I loved it here! I did not have an appointment and they still made sure I was taken care of within 5 minutes of walking in. Nails look so great. She was nice and efficient. The atmosphere was comfortable. Definitely will be coming back! (:

I called in when I woke up in the morning and scheduled an appointment for my friend and I. The woman on the phone said we would have to do the acrylics back to back, so we’d be there for a little while. I said I was fine with that. When we got there, there were two openings! We finished around the same time.I did not catch the name of the lady who did my nails, but she was very kind and took her time to try to make sure each nail was perfect. I’ve visited many different nail salons, and this one is my favorite by far! I was charged $70 (actually thought it would be more, so that was wonderful) for this set and I am beyond happy with this. Normally, I don’t do any designs on my nails, and I will definitely visit here more often so I can!They also give you this coupon that you can fill up, every 10 visits you get $10 off which I found neat.

Honestly very disappointed. This is not my first time going to Annie’s. Before they’ve always done a good job. But this time, it was rushed and poor quality! Eyebrows are uneven after wax. Acrylic is still on nails after paying for a take off. Definitely my last time coming unfortunately.

Nails are mid and weirdly lumpy and not every nail was pushed back to my cuticle. Nails also weren’t fully coated on the sides and they didn’t clip my natural fingernails. This was my first time getting nails, so maybe my inexperience played a part. The pedicure was fine though.

Whatever you do do not go to Kenny his attitude is not good does not do a good pedicure, had to continuously tell him what to do did not scrub my feet nor ask what type of pedicure I wanted looks like a child did my feet so disappointing. Some of the other ladies in the shop do way better!!!

I went in for the first time to get a gel manicure and pedicure and to start the lady doing my nails was not friendly whatsoever. Then she preceded to do a terrible job painting my nails just slapping on the color with no effort. When I left, polish was all over my toes and you could tell the quality of both the manicure and pedicure were very poor. There are streak marks from all directions of the nail polish, some places having more polish than others and bubbles all over in the polish. Very disappointed to spend this kind of money for someone to put in minimal effort.UPDATE: after 3 days my gel polish on my fingers started chipping off just proving how poorly done they were. I’ve never had gels that only lasted 3 days.

I always have an amazing experience. I had an appointment for a pedicure at 9:30 and I was seated and started as soon as I walked in. I didnt have an appointment for a manicure, but they were able to squeeze me in so thank you for that! I only go to Annies. Love you guys!

The first time I went there they did my acrylic nails fine but my daughter’s feet were not done properly. We came towards the end of the day but they should have done things right or asked us to come back. She went for a pedicure and a gel manicure for which they charge me full price but when I look at her feet a few days later because she had to return to get her gel nails redone I saw that none of the calluses had not been removed from her feet. We gave them a second chance because I needed a fill. This time the gel nails my daughter got started to peel off two days later. I called and they said they would fix them. They “re-painted them” and did not fix the problem. All he did was put more gel polish on top of it to make it really thick so the problem really wasn’t fixed. If the gel is already coming off the nail putting more on top of it isn’t going to fix that problem. What should’ve happened was remove the polish and redo. For my fill I was pretty much rushed into the chair and rushed back out even though the place wasn’t crowded. Now I’m going to have to get these removed because there are air pockets developing in them and I am prone to fungus. Friendly staff but very disappointed.

Let me start by saying, that I am happy with my nails, they turned out beautifully, however I paid for a manicure and pedicure and I felt that both were very much rushed through. My manicure was basically none existent. She painted my nails, trimmed them and dabbed a bit of lotion on while wearing rubber gloves that pulled my skin, because she barely had any lotion on. I selected the deluxe pedicure and I dont feel that enough time or care was taken. They had lots of customers coming in and I myself waited about 10 minutes for a chair, but if youre going to sacrifice good service because youre trying to get more clients in the door, I wont be returning. I truly believe in paying for what I get, even if I have to wait. I had high hopes for this salon.

Walked in with 3 people and was in and out in an hour and a half with toes and nails done. Very clean, nice staff.

Super upset. Their quality has gone way down. You can see in the pictures where one nail doesnt go over my finger tips, but what you cant see in the pic is the bubbles and pits in the nails I JUST paid to have done. These are SNS nails. In another picture you can see the clear coat is horrible. In another photo you can see the nail isnt even straight. When I relayed my grievances to the lady checking me out this morning, she laughed and said, thats okay. What part of that is okay? The fact that you didnt just pay $50 to have your nails done? I still tipped $10 because of her time and I had her try to fix a nail while I was there, but save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else dont go here.

