Nail tech seemed patient in start of process but halfway through got noticeably aggravated when try to explain desired design also filed nail down too much daughters nail ended up bleeding under one of the nails, are coming loose from the nail in only a week. Also at the end switched nail tech s and didnt try to copy design she desired.

Tang got me RIGHT. She was super nice and was joking and talking with me the whole time. Didn’t over charge and did an amazing job I LOOOVVEEE my nails. I’m making this my regular spot! They’re color changing gel

*****Poor customer service. Find another shop******I stopped by this establishment for a manicure withno polish and pedicure. No customers were in the shop. The nail tech soaked my nails for a short period of time and haphazardly cut my cuticles, leaving quite a bit on my right nail beds. She was making the motion but not clipping anything. The hand and arm massage is not worth mentioning. During the mani and pedi, she never asked about cutting, what kind of pedi I wanted etc. Before she started to polish my toe nails, I showed her the cuticles on my nails and asked her twice if I could have a bowl to soak so she could go back over the them. She ignored me both times. I then asked another nail tech if someone could get a bowl...that I needed to leave shortly thereafter to pick up my car. She offered no assistance and the guy who had not had a customer the entire time but was on his phone....got up and walked out. When the nail tech finished polishing my toe nails, she went to the back and kept walking around, slowly wiping her hands etc. I just paid $45 and left with a half done manicure (there is no prices listed in the shop btw) Im usually a great tipper but yeah...To the management of Cali Nails, treat all of your customers the same. If an employee is not doing something right, address it. Intervene. Customers are what keep your shop open. Poor customer service and reviews will close it. Do better.

Jason did a fabulous job with my nails. I got the dip powder nails with french tip. Days later they still look great like I just had them done.

I will never do this again. If I could give zero stars, I would. I have never gotten my nails done before and my mom wanted to do a nails day. So we went to Calis. My mom got a pedicure and I got a manicure. I told the lady that I just wanted to do painting, since Ive never had mine done. She went against my wishes and glued on the plastic/acrylic nails. She was persistent on doing what I wasnt comfortable with having and done it before I could speak. She drilled my cuticles way to much that she had me bleeding. All that pain and she did terrible. Not to mention, through all that..I passed out! My mom demanded for 911 to be called and they never did! I had her finish it once I was somewhat okay to leave. I will never rejoin this place.

We literally had to wait like 40 minutes to get our nails done, me and others nails were rushed . 1 lady kept on going back and forth on me and another persons nails . They are not professional, and the lady also hit me on my arm. I will never ever be going back there again . It was my first and last time going .

There is no price sign up. So normally a manicure is like $12 and if you get gel its a little more. I Paid $30!!!! for a manicure just because it was gel polish. Mind you its not the price, but the product was old so it left bubbles in my nails and it looks sloppy around my cuticles. Not to mention she CUT my nails without asking. I NEVER cut my nails. Ill definitely never come here again. Over priced and the work is awful.

They talk about people in there all the time wish isn’t good they did my nail two times the man by the door make sure the female nails he doesn’t want to do is wrong so they won’t come back to him I didn’t have my nails on for 2 weeks and they was chipping and broken just got them done again before my vacation and not ever 3days later my nail brakes they rush and don’t take there time definitly don’t recommend

Customer service is horrible! I went there today to get my eyebrows waxed, and the lady refused to change her gloves after she just finished touching on the hands of another customer! Her gloves looked as if she had been wearing them all day! I’m disgusted and won’t be returning for any type of service they have to offer!

Asked to speak with supervisor and was told that they didnt know where the boss was or when the boss would be returning. I stressed that it was my first time visiting when I arrived and that I would like a technician that could understand me. She said ok and after we got started I found out she spoke no English.

The employees did not act friendly at all and was extremely overpriced. $40 to pretty much paint a 5 yr olds nails is ridiculous. Will definitely not be going back.

I walked in with perfectly painted and shaped nails, just needed a gel polish fill in and pedicure. I left with clumpy, uneven cheap looking nails. The pedicure was way over priced to hardly do nothing at all and my nails looked cheap and disgusting. I will never be back nor do I recommend this place ever.

Horrible customer service. I went to get a pedicure asked questions about how they sterilize their equipments. They got upset and refused to do my eyebrows too, telling me the lady doing it wasn’t there but she was.I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. I know there is some language barrier too but the attitude was too obvious.

