfect work. Five stars.

This is now my go to place! My main concern with most nail salons is that most of the time they cut my skin while filing down my nail for acrylics. But here they were so nice about it and didn’t cut me at all. They were also very talkative and just overall GREAT customer service. Will definitely keep going here!

Love love love this place. They are very welcoming and friendly. They offer drinks and if not you can ask for something to drink. The scenery inside of the nail lounge is cute and modern. The nail techs are really nice and are very social so thats another reason why I love coming here.

I came to SugarCoat nails today as a reference from my roommate. I saw her nails and they were very cute. I came at 2 and they had a bridal party and explained that the party was gonna be there until 4 so it would be better to come back then. I set an appointment for 4:15 and arrived back at that time. They then explained I would have another short wait because they were still a little backed up which was fine i didn’t mind waiting. I sat there until 4:45 until i was finally called back. I went to the back and sat there for another 10 minutes before even starting. I only came to get a pedicure. The lady who did my feet was very sweet and she honestly tried but due to my experience I will not be coming back here. From the great reviews to actually seeing their work I had expectations that were not met. I hope others don’t have to experience what i went through today.

I have been here several times. I love this shop because they are the only nail salon in Statesboro thats actually nice to the customers! They greet you offer you water and make sure they understand what you want. Im literally in the shop now typing this review.i have left a 5 star before, but today I had to give 4 because they really really need more nail techs! Its been hard for me to get an appointment and the wait is long but worth it. If u are a nail tech please stop by and ask them for an interview!

I love the SNS nails at Sugar Coat. Everything looks clean. They get new tools each time. They are very courteous and make sure that the air is being vented. I appreciate that because Im very sensitive to the harsh smells that nail salons can have. They are a little more expensive but my sets have lasted three weeks! Thats incredible for me.

Definitely recommend Jordan ! I had the best experience with her for my pedicure and it turned out AMAZING!!!! She even put cartoons on for my little one 😀

It looks nice and designed well but if you are going for a pedicure I wouldn’t go here. The chairs are extremely uncomfortable 😣 my freakin back is literally still hurting and my pedicure wasn’t relaxing at all and didn’t feel good. I hate to complain though but I’m pretty sure you are suppose to get lotion on your feet after the service, callus removal and I didn’t get either but the girl was nice so I didn’t say anything. It was really a waste of money. I guess my hopes were too high.