I just moved to Statesboro ga from Atlanta and have tried several nail salons since March and have been so disappointed.I found Annie’s nails by google reviews and I am happy I did, Crystal did my nails and she was incredible! I did not have an appt and she took me right back, we had good conversation, she was thorough, I did not feel rushed, she listen to what I wanted and my nails have never looked as good as they do today!I have found my new nail tech in Statesboro! Thank you Crystal for your artistry and professionalism.. I’ll se you soon for my fill!

I would have given 5 stars, but their prices are through the roof! I paid 60$ (10$ tip included) for a regular full set of acrylic nails!Also, the color I picked was gel polish (they didnt tell me that it was, nor the price), and they charge 20$ for gel nail polish!!!!Do your research before you go, and if you have 50$ for a full set and polish, by all means go to Annies.

I used to love this place but honestly it is a hit or miss. If you are lucky enough to get a good looking set, remember your nail tech and GO TO HER every time! I went in today and my nails looked horrible the first time. I asked the nail tech to fix them and she began being very rough with my hands. After she “fixed” them there was still nail polish all over the perimeter of my nails, looked like a 3 year old did them. They do have good nail techs but whoever i went to today wasn’t one of them.

Will come here from now on!! they did amazing and were so quick. I’ve been hurt at many nail salons when doing acrylics but they were so gentle with my fragile nail!! Was only here for about 45 mins and my nails look great. Didn’t have to set an appointment or anything. Amazing 1000/10

I called ahead and made a same day appointment. The woman on the phone was very nice and professional. When I arrived for my appointment, my nail tech was with me within 5 minutes asking me about the services I wanted and what colors I was thinking. I showed him a photo from Pinterest and he told me he could definitely do it. I could not be happier with my nails. I also got a pedicure, and it was good too. My SNS nails are amazing though, which is the main reason I am leaving a review. Will be back!

I really love my Nails and my Nail Technician was Wonderful and she was so Polite.

The first time I went here I wasn’t too impressed, however that was about a year and a half ago. I went back because a different salon I go to was too busy, and I was in desperate need of a fill in. Completely different experience from the first time. They were slammed, but still managed to squeeze me in for a walk in. Super nice and clean with the COVID situation. The nail tech was super fast and friendly, and she gave me the perfect nail shape. The acrylic doesn’t look chunky or lumpy, unlike some places I’ve gotten acrylics before. My nails look so natural and they have a large color selection for gel polish! The first experience I had may have just been due to the specific nail tech I had. I will definitely be coming back

I have gone to Annie’s for years and I have never once been disappointed unlike other salons. All of the techs are very nice, they have reasonably priced services, a professional environment, and a wide selection of options to choose from. I went today to fix a botched job at another salon in Statesboro and my tech did such a good job at actually giving me what I wanted! I love my new nails!!

The service here is wonderful! Tom, the owner, did my nails and Im in love with them! Not to mention he talked to me the whole time and made jokes which made me much more comfortable. Would absolutely recommend.

Annies has always been professional and quick serviced. However, I asked the lady who was doing my nails if she could do my nails like a picture (super simple) she said yes, but the outcome wasnt like the picture. Ill continue to use them.

Rushed through my nails to get to the next person and didnt fully coat my nails on the sides with the SNS polish...not satisfied whatsoever

I love Annie’s nails. I’ve been to several other nail places & this one is the best. It’s a little over an hour drive from my house. I drive that far because they’re nice, your nails are always done like you want them, & overall they just do a great job. I would suggest getting an appointment if you go in the evenings because they get busy fast & if you got an appointment they take you right on back & there’s no wait time. I suggest this place to anybody who wants to get their nails done & this is the only place I will go to. I would have to say the only down side is the place is very strong smelling but that’s just about any nail salon.

Ive been here twice with a friend who loves it, and honestly Im just not impressed. My first visit was baaaad. I got cut during my pedicure, and was told my skin was just too soft from the water...but thats ridiculous. The second time I came, I got a gel manicure. I had three nails come off two days after they were done.I dont have my hands in water frequently or do anything thats out of the ordinary, so I was very disappointed with the quality considering how much I paid.