Its bad. They hurt my hand while filing my nails, theyre very rough pulling your hands and my nail bed burned when put under the UV light. Plus the shaping was HORRIBLE! Wouldnt recommend.

I went in for a pedicure with two other people. We wanted $25 polish and NOT gel. They were extremely pushy about gel and would not listen to our requests. There were flies everywhere and, I presume the owner, was upset that we pointed that out in front of other customers. I’m glad I have my toes painted but the experience was not the best.

They are not very friendly here. Gave me a price when I sat down but at end of my service told me different price. my nail polish started peeling off that same night. Very disappointed. Will NOT go back here!!!

This place is HORRIBLE. I went with a friend and the lady who did her nails did terrible. She didnt clean off the Polish, she dug deep into her toes, made her walk across the dirty floor, and this lady was on the phone the whole time. My friend said she wasnt paying for the service after she complained twice. So the manager and the lady who did the pedicure had the audacity to get nail polish remover and took it off of her!!! In a rage, my friend is standing there crying and embarrassed while. She not only received terrible service but as embarrassed as these women took off her nail polish in the middle of the store, while everyone is watching. If you are reading this DO NOT GO HERE. theres people are heartless and just doing the bare minimum. This was a reward for my friend. She never treats herself and when she finally did this is what happens. DO NOT GO. service is the worst Ive ever experienced in my life.

My mom treated me to my first pedicure and manicure for my highschool graduation. My mom also got her toes done. Shes 60 years old and they used a GRINDER to get off regular nail polish from her toes. When she told the man that it hurt and that regular nail polish remover would work he fought with her and insisted on the grinder, which cut her toe. We were in an out with a full pedicure and manicure in less than forty-five minutes. I asked for regular nail polish and then was given gel polish. Its already pulling off less than a week later. The nail files were old and already used. When I didnt know how the nail dryer worked she reached her body over the table and pulled my wrist out and put it back in. I asked her for almond nails because I hate square nailed, but now I have square nails with gel nail polish. It was over 100$ for everything.It was a waste of money and time.

I had a horrible experience I paid for gel nails but after a DAY my polish started chipping two days later one of my nails had all the polish come off. The lady that did my nails went back and forth between me and my sister and it may have taken a whole time of 10 minutes and you can tell it didnt take long. The man who took care of my mama did a great job on her nails so I dont think its all bad but the lady that did ours didnt do a good job at all. I usually never leave bad reviews for anything but I was mad that I paid for the service that I got.

This was my first time here and they were rude and I also didnt see any prices posted anywhere. I went for a fill in and the starting price was 30 dollars and if I had known that before I wouldve went somewhere else but she wouldnt answer me when I asked for prices for services and those werent posted either so I couldnt choose if I wouldve like to have gel or pedicure prices and me asking her isnt what really aggravated me it was the fact that she had attitude because I asked I wont go back

Point blank I went here because it was cheap. And I defiantly got what I paid for. Horrible service. What do you want doesnt make me feel welcomed. Not to mention the guy was on the phone, on FACETIME with someone WHILE doing my nails. So rude. Store is so old and everything is filthy. Will never go back.

The lack of customer service is appauling. Definitely not a good atmosphere for a pedicure. Also, was rushed to pay.

Several grievances:-nobody here is a licensed technician (obvious because nobody there has their certification card up on their desk, as required by law)-no proper santization for tools (there was a uv sterilizer but those have widely been debunked as making germs dormant at best, and the only ways to truly sterilize equipment is with an autoclave or at LEAST barbicide)- they store supplies in the bathroom, including their pedicure bowls, right by the toilet- they use MMA monomer (methyl methacrylate) which is ILLEGAL as it is toxic for use on nails and skin. They had clearly labeled boxes of this monomer stored in the bathroom.- the techs did NOT sanitize anyones hands before starting the service, use fresh sanding bands, or sanitize their own hands before beginning their work.- the nails, on top of being dangerous, are UGLY. there was no cuticle work, apex, structure, pinching, or anything else that would make the nails appealing or wearable.The nail service itself was pitiful. There were no options, as poorly applied acrylic over improperly glue tips was the standard. It is clear that this is simply another chop-shop that priorotizes profit over health, safety, and providing a good service.This shop is TERRIBLE at best, and DANGEROUS at worst. Going here, you risk getting injured by untrained people and infections from dirty tools. And for $45 for a set THAT disgusting, its a rip-off too. Do not trust non-standard salons, and find yourself a real nail technician.

They took my acrylic nails off and they started burning. While she was shaping my nails she was rubbing my skin because there was acrylic on it so I started bleeding. The acrylic and nail polish was too thick and when i asked if they could fix it they said they didn’t have time. I still payed the full price for these and they aren’t all the same shape or size.

Manicure was rushed and done between 3 different people. Not exaggerating but I couldve painted them better myself. Not too friendly of a staff either. Will not be returning.

Cali Nails in the mall is the WORST. DO NOT GO THERE.My mom and almost all of the other women in my family have gotten their nails done there at one point or another. But this was my second time, and Im pretty furious with how I was treated.First of all, the nail tech I had was VERY rude. She was yanking my hand around anytime I wasnt in a position she liked. She didnt say a word to me. She would just ask me what I wanted and to wash my hands after. She had a bad attitude. She has been there for a long time according to the manager.Today, she filed THROUGH my nail. There was almost no nail left on my hands. They hurt SO much. I was literally wincing in pain as it was happening. I would say, ow, oh my gosh. Ow, as she was using the electric file thing. At this point, I hurt so much that I start to cry!! It hurt so badly!The manager came over and gave me a cup of rubbing alcohol to put one of my fingers in. The finger that hurt the most. This sort of helped, but it continued to hurt after the 10 minutes she told me to soak it in there. I continued to let it soak even past the 10 minutes for almost 25 minutes! It still hurts.The man finished my toes, and I go wait for them to dry. He comes up to me and says thatll be $60 and I said I need to speak to the manager about the price. Because Im in so much pain at this point. Theres so much pressure on my nerves in my nails. The manager stops working on the womans nails she was working on and tells me that she will take my acrylic nails off and I wont have to pay for them. I said no because I do not want them touching me. The nerves in my nails are basically raw, and I need at least SOME protection for them. Plus it would hurt so much worse having them removed and then raw!The manager says that I can either pay the price, or sign a statement saying I wont sue her because I want to leave without letting her take my acrylics off. I tell her I will just pay full price, and Ill leave with a bad experience to share. She said no, no, honey. I will feel bad if you pay full price and youre hurting. Let me take the nails off. Because she doesnt want me to leave her a bad review. I tell her REPEATEDLY that I will not let her touch my nails any further. She keeps pushing me to let her do it.I tell her just to let me write a statement and sign it for her then so that I can just get out of here! She lets me write out an entire page worth of my experience, and then she proceeds to tell me, ok, I have to send this to my lawyer and I will have the police here soon to take a police report for you. I tell her Im not going to sit around and wait. I just want to get out of there. I even wrote in that statement that I had not been allowed to leave because they would not allow me to pay, and that they were forcing me to write the statement. I was basically being held hostage.Finally after 2 hours of arguing I tell her Im just going to pay and leave. She gives up and lets me pay. But as Im paying she says to all the other customers that were in there that she was going to let them have there services that day for free because I was causing such an aggravation she said.She wouldnt even give me a discount, but she gave everyone else in the salon their nails FOR FREE. RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME. I confronted her about it and she just rolled her eyes and gave me my receipt.This was the worst experience I have ever had in ANY serviceable place in my lifetime. I just wanted to share what happened to me.I by no means wanted anything for free. But I deserved a discount for botched service and my pain and aggravation at the VERY least. Cali nails will no longer receive my business, and probably not my families business either.The pictures are of my nails. They are not even, and they have what is known as the rings of fire on the bed of the nail. You should not be able to see those through the gel AND the acrylic nails. I am barely able to even type this review up, because my nails hurt so badly.

I walked in on a Thursday and asked for Ms. Kim... The guy in front told me she was out of town and would be back the next day I didnt have time the next day, so I proceeded to get my nails done. After about 40 minutes of getting my nails done Ms. Kim walks in... Everyone knows shes the only one in the salon that actually does quality nails. Two days later I pick my keys up and my nail breaks .... The next day I wake up another nail breaks... 30 minutes later I scratch my head and another nails breaks!! Later that day I go in to tell them what happen thinking I would get it repaired but they looked at me like I was stupid and insisted on trying to charge me I politely walked out and will never return. HORRIBLE QUALITY. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Went to get gel on my nails and feets and it started coming up within a couple of days and spent seventy dollars very bad quality !!

The salon was dirty, and the roof tiles were moldy and leaking. My artist did not place anything down on the table when he was doing my nails, and then he just wiped everything onto the floor. I got an acrylic fill in and gel polish, and by the third day some of the polish on my nails were chipping.