I went when they weren’t very busy and it was super rushed!! The nail tech barely spoke to me... didn’t even ask if I wanted a shape. They left some of my old color on multiple nails where it was very noticeable. Then the nail tech forgot about me and never did my clear coat!! I ended up just leaving and doing it myself. Very rushed and poor quality. I do not recommend. Also if you want any shape other than square it’s $15 extra including oval, coffin, almond etc.

I’m not going to Annie’s anymore, I’ve given them way too many chances. First I came to get an ombré and the lady didn’t do the shape or length I asked for at all (that was $55). I came back to get a refill and this girl actually made two of my fingers bleed, I’m not talking like a little cut, they were gushing. I’ve never had my fingers bleed that much just to have my nails done.

I have been going here since they first opened and personally, I have loved it. My mom has had a bad experience here but up until tonight, my experience has been good. Tonight, I asked for a manicure with SNS and they didn’t do the manicure only color, were obviously trying to rush their customers out the door, clearing spoke rudely about another customer right in front of me because she also didn’t get what she wanted, then didn’t even do the pedicure that I was suppose to get, and he didn’t do what I asked for with my nails and what I got didn’t even look good. Very VERY disappointed. I won’t be coming back.

Customer service is an absolute joke.Every time I’ve went here or tried to make an appointment I have had the worse service I’ve had in Statesboro. The employees are all rude and have even argued with me about what I want for my nails. I’ve tried to make appointments and the staff will either say they aren’t taking appointments (fair) or they put the phone down while chit chatting with other employees then ask me to call them back in 10 minutes? Like what?I do not recommend. Every time I leave, I leave MAD and I am not that type of person.

I usually love coming to Annie’s to get a pedicure but this one time I went was a horrible experience. Andy who did my pedicure was very rude, didn’t even greet his self when he sat down. When it was time for me to get up from the chair I asked him if he could grab my sandals for me but he kept tugging on the towel that my feet were on. I truly enjoyed coming here but he put a very sour taste in my mouth.

This is my first time at Annie’s and I loved it! My friend goes here and recommended the salon to me. They’re very friendly and professional. They also have a small student discount, so don’t forget to ask because they are a little pricey.

My first time here on Saturday morning about 1030. I was greeted immediately by the very friendly staff members. I only waited about 5 minutes for a tech to come get started on my nails. Full set of solar gel nails and eyebrow was $56. I think this is a great price And I was out the door in about an hour with beautiful nails! The staff was just as friendly when I left thanking me for coming and wishing me a merry Christmas. I will definitely be back!

Prices were fairly priced and I loved how they offered a student discount. However, the lady who did my pedicure was beyond rude and needed an attitude check. Plus she made 2 of my toes bleed and didn’t acknowledge it, so when I was trying to show my friend, the lady started mumbling stuff under her breath and kept giving me nasty looks. On top of that, I was readjusting my position because I’ve had 3 shoulder surgeries and I was uncomfortable and my foot came out of the water and she shoved it back in. On the other hand, the lady who did my manicure was extremely nice even though she started using the wrong tool and made one of my nails bleed. She acknowledged it and apologized .

Every employee was rude. One of them got really upset because I wanted to change my nail color and I asked if they could fix the lumps and they saw nothing wrong with the nails and would not fix them at all. If I’m a paying customer and I want my nails a certain way y’all should do it that way. They ended up calling the cops and made me pay or I would have gone to jail. Worst experience ever.

I was very disappointed with my visit today because I’ve been going to this nail salon since they opened and never had a problem until today. Vicky did my nails and did a HORRIBLE job. So I sit down at whoevers chair is chair one and the nail tech immediately insults the nail job I had done previous to coming into the salon because I had them done at another salon which was pretty rude. Then he continues to brag about how much better of a job he could have done. Then when a customer next to me asks about the price of her nails, he gives her the price. But after she says okay he goes on saying things like You gotta pay for the labor and skill and thats just our price and Your nails dont do themselves and finally the lady next to me says okay I was just asking thank you. Then when I tell him how I want my nails done, he argues with me on everything and insults my decisions saying that doesnt look good. The nails tech was very rude overall and I only tipped $3 because Im just not the kind of person who can leave and not tip. I usually like this place, but this nail tech needs an attitude check.
